Bad experience when I buyout my leased F150 at Nisku Ford office.the person who handled my case told me the wrong number of final pay amount first time by phone. I used this wrong number got my bank draft.but he never admit his mistakes. Suggest Nisku Ford fire this person to keep you on the top of Ford dealership.

Dealt with Blair, sold me a 2019 ford lariat, best experience one could ask for. Even called two weeks after to see how’s it going. Bauer family will be back to see Blair again, thanks again!

We just purchased a new 2023 F150 Lariat at Nisku Ford this last week and took possession of the truck September 29.
Visited Nisku Ford to just look at what was available on a recommendation from a friend, knowing we were going to need a new vehicle but not really knowing what we going to buy, truck or SUV.
Met Juan and he took his time listening to what we liked and might be interested in. Juan showed us several F150’s, ranging in price and package levels. James also became involved and showed us the lariat we eventually purchased.
These guys were no pressure sales, good to talk to and great to deal with. The whole experience was over the top and would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle go talk to these guys.
Fantastic buying experience, not something I can say for all buying experiences.

The staff at Nisku Ford are great and it truly is a no pressure sales environment. I walked in without an appointment for a Ford Maverick and after a bit of time standing around the parking lot, a salesperson who was dealing with something else offered to find someone for me. I was given as much time as I needed with the vehicle and away at home to make an informed decision about the vehicle. Big shout out to Jordan and Stefan for getting me into my Maverick in record time. By far the best dealership experience I've ever had.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Had an Out of Province inspection done here and they did not try to scam me (like other places have before). The front reception staff is excellent and I will be returning there for any future services I may need. 10/10 would recommend.

As always, I was met by cheerful staff & I wasn't surprised when they had everything in order for my service & my loaner at the door ready to go. Thank you for taking care of me the way you would want to be taken care of yourself. As always 5+ Stars!

I love the service staff. Always so helpful - from Donna to the lady who went to get my car (who left it running so it was toasty warm inside.) The recall issue and oil change service were completed quickly and cleanly. Thanks once again.

I came in with a recall, and asked for assistance in diagnosing a coolant problem. Dave, the mechanic, not only diagnosed the problem, but also offered multiple solutions, to a variety of concerns I had. When I came back a few days later for a part pickup and to ask a couple questions, he was more than happy to help me out. He went out of his way to provide fantastic customer support.

The service department at Nisku Ford has no equals they are amazing. No false promises, but they deliver more than any other dealer I’ve done business with. That is in all departments not just service.

I have been dealing with Nisku Ford for the past 3 years and have had a quality experience. The person I rely upon the most is their service manager Clarence Ell. I have depended on Clarence to service my vehicles for over 20 years and he is one of the most competent, reliable, friendly (and truthful) service managers you will ever meet.
The entire staff from reception to service associates, mechanics and Stephan the sales manager are all welcoming and very friendly.
I have been purchasing vehicles for over 50 years and have seen the best dealerships to the worst and I trust Nisku Ford to look after me and my cars completely.
