Have ordered out here a couple times now. Tried several different dishes. Food is good and very filling. Price is right and the service is always very friendly. Will be coming back!

Don't come here often, but the few times lately, the lady taking orders is very inattentive"distracted" and unwelcoming, more interested in her phone. Not sure what has changed at this location, but the food is very bland now. NOODLE BOX use to be my favorite. Probably pass on the next trip to town.

So unimpressed. Spicy noodle dish selected mild and it was so overpoweringly spicy that we couldn't have more than 2 bites and our mouth was in flames. The other dish we ordered was teriyaki with chicken. This was completely dried out, at least there was not much spice.but no flavoring or good seasoning, utterly bland! Will not be ordering from noodlebox again for a very long time, if ever after our experience.

I was very happy to try noodle box today, loved eating vegetarian peanut special box, really yummy. I was satisfied with the quantity as well. This is the first time I have had better flavour in noodles. Must give a try.

We come here often because we love the food and service but Monty is the greatest by far his cooking skills are fantastic

We really enjoyed the food here at the Sherwood Park location. Our first time experience was great. We tried the ginger beef rice box and the spicy peanut noddle box. The flavour was great. The only opportunity for improvement would be to add a little more protein to each box.

If you’re looking for the original Noodlebox taste that it used to have if you’ve ever been to the original ones in Victoria BC you will be deeply disappointed.
When you ask for mild you’ll get medium heat. And since when do you get eggplant and carrots in a spicy peanut box. Please update your dishes to the original taste because it’s not the same and won’t be coming back.

Amazing experience had at Noodle box at Sherwood Park location. The food was fantastic, and the environment was so positive. Really enjoyed the experience, Now onwards, this is my go-to restaurant 10/10.

My friend and I were in a hurry for a quick bite to eat between appointments. We came in and it was empty (weird for a Saturday around 1). We both ordered different dishes. I Love Asian food, I love noodles. This was.disappointing. If it wasn't for me getting something spicy there wouldnt of been any flavor.

Both of our noodles were tasteless, my friends were dry and she had to add the dip to the coconut shrimp in to give any flavor. The chicken was unbelievably dry and chewy and there was lil to no veggies. So basically just flavorless noodles.

Went in knowing they have 5 levels of heat. Asked for level 4.it was a very good level of heat. Made my head sweat and I'm an avid spice lover. Going to ask for level 5 next time.

The food is good when it's good. Needs more consistency with how they make the dishes though. Sometimes the food seems almost wet like they used to much water, and the spicy levels are never consistent ether

Neat place! A few options only come spicy and I'm a wuss when it comes to spice, so I was a little disappointed when you couldn't get something with less or even no spice. So I went with the mild butter chicken bowl, it was pretty good! I do recommend getting and extra side of naan though because the order that comes with your meal isn't enough! We also has the dessert spring rolls, these were excellent! One was apple pie and the other was Nanaimo bar! A must have. Definitely recommend especially if you like spicy!

Real lack of balance of noodles, vegetables and protein. Had mostly uneatable parts of cabbage in my box and only 1 piece of pepper or broccoli

All I can say is terrible.
I have been going to this location for years and I was always happy.
But now it's really bad,
My order was really dry and the noodles were all stuck together in a lump no sauce no vegetables I added chicken it was dry like leather.
I will contact the franchise office and let then now maybe they can get to the bottom of it and fix it.

I used to frequent noodlebox under its old management, since the change the foods been really lacking Compared to how it used to be. I got the pad Thai, and the noodles were dry of sauce, the chicken dry too, and there was barely any veg mix in it, felt like a cheap imitation of how good it used to be, incredibly bland. If you used to go and haven't been in a while, I'd find somewhere else

Food quality and quantity has increased a lot since ownership has been changed,
Store looks renovated.
It look like they did spend some money and time to make it better.
New guys are very friendly and humble.
Love this people and highly recommendable.
Best place for noodles.

My husband and I used to love this place. Haven’t been in a while and quickly realized it must be under new management as it was not the same at all. Very dirty, …. Bathroom was FILTHY, the food was nearly tasteless and barely warm. Will never go back.

My daughter ordered the scorching hot and had to send it back because it had no spice. Both our noodles were over cooked and mushy. We really tried to eat it but couldn't. Wasted $38 on two dishes.drove over to A&W for fries & a burger.

Love noodle box. Great quick delicious noodles. A must try if you haven't had them before. If you love spicy this also a great place for you.

The food was quite good and the service was friendly, although it did take quite a while to receive our takeout order. Also, considering we are just coming out of covid restrictions, it would have been somewhat expected to see any of the workers wearing some sort of PPE (like masks or gloves) which we think all food establishments really should have regardless. It wasn't wonderful watching the person preparing the noodles grabbing them with her bare hands either. Other food establishments we have visited during this time seemed to have at least some PPE on.

