Kaur is such a nice and detailed person who pays attention to her customer needs and hardly left anyone unsatisfied.

When you get the food and it's well sauced it's delicious.

However, the amount of sauce you get seems to be completely random. Sometimes it's gross and dry and sometimes it's absolutely swimming in sauce. Every time I order, I waffle over getting double sauce, but if it's a big sauce day, I'm gonna get soup. It's a gamble every time.

Both Kaur and Jay were amazing. It's my son's new favorite place. I would recommend to everyone!

Great place to eat, I have ate here many times and food was fresh every time also the staff are really nice and the service is phenomenal.

Had the peanut and the Malaysian cashew and the peanut was definitely better. The peanut though was very very saucy, I’d ask for less next time and the Malaysian cashew was just lacking depth of flavour. Medium spice was good for us, however we’d skip the meat upgrade as you could barely tell there was chicken breast added. We’ll try it again but wasn’t stand out for us.

I walked in with a over the top request, the team made it possible for me to enjoy an allergen free meal!

My daughter was starving for dinner. She opened her noodles once we got the food delivered. It was literally smells burnt out from noodles.

You should think twice before delivering burnt out food.

Ordered on Christmas Day as they where open, amazing service and very nice. The restaurant is clean and the food was delicious and plentiful!

Had a coupon an decided to try this restaurant. The customer service from the owner - Zack was excellent. He clearly outlined which dishes I could have without sugar. Tried the spicy peanut noodle box and the Singapore cashew curry box. The portions are huge. Each dish was filled full it noodles and veggies + I added prawns to one and chicken to the second order. Delicious, fresh and very tasty. The veg spring rolls were to die for. I highly recommend this establishment. I will return. Thanks

The staff were friendly and the food was prepared quickly and was fresh. Definitely worth trying out, as it is really good.

It was Christmas Day. We were hungry and noodle box was open; we had yummy food. Then went on our way. Later the reality fell upon us that we needed limes and couldn’t find an open grocery store any where. Groceries will be sold to not a soul on this that is Christmas day. We thought ‘noodlebox has limes’. And they were kind enough to give us a to go box of limes. Christmas is saved, but much more our hearts are warm as a box of noodles. Thank you noodlebox and the wonderful staff working Christmas day.

Great flavors especially the Butter Chicken and Naan. Will definitely go back. The guys there had a great attitude and were happy to serve us.

I frequently order for delivery or pickup from this place. I've never seen it very busy there but food is excellent and service is fast. They have some good options if you're vegan or vegetarian. Only complaint is their naan bread has become quite expensive so we just buy our own from the grocery store and have that with whatever else we order from this place. Food is always hot and tasty.

Great service, owners are always so nice and food is always good. I come here every break at work, and food comes out quick and good no matter what new item I try

If you are ever in Airdrie and you are feeling a little hungry, then drop by Noodlebox. There's super friendly staff and awesome service. The food choices are great. My kid loves Bombay Mac and cheese and recommends it to all ages. How they served the food was amazing and tasted even better. The food they serve you is worth the money.

Spice ranking is a bit out of whack from what a Canadian white guy is likely to expect. Stick with MILD your first time unless you know for a fact that you can handle the heat.

Noodles were overcooked mush and they forgot the sauce that usually comes with it. Not ordering from here again.

The presentation was nice and it looked good. The sauce for the peanut noodles is wayyyyyy too salty. It made me sick eating it after a while… otherwise, it was ok.

I had previously ordered the Singapore cashew Curry at the country hills location and reviewed it, although fresh, it was not properly seasoned. This one was different. I ordered the same thing and it was very flavorful and fresh. I also just noticed the cashews and was confused if I ordered something different which made me realize I didn't get any cashews in my previous order. Anyways, long story short - food was great and will be back again.

We love this place. Close to home. We love flavour and spice. And this has it. Obviously it depends what you get, but we so far have always been happy with our order!

Stopped in from the highway for a quick lunch. I had the teriyaki bowl and my wife had the spicy peanut bowl. Service was excellent, food was even better. The servings are very generous so make sure you are hungry. Would definately return.

The food was horrible. Nothing like previous visits. The cook was on the phone (earbuds) while cooking the food. Not sure I want to go back ever, and that is too bad it was one of my favorite places to eat.

Service was nice, takeaway was horrible. Especially the beef. It wasn't rotten but it was on the verge of. Not only was it tasting awful but it looks like they don't take the time to clean it up. There was large pieces of fat and other inedible parts.

