Worst experience with a walk-in clinic by far. We just moved to the area.
When I mentioned that and that we were looking for a new dr (they’re accepting new patients) I was given a rude look and she told me it wasn’t a meet and greet.
She refused to help write a small prescription to help avoid withdrawals until I located my medication (lost in the move) and my current dr was unable to help me until a week later.
I also had another personal matter that needed medication and she told me multiple times she didn’t believe I had it (I in fact did, and my daughter needed to be treated as well because of this), but that she would write me the presc.anyways.
I left in tears because I was panicking about what to do about my medication, she called me back and said since I was ‘making a scene’ so she would write the prescription. Will never be going back again.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this clinic. Dr Harpreet Aujla has always been kind and attentive to my concerns and when there's something urgent, they always do their best to make time for you. My toddler had an ear infection and when I called and said he's in a ton of pain and I'm not sure what's wrong they said bring him in right away. They saw him within the hour and were able to get us a prescription for him. Sometimes their appointments book 2 weeks out so it's always best to be proactive when it's something like a prescription refill but for my urgent concerns they've always been helpful to try to see us sooner.

Dr. Bukhari is very diligent, caring who goes into the details to ensure that all diagnostics are carried out to reach definitive conclusion. He is meticulous, affectionate, very professional in his approach. I will highly recommend him to all. Reception staff is very courteous as well and will book appointments when ever required.

We have to visit clinic once every week, the staff at the front is amazing and works in a professional manner. Docs at the clinic are great, very helpful and efficient. I have been a patient there since the clinic opened and never ever had run into any issue. Overall, Dr Aujala and Dr Bukhari are amazing and take their time to resolve our problems

My app time was 2: 50pm and the doctor did not see me until 4: 15pm. I can understand if the wait time is longer due to patients but when the doctor runs late and the staff does not inform and act as if they are doing you a favor.then I think I have a right to say its the worst ever clinic. Its not like people have free time and say let's just see a doctor because we are free. Let's have some fun and visit a doctor.

Website says you're open until 4pm and yet at 3: 15pm I am turned away because you're done early and don't update the site when you're done early.disappointing to be turned away before closing considering how few walk in clinics are open on Sundays.

Building says Walk in, so i want there to deal with some neck pain. I walk in the door, and the receptionist asks if i have an appointment. I said no, im a walk in patient. She tells me they dont accept walk ins. I appy online for a doctor and never get a reply. I have depression/anxiety so i struggle to go to doctors to begin with. Take down your walk in signs if you arent a walk in, please.
Would recommend somewhere else.

This was our family doctor but we decided to change them because of the recent incident my wife with the new born was late for appointment for 10 mins, it was first appointment for our new born child. She was late because Uber didn’t showed up and she had to walk to clinic. Dr Harpreet said she is can’t take her because she is 10 mins late. My issue is not that she said not to take her when she got late but ones I had an appointment at 9: 00 am in morning and they didn’t open clinic till 9: 25 that time they didn’t even apologize it was all normal to them. So Doctor can waste patient’s time because of so call “ running behind “ but when patient is late they can cancel the appointment.

Very poor telephone skills. They will place you on a "quick hold" which ends up being over 20 mins.

I went to this clinic as my daughter was having severe pain. The doctor refused to see or give first aid. The receptionist was so rude. I am not sure why they are in business despite not abiding Canadian health standards! For good service see another clinic.

Knowledgeable, kind, and quick care. They've helped my family for a few years now and I'm very grateful for those service.

I was told I could have an appt and then the receptionist back tracked and said ‘No Doctor here will see you” we are not a walk in anymore. Two minutes ago I had an appt for noon. Not the first time I have been there

Their service is a joke! Booked my out of country in-laws in for appointment for a prescription refill, many days ago. Two hours before their appointment I get a call saying the doctor is not taking any new patients. Did he just stop taking patients today? Why even book us in? Now I have to find another doctor on short notice as their medication is running out, could have been avoided. I would not recommend to anyone, what a joke!

Dr. Bukhari has been our family doctor for a few years now and we find him to be very attentive and an excellent doctor. Great clinic!

DONT COME TO THIS CLINIC! I went for this clinic only because one of followers suggestion- my son had very bad eye infection and wanted an antibiotic immediately. The front desk lady said that the doctor said We don’t take any new patients so you have to leave.and I told her can you please do an exception (I begged her) she like well Go TO ER THEN. So rude and disrespectful and the people who work in this clinic have no humanity. Specially the lady at the front disk. I wouldn’t suggest you go there.