So happy I found this place! Use to visit frequently in Victoria. Best asian fusion ever. THE DIPPING SAUCE THAT COMES WITH THE BURMESE NAAN IS ADDICTING - YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

I’ve been going here for years and I still love it. Whenever I’m in Sherwood Park, I usually stop at Noodlebox. The food is so fresh and flavourful. Service is fast and friendly.
You can get most of the dishes made vegan if you ask. You also get to choose your level of spice, which is nice.
My favourite dish is the Spicy Peanut Box with rice noodles. It’s amazing. I also love the Teriyaki Box with rice. Ask for a slice of fresh lime to squeeze on top, yummy!

Now this place has always been good food. And during the pandemic I am trying to keep all my favorite food spots open by ensuring to spend my money there. But last week I went in here for a few meals and because of COVID no dine in so I expected to just get my food and go. I observed the girl in the back who does the cooking picking up the raw ingredients with her bare hands! No gloves! In these COVID times is this proper protocol? She was just picking up the veges and seasonings with her bare hands and throwing them into the pot. I saw her phone in her back pocket so I know she will be checking messages between cooking meals. Does she wash her hands? I just think it is very unsanitary. I will NEVER go back to this place unless they raise the bar and manage these things.

Similar to the previous review, this was my favourite restaurant pre-pandemic. Today the two meals I purchased were dry and not the same standard and high quality as it was before. There was one girl working the entire restaurant on a Saturday (I was the only customer at the time) ; and she didn't really seem to want to be there (didn't greet or acknowledge me until she was done what she was doing ~5-8 mins). She had the meals prepared in only a couple minutes, which I found strange. The meals were not prepared with the same passion that I would experience pre-pandemic. I wanted to support a restaurant I loved while living in Sherwood Park, so I drove from Edmonton and was overall disappointed today with the experience and food. I wish I could leave a 5-star.

This place has never disappointed me. I love their Thai style chow mien box. Staff is friendly. Their food is always amazing and great portions for a good price. Love it here.

NoodleBox is one of my favourite restaurants! It has great service and delicious food. I always leave feeling full and satisfied.

I like this restaurant a lot.theres a special spirit. The meals are wonderful.the service is powerful and the personel is very professional. The price is decent. I warmly recommend.

Tried this place already with a friend and I am obsessed ever since. I enjoyed the fantastic mood and delicious food and beverages. Fantastic work.

The quality is good and reliable. Everyone i get exactly what I expect which is awesome. The staff are super and the food is delicious and comforting.

Had a very good experience here with my girlfriend. The food comes rapidly and the service is just awesome. Prices are convenient.

I’ve eaten here on multiple occasions and the food was always good. Large portions and good flavour. However, today I ordered the Pad Thai on SkipTheDishes and I don’t know how it went so wrong. Way too much sauce (it was leaking through the box and bag) and the noodles were so overcooked. Very unsatisfied.

Update: I'm updating this review as the restaurant management reached out to me and were able to help me out and remedy the situation therefore I am updating my review to reflect their good service. I will leave the original review below for context.

Ordered from skipthedishes and requested no sprouts and they put sprouts anyways.

Love that they can accommodate a gluten and dairy allergy. One of the guys who works there is so friendly and remembers my name and order when I come in. Awesome food!

Was just in there picking up but the staff was very concerned that the order be complete and they were super friendly and accommodating!

I ordered a black bean and garlic noodle box with Cambodian spring rolls. The rolls and the plum sauce were very good. The noodles however was a disaster. They clearly burnt the veggies including the onions. The bitter charred taste was allover the sauce. I couldn't even finish one fourth of the dish. Whoever prepared the noodles dish should have tossed out the burnt veggies and started the dish afresh but clearly didn't because this was a Doordash order and probably didn't think there'd be any customer feedback. Would the staff themselves eat the bitter dish with black charred veggies?

A great tasting noodle bowl using fresh ingredients and unique sauces. Spiciness can be adjusted based on personal preference. Fair price considering that there's enough for two servings.

Their dishes are very tasty and made with good sustainable ingredients. They are always friendly and they actually play good music (not pop)! Their cutlery is made from biodegradable starch and goes in the compostable waste, along with any food waste. They use actual plates to further reduce waste and even their takeout boxes are compostable. Free filtered still and sparkling water is available on tap.

Staff is very friendly, food is awesome, and I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for my delivery which is awesome. All around enjoy coming here

Tried the Sherwood Park Noodlebox tonight for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! The place is very clean and has a cool vibe, with lots of seating. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food was quick, hot and flavorful. I ordered the Bombay Mac n cheese with BBQ pork, medium hot spice level - I would definitely recommend! As a person who enjoys spicy food, I'd say careful which spice level you choose, this was pretty hot! Prices are not too bad, $14.5 for my dish. I'd also recommend trying the veggie spring rolls! Crispy and delicious.

I love the food here! Very fresh! Fast service, friendly employees, and you can get a free plate of food if you complete a noodle themed drawing!

Went to Noodlebox for the first time this week. Loved the space and their commitment to community engagement, supporting local, and sustainable practices. Tried the soup special, Tom Yum soup for $8 with prawns for an extra $5. The flavour was great, but it was a little shy on rice noodles and only included 4 shrimp. Otherwise the service was great and I loved the space. Would go again.
