I can’t say enough good things about the Sherwood Nissan service department. They have always been honest, fair and trustworthy. But today they went above and beyond. Kyle and Sarah were understanding, helpful and supportive. They made sure that my Rogue was safe for my family. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
Incompetent front desk staff. I called to inquire about the wait for the drive-thru oil change. Reception said no wait. I asked if she was sure as I was driving in from the other end of the city, and she ensured me. When I got there the service was closed for the day. Lost me as a customer.
Insanely slow service. Have been waiting for an hour and a half for an oil change that was a scheduled appointment. When I realized this wasn't going to be fast, I tried to book their shuttle to get back to work, but it was apparently not running. Unfortunately, I'm locked in by a pre paid maintenance 0ackage, but will be taking my nissan to other dealerships in the future.