Not recommended at all. When I was calling for an appointment, the staff kept cutting me off while I was answering her questions. And she repeatedly asked me the same questions which i got interrupted previously. Booking part was frustrated. Finally I got booked for 1750 and they couldn’t take me in on time. They made me wait in my car with my little child. After almost 1 hour waiting, I called again. I was still asked to wait. And I was being told “ everyone is waiting”! I had to leave without seeing any doctors due to the long wait. (Small child can’t wait that long in the car.) I would say that 15-30 minutes wait is understandable. But over an hour wait with an appointment is not. If you can’t take that many patients, then pls don’t book that many.

The doctors are great. I have Dr. Bukhari as my family physician and he's absolutely fantastic. My only issue is that the clinic never picks up the phone.

Doctor Bukhari is very nice and caring. One area I feel the owner needs to improve though, is to provide a system that can automatically send clients reminders about their on-coming appointments. Currently the clinic does not send reminder. The issue with this is that if the client does not remember that he/she has an appointment, it will be a no show and at the same time, the appointment time will be wasted causing the clinic to also loose money.

Dr. Ajula is professional and knows what she is doing. She takes time to listen to patient concerns and is honest with them. She gets 5 stars. The only reason for 3 stars is because the front staff at the clinic could improve on patient care.

Great team of physicians, always willing to go above and beyond for your medical needs. I won’t trust my families healthcare anywhere else.
Doctor Aujla and doctor Bhukhari are phenomenal, would recommend to anyone for your healthcare needs.

I have been going to Dr Harpreet Aujla since i got pregnant. She has been really helpful throughout my pregnancy, infact we chose her as our family doctor now. During my pregnancy i have complications she wrote me letter for my mom's help to sponsor her. Before my delivery i went to her for regular pregnancy check-up she told me she will help through breastfeeding from very first day. This was something that really touched my heart, felt like family.
I definitely recommend her.

I have been to many clinics in the past including walk-in clinics. This has to be the best experience I had in a clinic.

Staff is very helpful and professional.
My physician Dr. Harpreet Aujla is one of the best professionals I have been dealing with. She is very through and provided me with right medical advise and care on multiple occasions. She always goes above and beyond to address all my family concerns.

I would recommend this physician and clinic to any one who has reasonable expectations and looking for reliable medical care. Not sure what issues other people have if not unreasonable expectations.

If you are looking for a good Family Physician to take care of your family don't look any further.

Dr. Harpreet Aujla provided us with the care when we needed it the most after being turned down and disappointed at many clinics. Thank you doctor for your advise and help during these tough times especially with COVID.

I live in the neighbourhood, and that's the only reason I go there. I had terrible experience with the doctor. Complaining to the owner didn't do anything.
Got consistently terrible services.
Horrible staff, they don’t listen to what you are asking. Receptionist today literally hung up on me.

Had a bad experience with Dr. Aujla and read the reviews and it looks like I'm not the only one. Had an issue and went to ER but waited 4 hours and didn't see a doc so I booked with Dr. Aujla. She took a look and told me she would look at my file and get back to me. I had to push to get some testing done as she was basically pushing me out of the office. She finally agreed to send me for testing but I had to advocate for it. My wife visited her as well for a meet and greet and she hadn't even looked at my wife's file. Never got a call back from her either. I called the clinic to get her name so I could file a complaint. Dr. Aujla called me right away and screamed at me. Very unprofessional and incredibly rude. I recorded the conversation and am filing a complaint against her with the CPSA. Someone like that should not practise medicine and her attitude towards patients needs to change or she should find a new line of work.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have since moved to another part of Calgary but continue to see the team here. My GP is Dr Bukhari and he is probably the best doctor I have ever had. He really listens, takes care of his patients and I find his sense of humor is just the cherry on top. Highly recommend this clinic. Professional, caring and they make your wait times enjoyable!

Good Doctor's but Doctor Harpreet hasn't gotten to me regarding my fall I was told that she would get back to me within the last 5 days since I have gotten home from the hospital I just wanna know why I haven't been contacted

I have seen all the doctors here and haven’t had an issue. I usually go in as a walk in so I know there will be people who have made appointments that will go ahead of me (I don’t need to be told by staff there are people ahead of me). Reading a lot of the negative reviews is quite laughable at what people expect. Any clinic can get behind on appointments and usually does so walk ins almost always take longer to be seen.

I would highly recommend Dr Nadeem Bukhari. He is amazing!
He listens, like really listens and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. My kids feel very comfortable with him too.
We have been coming here for over 4yrs and its been a positive experience for us.
Front staff are great too.

Dr. Harpreet Aujla is very kind and helpful. All Doctors at Nolan medical clinic are helpful and are full of knowledge. Dr. Bukhari is also very caring and kind gentlemen. Thank you for taking good care.