Noodle box is just a low-end rip off of Oodle Noodle. Do not waste your time or money eating at any noodle box, but in particular this location is really disappointing. Save yourself the headache, just go to Oodle Noodle. Oodle Noodle is way better in terms or price, food quality, and taste. Plus the noodle box is run by a pretty arrogant young man, and he is very high up on himself, seems to think he's God's gift to food or something. Anyways, you could not pay me to go back to this location.every experience I have ever had here has been over priced and disgusting. I have never once, been able to eat the food I have ordered here.just don't go here. Give Oodle Noodle try, it's the OG. If you look at the history, noodle box - honestly is just a rip off oodle noodle (est. 2005). Noodle box, while established in 2001, in Vancouver- underwent a complete redesigned in 2010, to copy oodle noodle's business plan entirely.but Noodle box is just trash.get the good stuff, t Oodle Noodle. Loved their teriyaki chicken noodles. Really enjoyed their food. Portion of noodels was pretty big considering price. This is my permanent noodle place.

Food is great I find some of the newer cook really I’ve cook the meat and I’ve had to have them remake it. I do come back I I love Noodlebox! Suggest the give some of the cook a little more training or Quality control.

I decided that it was time to treat myself to a little ginger beef. It was so good! If you can't handle any kind of spicy, stick to the mild. Anything past that reminds you you're only human (at least for me, but it was still so good)!
As usual, the lovely lady at the counter taking my order was very friendly and patient while I sorted out my decision. Lots of great stuff to choose from here.

I ordered double broccoli and got a whole 3 pieces of broccoli. Very frustrating considering this seems to be a common complaint about this place.

Disappointed that I placed an order, waited for it and asked if it was all in the bag (but my stupidly didn’t look), our spring rolls weren’t in the bag. Wow! First time getting food here. Preliminarily gave good review for this place. Very disappointed

Ordered from Noodlebox today for an early dinner. As always the food was spicy (as ordered), hot, fresh and fast. Everyone was very happy. What I want to recognize is their thoroughness with our order as we marked that one meal was for someone with shellfish allergy. They phone to verify details as soon as they got the order and then again when they realized there may be some chance with one of the ingredients. Wow. So impressed and thankful. Love Noodlebox!

Can take a few minutes to receive your food, but I have no problem with waiting 10 minutes for a meal that was made for me. Has always been as ordered and as spicy as I ask for.

Ordered 4 meals for delivery. 1 medium heat, the other 3 low heat as they were for kids. Once received, receipt attached to the order showed 2 low and 2 medium, and to taste, the one that was supposed be low and receipt showing medium was significantly hotter than the medium one (in short - we got 2 low, 1 medium, 1 hot). We had to throw it away. The other 3 were quite good.
Sent an email to the restaurant right away to give them a chance to address the issue, and a week later - didn't get any answer. Quite disappointing for the price they charge for their meals.
In short - good tasting meals, but if you have to throw away 1/4 of your order like we did because of a mistake they made, it ends up being a costly (and lighter than expected) dinner. Mistakes happen, but not responding to customer's concerns is why we won't be back.

The food is incredible! The price feels a little high, especially when you first see the wok box it's served in, but when you open it and start eating, you realize just how densely packed it is. Good portions, fantastic flavour, and a very accurate spice heat scale. If you're unsure, I'd suggest starting with the 'Medium' spice, as its hotter than you'd expect, but loses absolutely no flavour, and blends well with any dish. Then you can go from there until you find your own perfect level of heat! Enjoy!

Not sure if it's just the menu in general or this location, but the teriyaki sauce was flavorless and the peanut sauce wasn't great either. Thought it would be a quick and cheap meal but the add ons are expensive and didn't live up to the price.

Good food but forgetful cashiers. Make sure to remember your purchased drinks and receipt because the cashiers will not. I'm going on 2/2 for missed beverages so far.

Order pad Thai. Was delivered some teriyaki dish. Spoke to the manager/owner Zack who said he made the dish and argued with me that it was a mistake. Inedible “pad Thai” and even worse service.

Ok, let's just start by saying, the lady that took my order had a smile on her face. Its really important with everything going on in our lives that we still see cheerful people. Full marks to her and a thank you for that.

This will be a direct comparison to Wok box cause let's face it, these 2 compete directly.

Value for money: - Right off the bat, you both are expensive. 14 bucks gets you a regular sized meal, for a take out, thats expensive. But Noodlebox wins.more protein and bigger box.

Taste: - Full disclosure, i havent had everything off the menu at both places but of what I have had, Noodlebox wins. Their sauces taste fresher and not out of a stale can for some reason. That means wok box, yours does.

Quality: - Noodlebox has better quality cause the food tastes fresh.

I dont care about much when it comes to food. If it tastes good and can justify the price, I am in. Nooblebox is better on taste and the value is better.

Noodlebox, you need wings on your menu cause you already have great sauces. Or have a fried chicken with dip or something. Love your food.

