This was my second time coming to Norden to get a vehicle. A great experience overall, Obeida helped me get a new Jetta after my golf was a total loss from an accident. The manager (brandon) came to us and told us the biweekly payments for a 2023 Volkswagen Jetta Trendline is 350 bi-weekly for 96 months with no down payment, which is 73,000 for a 30,000 vehicle. Then he tells me the interest rate is 6-10%, most disgusting service I've ever seen. Brandon doesn't want to sit and spend time being straight with us about the vehicle and the interest rate. It's very rude and dishonest.

Walked into Norden to test drive a Tiguan with other appointments at all the other dealerships lined up. After I was done at Norden, I went for my test drives and ended up back at Norden VW to buy the Tiguan a few days later. I had very specific criteria and with the market right now it wasn’t easy… but I was surprised with my exact vehicle criteria! Marco was helpful every step of the way until I drove off in my new car. He continues to be helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. I give my highest recommendations to this dealership and the best sales rep, Marco. Thanks guys!

Service center are scammers, my car was under warranty and they said the oil sensor wasn't covered because a mouse had bitten through the wiring. I had seen on the internet that they will usually try to tell you a rodent chewed through the wiring so they can pay thier laborers, even though it's covered under warranty. No reason I should have paid. I'd be careful with this service center.

Andrew has been fantastic! No issues whatsoever, l would recommend his services without hesitation.

STAY FAR AWAY!

This dealership is Very shady. They will try and charge you $700 for AMVIX/Anti Theft fees. Per Alberta law you can not charge any thing extra from the advertised priced besides GST.

They will lowball you on a trade in offer that's $5500 below wholesale value on a vehicle with extremely low KM and in immaculate shape. They will then charge you GST on the entire purchase price of the new vehicle compared to the difference between the price like any other dealership.

We advised them not to waste our time and provided numbers that we were looking for before going back a second time. They ignored this and proceeded to waste our entire evening. They will also want to drive your vehicle before any numbers are even agreed upon, not even a tech to drive your vehicle just someone in the show room.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience here.

Test drove a Audi S3, car was from Ontario and some how no idea how but passed OPI and the alignment was off.brakes were soft and spongy and they car was blowing huge clouds of smoke out the back.just be careful a look over these cars well especially check carfax first cause onterrible cars get rusty even after just a couple years.

Bought a used golf. Sales team of Jack and Cole were great to work with. Fair negotiations on the price and made me a nice YouTube video of the vehicle since it was in Edmonton and I was coming from Calgary. Was excited to get the deal done so quickly. On the drive home I found that the rear wiper blade and front passenger wiper blades both had pretty obvious broken rubber, also found the rear washer fluid line was leaking into the vehicle when I used it, seemed like half went on the rear window half in the car. I guess we will see if it’s covered under warranty. Kind of makes me wonder if the vehicle was inspected thoroughly enough or just glanced at. I would think they could replace the wiper blades at little cost to VW. Not trying to complain, just thought I’d share what I noticed on my drive back down south. Should a guy expect more from a certified used vw? Is a 4 star rating too high?

Well firstly I'll say that upon entering the service bay, Ryan inmediately met me and began checking me and my vehicle in. After that and some pics, I met Lanny, an amazing individual who helped make my experience perfect. Lanny listened, didn't suggest anything I didn't need, and even went for a quick test drive eith me. He was so detailed and precise. But also genuine and up front. After that, Garry got me going in my loaner car and he was also kind and friendly. And later Justin sent me a video if evry single detail of what was found in my car. Outstanding experience! From front door greeting, throughout the whole choosing, deciding and purchasing process, Norden VW staff was amazing. Max, the sales rep walked us thoroughly through all need-to-knows after carefully learning all of our needs. We dealt with Matt on a vehicle in Norden's used lot. It was quick and easy to view and test drive the vehicle, and Matt was honest and helpful with our questions. The finance department was also very prompt and courteous. Their showroom was clean and the staff ensured we were comfortable and offered refreshments for while we were waiting. They even allowed our giant dog to come along when we picked up our car. I've purchased through other dealers in the past, and even though our new vehicle isn't a Volkswagen, Norden really set a standard for how a car-buyer should be treated. I would recommend them to anyone!

