We’ve been in contact with Nooran Ostadeian frequently over the last year, seeking her advice on multiple issues related to buying a house or investments. First, I should say she is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. Second, she is very welcoming in providing her knowledge and expertise to you without any reservation. After a long time of searching options, finally, late December we found couple of good options in nice neighborhoods. At the time Nooran was on vacation in Germany, but when I contacted her, she got me in touch with her group here at Edmonton, and they immediately got into the action, provided us the very much needed consultation and finally helped us to make the purchase happen. I should say I was very impressed with the level of professionalism in Nooran and her group. Many others might not even check their emails when they are on vacation, let alone responding to messages and phone calls. And her team, Mahsa Jalali and Patricia Santiago were as professional, helpful and knowledgeable as her. It wasn’t just about buying the house. They provided help in finding all the needed elements from the inspection to lawyer, home insurance, etc and I should say I was shopping around and checking other options too, but their suggestions were always better than what I was finding out there.
