It was great to work with Pam! She was accommodating with my schedule as well as friendly. She gave inputs and helped us select right drapes and shades to our newly built house. Pat installed our drapes and he was great as well. Pretty much left the place clean and tidy after installation.

Pam at Normandeau was the absolute best. She worked around our schedule and even let us look around the showroom and make our selections on a Saturday (Normally closed). We were in the process of purchasing a new home and the one time we were able to get in for a walk thru she made herself available to come in and do all the measurements. Took only 4-5 weeks from first meeting till installed. Not enough room in the review to really explain how amazing the customer service was and the excellent service from Pam.

Pam was amazing to deal with, patient, knowledgeable and just a peoples person! We’re extremely happy with our drapes! Only reason 4 and not 5 was that the installer could of cleaned up afterwards. But service and quality are great!

Our experience at Normandeau Britannia was excellent from start to finish. It was very helpful to go into the store to see the various alternatives. Gillian made many suggestions for our shades that we've really benefitted from. When our shades arrived and were installed they exceeded our expectations. They fit our windows perfectly and look great.

Service and quality of product has been great. Needed a few tweaks and repairs after our install almost 7 years ago and they were great. Had issues with only one blind since then and they came out to repair recently as it was still under warranty. Love the product so much we just got two more blinds installed.

I emailed asking if possible to do as much consultation over e-mail as possible. With young kids and covid it’s very hard to attend in person appointments (even phone calls can be tricky). I had an immediate response via email as requested and amazing support picking out our coverings. Then a quick home visit for measurements where Margo brought samples and we had coverings ordered in a timely fashion. Very pleased with our coverings but even more impressed with the service. Will be using Normandeau for any future needs we have and recommending to all our friends.