What a joke. Drove all the way from Millet to pick up a set of spark plugs for my Jetta to find out the parts search is down and I guess nobody at the dealership knows what spark plugs a 1.4 Jetta needs.

Nick in sales was wonderful to deal with. Started my deal online from their website (as I live out of town) shortly before 9pm. Within 15 minutes Nick reached out to me and got all the details. Process of dealing the sales end was seamless, and Nick was a very helpful and relatable. On the finance end I primarily worked with Ella, again couldn’t have asked for better. She handled everything professionally and in a timely manner.

Was sorely disappointed with my experience with South Centre VW in Calgary prior which led to me looking outside of Calgary, but I am so glad that I did. These guys made it totally worth the drive and the time.

Highly recommended. The sales team is very knowledgeable and honest, and they will find the best deal for you and hunt down the best finance rates. Friendly but made a promise to take care of some important paperwork and did not follow through.
Also did not offer options of vehicles and did not tell me the ticket price of the vehicle. My bad for not asking, I guess, but it is something they should be more transparent about. I do love my Tiguan though.

Absolutely terrible experience keeping them to their word, they’ll say anything to get you to sign a contract then lie about what they promised. Their sales team is manipulative and untrustworthy. As I’ve been disputing it with them their managers have hung up on me multiple times and been extremely rude. Go to any other Dealership, this one can’t be trusted.

Honestly would never buy a vehicle from here or recommend to anybody. I had a vehicle all picked out that I was interested in. First salesman I dealt with was just fine, said it was pending a sale so we moved along. Then after a week the vehicle was still on their website, so I called to inquire if the sale fell through, was told it was "almost sold" and I would get a call back if it fell through and if it sold it would be removed from the website. 5 days later vehicle Is still on the website so I called again, was told its "98%" sold and if it fell through I would get a call. The next week my boyfriend called to see if it sold as it was still on the website, he was told it was sold and that was that. 30 min later he gets a call back from a salesman saying his MANAGER told him the deal was "weak as it was a bad credit sale" and to book an appt for him to come in that evening. We showed up for the appointment at 6pm and was told it sold.so you're telling me that you didn't know before then that it was sold? The bank would not have approved a bank loan that late.better yet! The new owners were in house picking up the vehicle. Horrible horrible service. We wasted our evening. Whoever the "manager" was.so unprofessional. Will never buy from you guys.

Max was awesome as he had everything ready for me before I got to the dealership which was great as I am from out of town and it made the process go very quickly.

Working with Ryan was a pleasure! He was friendly and actually acknowledged my girlfriend who was purchasing the SUV with me. We were disappointed we couldn't outright buy our vehicle with a bank draft and had to get it financed but thems the rules I guess.

I made a light inquiry online and Temi, the Sales Rep contacted me quickly and was able to answer all my questions. Between him and his sales manger we worked out a dela that worked for both of us. They also took car of getting all the extras added prior to me picking up the vehicle. No hassles or waiting. The finance department was also on top of it and got everything done quickly. They also communicated to me clear about what I need to have ready for the final signing etc. It really was an around great experience like the last time I bought from them. One of the main reasons I went back is because their service department is second to none. The great service doesn’t end in the sales department, it is extend to the service department. My relationship with dealerships end of the service department is no good. I am happy with my purchase and to be a long term client at Norden VW!

I purchased a vehicle from Norden earlier this month. Overall, the experience was good. Randy (Sales), Eddie (Service), and Madison (Service) were all amazing and very helpful with any questions or concerns I had.

A member of the Sales team and a member of the Finance team were completely unresponsive once the deal was done.

I would only recommend dealing with the people I’ve mentioned above.

I would skip this location. The manager wasn't the greatest to deal with. Was told he would sell the car we viewed to us for 8300. We asked for 8 in which he went and talked to the owner and told us the price was 9000. They also tried charging us 750 for amvic and an additional 300 for fuel/cleaning fee. I feel sorry for the salesman. He was actually a nice guy and his manager totally ruined the sale for him.

Our sales man Wade was more than helpful and accommodating. Arranged a 2 day test drive as we live out of the city and even brought the car to meet us halfway.

