Great rates and great service! Hussein came and put in two new heat runs, added ventilation for one of my bathrooms and repaired an old ventilation job in the attic. Everything turned out really nice. Very tidy and professional. They were also able to come do the work within a couple weeks of the quote so it was really nice and timely, not having to wait around a long time to get the job started. Would highly recommend!

We had a situation where our furnace failed and had called most of the big players and were told anywhere from 24 to 96 hours before a tech would be able to make it. We kept trying and called Norcan and spoke to Hussein and he was amazing. He was at our home in 20 minutes and had the furnace going in 5 minutes. Then took the time to check other items. I phoned Nor-Can in a panic when it was -40 and my furnace stopped working. Hussein immediately picked up and tried to trouble shoot my furnace issues with me. When we were unable to solve the problem, Hussein was able to schedule a same day visit to fix my issue. I would highly recommend this company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We had our central ac installed in June. Our furnace stopped working Sunday evening and he was by first thing in the morning. He knew immediately what was wrong. Got the part and installed it the same day. Fast and reliable work thank you!

I typically dread calling service repair companies because let's be honest, nothing ever fails at a convenient time - always during a heat wave (A/C) and often on a weekend or outside of traditional service hours, which in my past experiences means long waits and inflated costs.

My experience with Hussein and his team couldn't have been further from my past experiences with other companies. The service I received was prompt, efficient, very professional and reasonably priced. I was able to provide sufficient information during the initial phone call (through photos I had taken and my relatively basic knowledge of A/C units) that Hussein was able to diagnose my likely problem and ensure the correct parts were on hand during the initial visit. Service was completed in approximately one hour from the phone call. Invoicing was done electronically which made payment very easy as well.

I would highly recommend in the future to anyone needing his services and will most certainly be a repeat customer the next time I have a problem.

Hussein serviced my furnace with the utmost professionalism and attention. He returned my call immediately and was able to diagnose my Carrier furnace, and repair it on the spot. A very legit business, which is hard to find these days. Will use again!

After leaving him a message on a Friday evening, Hussein quickly returned my call and was over within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue with the furnace right away, fixed it, and gave us simple info on how to get it working again ourselves if needed. I was really impressed that he offered to come back the next day if we had problems and that he even called the next morning to follow up and see how it was running. He also provided us with options for replacement, which we ultimately went with. He was able to install our new furnace less than a week after our first call. Hussein was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, great service that we're very happy with!

Nor-Can was great! They answered my call and provided me some suggestions to check why my furnace wasn't working before sending out. They did have to come out and came out within 30 min on a -30 night and got my furnace going.

Nor-can was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My furance went out yesterday and was on the phone calling around town. Hussein was able to get my furnace back up and running within the same day and his prices were very reasonable. Good help is really hard to find but not with this company. I am glad that i have a carrier furnace tech so close to me now and i will definitely be calling him in the future.

Great service. My inducer motor quit with no heat at -28 overnight. I spent the morning trying to find one. Nor-Can did the heavy work for me and had my furnace repaired the same day at a portion of the price I found.

Hussein did an excellent job with my furnace, he works with extreme patience and care.he is an honest person and always charges what is fair.don't waste your time looking for someone else. I am very happy with his work.he protected my 9 month old baby and me from the cold in this difficult season.

Our furnace went out Monday night at sometime. We didnt notice until 130 am. I called about 15 places to help us. I WAS TOLD 2-3 DAY WAIT. Hussein at Nor-Can was our final hope. He said the wait time was a little but tried walking us through over the phone. Once that didnt work he was able to make it out to us in just a few hours and had our furnace back up and running within minutes. Hussein you saved my family from freezing without memberships or having to wait 2-3 days. Bless you.

Hussein is honestly the absolute best - he was here SO fast after a panicked late night phone call. My house had no heat and the furnace had not been working for hours on our coldest evening yet this season. I called so many other companies with absolutely no success, but he was here in a flash and fixed the problem so promptly and easily. He also charged an extremely reasonable fee even though it was after hours (other companies honestly were quoting me three or four times what I paid and said they couldn't even come until the next day or later).

Thanks to Hussein my temperature-sensitive pets and huge houseplant collection were both saved from certain death this evening. I couldn't be more grateful. Will definitely be returning for future furnace needs and maintenance. THANK YOU!

Hussein really came thru for us in a pinch. 11: 00 at night, -35, during the holidays we called him and he was over working on our unit half an hour later. Was very professional and honest about what we were up against, and got us back up and running by 2AM. Even the next day he was following up through the day and made a follow call at 9PM the next evening to ensure the system was operational. Will be the first call I make next time I need furnace or AC repairs.

I called several of the larger HVAC companies in Edmonton and the soonest anyone was going to be able to come was 3 days away, which is not ideal in a house with a malfunctioning furnace in -20 weather. After calling Nor-Can Hussein was at my house within 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and fixed the problem. I will absolutely be calling them for any HVAC issues I may have in the future.

Can I please give them 6 stars? Maybe even 7?

After dinner last night, I was wondering why the house was seeming cold. Went and checked the furnace, and it was not working. Played with it a bit, turning on/off, looking at error codes, etc and was 99% sure it was the inducer motor that had just quit (it had started getting louder earlier in the week, and on startup, the inducer didn't even really try).

Hussein was fabulous. First, he was willing to accept my diagnosis, and with some photos of various stickers on the furnace was able to give me an accurate price for the repair before showing up. Nobody else I contacted (8 other companies) was willing to do this, save one other who got back to me after I'd already booked in Hussein.

Then, he offered to not charge me the diagnostic fee (already the lowest I found in town) if my diagnosis was accurate. He came by, replaced the inducer with a new one that turned out to be faulty right from the manufacturer, so he drove across town to get a new new part, came back, and got it all sorted. Didn't even charge me travel time for going to get parts etc.

Great guy, great service, and a fair price. I hope I don't need his services again anytime soon, but next time I need something done, he's the first place I'm going to call. Don't waste your time with others!

I’ve had two AC systems installed by Hussein and his team at Nor-Can and I’ve been nothing but impressed. They were both Carrier units and have had no issues at either property.

Hussein was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He came over and fixed our Nest thermostat within 2 hours of us calling him and he was a genuinely a nice person and charged us an extremely reasonable rate.

He was respectful of our house never wore his shoes inside and cleaned up after himself.

I would definitely get him back for any HVAC concerns and would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Hussein and his team were awesome! Highly recommend. They fixed what they could on our furnace to give us heat until they could come back and install a new furnace at a reasonable price for everything. So grateful as our furnace was shutting off since Dec and the first company we used ghosted us and wouldn't repair the fix they did in Jan. Nor-Can to the rescue!

I really appreciated Hussein's prompt responses and friendly demeanor. He was able to fix my problem in about 5 seconds and even though it was an embarrassingly obvious solution he never made me feel dumb for missing it. Our blower motor died and we needed help fast. Of course it is the coldest night when it decided to give out. He was very helpful, went above and beyond to find a part while we were calling other companies for help. He didn't have too but he found help and called us back to say he could now fix the issue if we still needed him. Nobody else could help yet he found a way to find the part. Seriously fast too! Definitely recommend.

I called Nor-Can Heating because my furnace was leaking. Hussein replied promptly to my request and was very helpful. He provided me with suggestions via text so I could troubleshoot without asking for payment, and only when I couldn't resolve the leak, he offered to step in immediately. The leak was resolved quickly and I only paid for diagnostics, which was $120. Hussein was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you.