Dr Aujla has been great for our family. When we have needed an after hours walk in clinic they have been very thorough and she always make sure she goes above and beyond to make sure that you are looked after. This is a great clinic The front staff is also very friendly.

Had to wait over two hours for a PRESCRIPTION REFILL. I know people made appointments, but walk in refill takes less than 30 seconds to load file and print. Please note it has nothing to do with the doctor's here, just front staff not prioritizing

Dr Harpreet and Dr Bukhari are both great doctors, Always have a great experience at this clinic.

Happy I found this place. I needed a Doctor that listened. I was able to get a new family doctor that even my kids love. The staff I have encountered are very friendly and kind. Never a long wait in waiting room.

I took my mom to see Dr. Nadeem Bukhari. He is a great doctor and he listened to our questions and concerns attentively. The reception ladies are very nice. Very good experience at the clinic.

We are so fortunate to have Dr. Harpree Aujla as our family doctor. She is so knowledgable and patient. She doesn't mind going extra efforts to refer her patients to a specialist if need be. She truly cares about her patients and their well-being.

Is there an option to give 6 stars? Well, consider mine is a 6-star review. Dr. Harpreet Aujla has been our family doctor for 3 or 4 years. She is so knowledgeable and patient. Every time we see her, she is always willing to spend time to answer all of our questions, making sure we fully understand our situations and giving us professional advice as to how to get better. Never once I feel she was rushing it. What else can I ask for from a family doctor? She is awesome.

Dr. Bukhari is a kind and gentle person. He never makes me feel rushed and always listens to any questions or concerns that I have. I can't speak of the other Doctors, but my experiences with Dr. Bukhari have always been great! Thanks so much!

Highly recommend not going to this clinic for any medical needs. Not only does Dr Abbas not honor her commitments (falsely claiming she will take care of medical costs and does not), you will be waiting for an extensive period of time, even though the clinic is basically empty. 0/10

If I could give zero stars I would, they do not listen to you. Just push their opinions on you. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

DO NOT go to this clinic. Do not see Dr. Abbas specifically. I had a seizure in the clinic, and Dr. Abbas called an ambulance. When the ambulance arrived I told Dr. Abbas that I didn't have medical coverage and that I wouldn't get in the ambulance because I didn't want to pay for it out of pocket. My mom was on the way to come get me also, but Dr. Abbas told me that the clinic would pay for the ambulance bill and insisted that I get in the ambulance. Because she told me the clinic would pay for the ambulance bill, I got in. A few weeks later I get an ambulance bill in the mail for $385.00. I took the bill into the clinic and showed Dr. Abbas. She told me that she, "never said the clinic would pay for the ambulance bill. " She told me that I was in an "unstable state of mind and that I misunderstood her. " I told her that I was coherent and fully understood what she said and that is the only reason I got in the ambulance. Dr. Abbas lied to my face and on top of that, essentially called me a liar. I have been fighting with the clinic, with Alberta Blue Cross and with a credit adjustor to try and get the clinic to pay for the ambulance that they told me they would pay for. My next step is to pursue legal action. NEVER go to this clinic.

This place should get a BIG 0! Such a long waiting time here. No update from the front desk staff on how long it's going to take. I had a couple of people jump in front of me because they had appointments, which is fine, but I should have been informed about it. I would not have waited for so long. I was taken to one of the rooms eventually, but still had to wait around 40 minutes, which is insane, as I had already waited for an hour and twenty minutes till then in the waiting area. Horrible place! Would give it zero stars if it was possible. Never coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here with my 10 month old daughter who had a bad cold that wasn't going away. I just wanted to make sure she didn't have an infection. My daughter was born without hair and still has very little hair. The doctor we saw asked me "Why did you shave your son's head". Then he proceeded to tell me that if I was a stay at home mum my baby probably wouldn't get sick. Basically making me feel bad for not being able to stay home with her. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I don't trust his medical education at all If he doesn't even know that some babies are born without hair. I do not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely heartbreaking and disappointing experience for the second time. Went to the doctor (Zainab) to request some blood work done as i may have seen symptoms and had family history. Without her asking me about the reasons or discussing symptoms, she declined writting some of them (which is ok). When i expressed the reasons, she kept cutting me off. I had to politely interject "may i. " and then she let me briefly speak. I explained to her my severe phobia of needles, and she had the audacity of holding her laughter behind a smile. When i called her out on it, she said its not as it comes accross and that she empathizes with me. But i still dont think that was truthful. I cant imagine doctors are still employed with such an outlook. I felt helpless and just another number.

Dr. Synab and Dr. Harpreet are both amazing! They are very thorough and will explore all the services available to help you attain your optimal well being. They care about you! The front desk staff are efficient, friendly and helpful.