Just one thing.when you cook something on a wok, it has a smoky flavour to it.thats the only thing lacking. And MSG is not bad, no one has it every day.

I have enjoyed going to Noodlebox, since it started in Chinatown in Victoria. Just like other restaurants the experience isn't as good during the pandemic if you are eating in.

Would have been 5 stars but they didn't have beer on tap like normal. Not sure if this is because of covid or not.

I am not one to eat out much but the spicy peanut box with chicken is unbelievably good! I had it yesterday and my mouth waters just thinking about it. Can’t wait to order again! We made an order as a group and everyone loved their dish. I also met the owner of the Airdrie one and he is not only kind, but a big supporter in the community. Such a great place!

Just got food, so don’t know how it taste but behaviour of blond girl at counter was pathetic. I ordered three different places today in 5 minutes but this was worse customer service.

She was behaving like don’t want to be there and somebody forced her to work.didn’t bother to ask for bag or any cutlery.
I regret giving tip now because bill was paid before. Chopped leaf was way better service than here.

Excellent Take-out tonight! Fresh, Crisp, Hot, Delicious! I got a special price on their Teryaki Box - only $5! The box was stuffed! I have leftovers! I added Tofu - so good! My Veggie Rolls were superb too! Great meal, great price! See you soon!

Piping hot, soooo delicious, huge portion! Clean establishment. Lots of options to choose from. I will be back to try another dish soon and will highly recommend you to family and friends!

My boss loves Noodle Box. I personally do not like it. I bought her lunch their last week. She loved the ginger beef. We shared a order of Naan which was amazing with the dip it came with. I personally believe it’s more expensive than a lot of other restaurants. To me it’s Meh nothing special.

Tried their butter chicken specialty box most recently and it is absolutely to die for! They had me at deep fried naan. The staff are friendly and prompt, very quick service, and you get an excellent bang for your buck. The portion sizes are large, you'll definitely have lunch for the following day.

I love this place! I have never been disappointed. Their food is fresh, tasty and offers so much flavour variety. Careful on the heat though.hot is HOT. Friendly efficient staff, relaxed vibe and so eco friendly. Worth a stop if you haven't been.

Great fresh food. Nice variety on the menu. My only wish would be that the interior was more like a typical restaurant as the seating is limited to high tables or a long shared table all with really cheap seats.

Been back to this restaurant a few times in the past couple of years and must say that the experience seems to get better every time. Love the specials that they have. A must try if you're near Airdrie!

Noodlebox catered for one of our corporate events and they were absolutely fantastic. Great food, great service - Zakk himself hand delivered the food which was very impressive.

I highly recommend Noodlebox and will continue to use them for corporate events.

First time to noodlebox. It smelt great and I was looking forward to the meal. But that was the end of the goodness. My protein was cooked to a crisp, straight burnt. I like spicy food, but a 'medium' spice level (level 3 of 6) almost melted my face off. Spice level 5 or 6 might kill someone - must have been a mistake. I doubt that I will spend any of my money here again. Disappointed.

Really good food and fast. And if you like it spicy, pick the 5 flame heat level. That heat level might be the spiciest you'll find around Calgary. Only one complaint, customers are asked to pick a tip level even before my debit transaction started. Bit kinda petty I guess, lot's of places are like that these days.

This is one of my favourite place to eat! The food is freshly made and very tasty! You have the option to have your dish as hot or as mild as you desire. I love the self help water area and different condiments are offered to completment your meal. They recycle and compost almost everything, very little waste! Good value for your money. I highly reccommend it

The food and service here was great. They checked to make sure everything was to our liking. The mint kombucha on tap was delicious, meal sizes were perfect. We left feeling satisfied. I particularly like how environmentally conscious this place is.

I've been enjoying Noodlebox in Victoria for 17 years and recently moved to Calgary. I was at the Airdrie Noodlebox for lunch today, and it was every bit as good as the original Noodlebox in Victoria, if not better! Calgary needs more Noodlebox locations!

The chicken tasted old and weird. Its obviously not cooked fresh since it only takes a couple minutes to make. Hard to recommend this place.

Sorry Matt. I previously gave this a 5 star review but upon returning for a second dose of amazing. I had a beyond awful experience. The tip function appears before you eat or receive anything of service that remotely warrants a tip. The service was cold, Nobody asked how the food was or had a few engaging words that warranted the tip. I had to get reach over the glass and get my own takeout box. As I waited patiently for 3-4 minutes being the only person in there. All in all they missed out on my repeat business because the presumption of tipping was in place. I won't go on and on about the measly tip that they prompt you with before eating but for the love of god. If you are gonna use this practice. Bloody well try and earn or at least justify it. Won't be back. Stupid tip policy, lazy lackluster staff
