Had an awesome experience buying my RAV4 hybrid at Noral. Joey, Adam and Keith were absolutely gents and made the process super easy. Their new building is amazing, would definitely recommend checking them out.

My 4Runner has had some noise and had an inspection (for $230) by Noral Toyota, the report says I my left front wheel bearing made noise, right front caliper rusted and right front cv axle rubber boot split. They all need to be replaced. I have them all replaced, but the noise is still there, basically, they did not find where the noise coming from. They do not have the skills to pinpoint the problem.

I brought my truck for key programming, they kept my truck for one week, At first they told me keys working but doesn’t close and unlocked the door, Richard called and told me there’s something missing in the wire connection, asking where did I bought it they maybe wrong when installing the wire or blah blah blah…. He told us to pick up the truck after a week, I picked it up, on my way home truck started producing annoying sound, returned it Back he fixed it, and droves home…every time we unlocked the truck the alarm starts…. Returned the truck back then he fixed again…. They mess up my truck, keys doesn’t work to unlock and lock it…

Was quite the headache waiting to get my 4Runner in and was shipping delay after shipping delay.but when it finally showed up the team went above and beyond to make sure I could get behind the wheel just in time for a big road trip I had. Special thanks to Nic and Jake for everything!

My last vehicle was a 2004 RAV4 that had served me well for 19 years. I decided it was time for a new RAV. I simply went online, built my perfect vehicle and delivered the completed form to Noral. My salesman, Ryan Towle was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my vehicle wasn't in stock, so I resigned myself to a lengthy wait. However, Ryan was kind enough to notify me that the dealership received new RAV4s and I was able to get behind the wheel of my dream car much sooner. Nic Grayson, the financial services advisor was quick, efficient and helpful. I love that there was none of the games, haggling and frustration I've experienced when buying elsewhere. Best place to buy a vehicle.

Do not bring your Toyota here. Sat in the shop for a week, in broke on the way home. 2nd time it Sat for a week then broke on the way to Edmonton. The shop it was towed to in Edmonton beleaved no work was done.

After always purchasing vehicles that did not have a dealership in YMM, I decided to switch to Toyota…a family favourite vehicle and one that had strong reviews, and of course local. Not a fan of car sales, I feel like Noral has a team who sincerely believe in their product and will be there to support the customer. Joey was my sales consultant… stellar…. No pressure, answered my questions, listened to what I wanted, provided options, and, after I purchased, spent a lot of time with me explaining the features of my Highlander! Thanks Joey, for your patience and your down to earth approach. Nic, the finance guy, also stellar. Again, listened to what I needed, worked hard to get the best financing possible, explained everything and incredibly organized! Had a few discussions with Keith the manager as well, who, like Joey and Nic, made me feel like my questions mattered. From these great folks to the young guys getting my vehicle spic and span, the gals at the service counter, Adrienne, the shuttle driver to the customers on the shuttle who raved about their Toyotas! I am quite certain I made the right choice and feel that I will be well taken care of at our local Noral dealership! Love my Highlander!

My family and I are very grateful and not regretting walking in to this amazing car dealership! Ryan and Nic we're super nice and very friendly, they went above and beyond. I felt comfortable with the whole experience. I know Nic put a lot of work in getting me finance and super appreciative of it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I traded a 2019 F250 Diesel for a Tacoma TRD Pro. Noral Toyota offered me more money for my truck than any other dealership in town and out of town. All the staff were great to deal with, and an enjoyable experience dealing with the sales advisor Matthew Maxwell. I would recommend Noral Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new Reliable Vehicle.

Didn't really do anything there. Just looked at used car. Salesman showed us a car we wanted to see. 2009 Pontiac G6 convertible.
Salesman was very helpful.

Completely unprofessional, first I was told the company would cover all repairs to the truck multiple times by the salesmen before and after paying the deposit, but the day I went to pick up the truck I was told the company wasn’t willing to do any repairs, the GM of the branch spoke rudely to me when I collected my deposit back as if they were upset I didn’t let them lie to me. (don’t be tricked by the fake reviews this is NOT a place to trust with your money

Had an awesome experience at Noral Toyota. Jake was our salesman & he was easy going, kept us updated on our Sienna, helped us through the process & made it an overall great experience. Keith has also helped sooo much - he replaced parts free of charge & waived costs today that weren’t covered.

Awesome experience. Adam was great. Was originally dealing with another dealership and I was not getting anywhere with them, they would not return phone calls for over a week. Adam had everything lined up within one day and my vehicle arrived within 8 weeks as promised.

Deceptive and unethical business practices. $2000 "fee" hidden in purchase deal breakdown. First described as a fee, then as a documentation fee, then as a dealer markup because "used models are going for $70,000 plus".

Sales person was dishonest, and now the dealership refuses to reach out to discuss this situation.

Shame.
