The fob on the wife’s Cherokee recently stopped working. I called the service department and Marsha was eager to assist me. Got me in the next morning and within 15 minutes I was out the door Another stellar performance by the Staff at Nor-Lan.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Nor-lan. I have only good things to say about the experiences I've had in dealing with them. Ty and the team are fantastic. They found the vehicle I was looking for and brought it to Grande Prairie for me. No hassle, no bullsh#t, just great customer service. I even bought Lifetime oil changes for my wife's new to her vehicle and she didn't even buy it from Nor-lan. Why deal with anyone else!

Last night as I was coming home, the engine light came on on my truck (2020 f150) that I purchased at Norlan around 7 months ago. It was too late to make any appointment anywhere so I stopped at the ford dealer at just after 7am to see if they could scan my truck and let me know if it was serious or not. They told me no one was available to do that for an hour and a half. So I left and went to Nor-lan and the nice gal in the oil change bay told me to bring my truck in and SHE would go get a scanner. She plugged it in and found the code and told me what it was. Nothing major. She cleared it and told me if it happened again to come back. I thanked her and told her that her customer service is why this is the third vehicle I have purchased from Nor-lan. WELL DONE!

Leilani was a fantastic help getting our truck in, she went above and beyond to make sure all our truck needs were taken care of! And had our truck back to us in very little time! She also had us in a loner for the few hours our truck was in the shop. Leilani was very pleasant to deal with! And took our concerns very serious. Will definitely recommend her to everyone!

Service Department was very professional and knowledgeable. They repaired a sensor at the front of my truck very quickly. Also communicated to me on the progress of the repair.
