Nolan Hill GATES Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic

I had a nagging soreness in my heel for years that I never bothered to do anything about, until it started getting worse and worse, so I got a doctor referral to Gates for physio for heel bursitis.

I didn’t notice much after the first two sessions, but from sessions 3-5 it started to gradually improve. By the fifth session it was completely healed, so I was pretty happy with the results.

I went in for physiotherapy at the recommendation of my family doctor and I want to say that this place is amazing. Bhumika did a great job in explaining the process, the why behind each technique and how to consistently follow the recommended exercises. After just one session I already felt so much relief from more than 9 months pain. I would HIGHLY recommend her and this clinic.

This place is awesome for Physiotherapy, massages and so much more they have to offer. I would highly recommend this place. Bhumika and all her staff are extremely knowledgeable, well trained and skillful in what they do. She took the time to thoroughly assess my needs and laid out a treatment plan, explaining it so well, to address all my concerns.

The massage therapy sessions are absolutely relaxing and makes you feel rejuvenated and you can tell the therapists are so skilled and experts in what they do. The stretches are totally worth mentioning and actually worth experiencing.

Over-all, my experience has been exceptional and I would continue to go here every time I need a physiotherapy or a massage.

I thoroughly enjoyed the massage today with Hui Pang at Nolan Hill Gates. She customized the massage to my preference and worked on my tight neck and back muscles. Also she performed some techniques/manoeuvres which was new to me but feels much relieved afterwards.

The front desk helped with direct billing. It was a smooth experience.

Bhumika is a delightful lady that knows what she is doing. I suffer from fibromyalgia and at times the pain is so bad that I can't function. Bhumika made me feel better and showed me streches to help me between treatments. The receptionist is sweet, loving and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable and relaxed when I am there. I came to Bhumika 6 weeks post op after a wrist surgery. Bhumika was able to set out realistic expectations for myself and listened to where i wanted to get to post op. Her knowledge, skillset and experience instilled confidence and comfort in me with choosing her clinic. Neelay, another PT here, is also quite good and has helped me make tons of progress along with bhumikas help. I can confidently say they go above and beyond consistently for me. Excellent doctor!
I went a really bad neck with constant pain for a week. The physiotherapist was very nice and spend so much time with me to make me comfortable. She seriously did magic to my neck as I was a able to move my neck. I couldn't sleep for days or drive. She did all the required procedures, to make my neck move in the first session and advised to come for one more.after the 2nd session I feel all better.

Bhumika is highly professional and had a amazing experience at her clinic. Her diagnosis are outstanding and instantly made me feel better. She went above and beyond, would definitely recommend her to other people looking for physio therapy.

Had a massage here with Lubov, I can tel you was one of the best massage therapy I’ve ever had. Is really noticeable that she has 20 years of experience. After an hour session my back felt like brand new, considering I have permanent back pain problems after 3 kids. Thank you so much, will definitely doing it on regular basis