They have no problem charging you extra for warranty and brag about “12 year rust free” ive owned my Tiguan for 2 years it started to rust. I made a claim and apparently the rust on the hatch is “external” and not covered. I’ve had the tail light rot out of it already which leads me to believe that this car is gonna be riddled with corrosion issues that will be overlooked.

Buy your vehicle somewhere else.

I was going through a very tough time personally and financially when i decided to trade in my vehicle for an older one. I found Norden Volkswagen through Go Auto and decided on a vehicle to take for a test drive.

Maybe they're better in person.
Since I live in Calgary, I wanted to know if they were willing to negotiate on the price of a used vehicle I was interested in, so I got in contact with them and asked a sales representative. The sales representative either ignored this question or told me he'd have to check with a manager for the SIX TIMES I asked this over 6 days of communication. I finally spoke on the phone with him on the 6th day where he finally said there was no negotiating on the vehicle. He proceeded to get my trade-in valued even after me telling him 3 times that I wouldn't buy theirs for full price unless I received a price over what I would get from a private sale for my car. His sales manager called me back to tell me their offer for my car, which was below wholesale value for rough condition. Then proceeded to tell me there were fees with the purchase of their vehicle as well for a little bit over $1k. I dont think this practice follows the AMVIC all-in pricing that is mandated by law.
Also I got additional pictures from the sales representative, so I also noticed there was rust on the door sill inside that was not shown on their online photos or communicated to me before that point.
I would just stay away, it was a waste of my time.

Awesome sales person Sam P. Did an awesome job, drove out car to me so I can test drive and show the family. Finance part was a bit of a blunder, had to wait 45 mins longer to get in when having a appoint at 1, but once in they were good.

I recently purchased my 2016 vw golf. Saransh was my salesman, was extremely helpful with helping me get into my first new car. He was extremely flexible with his schedule, and made sure he was always available. The finance part was a little hard to understand, but he made sure I understood everything, and answered every question I had very clearly. He was very honest, helped me get into a vehicle I wanted, and the one that was right for me. He answered all my questions, and made sure I was getting the best service possible. 2nd vehicle bought at this dealer ship. Salesperson was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Final sale price was not as agreed during the bargaining with the sales rep and the manager by appx 800$. Being a 2018 vehicle it is due for servicing i.e oil change which tell me that Norden volks never inspected the vehicle before turning the key over to me. Management was supposed to call me about the price and never did bother.
For the second time I feel that #Norden Volkswagen failed me. Eric

This was our first experience dealing with Norden VW. My wife and I could not have been more pleased. We were given prompt, friendly, honest, and respectful attention by Vincent (our sales person. He gets bonus stars in our book. Dealing with finance was informative without pressure to purchase some great options for our new car. Overall, we had a very pleasant time buying a great car at the right price.

Poor Brendan. You see these good reviews just wait.they will do anything to get you in A vehichle. Lie to you hide your signatures and misplace all the papers you sighn just to come back and re finance to get more money. They are really good at manipulating and making you think they are about you. Until you trade in your vehichle and they Thankyou for your purchase yet they forget to put you on the loan or erase your name something like that.they got what s comming to them
As taking advantage of A 19 year old and 18 year old is rather disgcusting if you ask me. To take 40,000 from someone after a 10,000 trade in and the new car is worth 10,000.someone's enjoying the money.so much fraud and have had to go straight to the top. This is Not over yet and I can't wait to meet you in person.and ask you why you did this to 2 innocent hard working people then the nerve to say refinance to make more money? He works 14 hour days and gets much dirtier then you and makes honest money.how dare You! Don't worry about fixing it. I'll let you know of your court date.

Having been a sales professional for the past 35 years I know a sales pro when I see one. Rod was thorough, friendly and very knowledeable about the VW product. I am thrilled with my VW Tiguan and the leasimg program that was offered. A shout out as well to Elle who helped finalize all the paperwork.

Overall good experience with Norden VW during my recent golf r purchase. Everyone was kind and accommodating, and service was completed timely. Kind of a rough start with the detailing side of things but overall I am happy I chose this dealership over others, and very happy with my purchase.
