Nice little shop but had a hard time finding it as there’s no sign on the building for Coral Sea Watersports and instead says N49 Brands. I picked up a generic paddle board leash for $30.

Love their high quality products such as Paddle-Board, E-Scooter, Kayak, Electric Bike and many more products. I highly recommend anyone that looking for fun summer activities.

We bought 2 iSUPs from the Calgary store at an excellent sale price. We live in the Okanagan Valley in BC and our order was shipped quickly. We dealt with Kyle, an excellent representative. He was quick to respond to any questions about the boards. The customer service was outstanding. I recommend this company to everyone.

I Ordered a paddleboard online from coral sea watersports in Calgary.
I was super excited, and for me it was alot of money to be spending on a liesure item.
They accepted my payment, I heard nothing back.
When I contacted them and asked for any details at all, like when it would be shipped out, I got an email saying sorry we're sold out now.
They Told me I could get a different board for same price and they'd throw in extras such as a dry bag, for the inconvenience.
The Order took a very long time, covid related, shipping etc. It took a month.
However there was ZERO communication.
ZERO updates.
I had to call multiple times only to get Full voicemail everytime and I had to email multiple times to try hard to get any sort of response. I was just left wondering.
There was one vague email near the end saying the boards should arrive soon.
FedEx finally sent me tracking Info and package finally arrived.
No dry bag or extras for the 1 month wait like I was promised.
I emailed coral sea sports to let them know I had finally received the board, not even a response.
Had customer service been even "ok" I wouldn't have done a negative review, however I was left feeling quite disappointed with the whole experience.
I Won't pursue the extras I was promised as they likely wouldnt respond Anyways!
It turned out to be much more stressful than it was exciting by the end.
I wouldn't shop there again.
One positive was the board. Its awesome!

I just bought the Synergy Sport Dual Motor 800w electric scooter, and let me tell you, it is EVERYTHING! I've owned two other electric scooters before this, so i knew what i was looking for in my next scooter. This scooter is made of really high end components, and is a sturdy ride for sure! I can easily blow by any other scooter out there, it climbs hills like a breeze, excellent range on this (yay!). And the scooter will last me for many, many, years to come. Love the bright LED headlight & tail lights, excellent brakes, good tyre size, nice display.this scooter is absolutely a 10 out of 10! Don't waste your time or money with a low end scooter (that you can't repair, or find the parts for), go see Kyle at North 49 (Calgary location) and he can hook you up with a test ride to help narrow the scope on your preferred ride. Seriously, the minute i took this scooter for a test ride, it basically sold itself to me. It also comes with a warranty, and they do repairs onsite for when that day comes. Thanks for helping a sister out with her scooter needs, i'm having an absolute blast enjoying my new ride, and have named it "Beast" because it truly is a beast, lol! =

I purchased a new Vivacity cruiser SUP online that was delivered from Calgary. I was in communication with Cory because of questions that I had and he has been really great with helping out with everything. The board was delivered quick and the first test run was yesterday here on Vancouver Island. I'm super pleased with it and look forward to taking it down to Costa Rica next week! Thanks Cory

Couldn't be happier with the Synergy Panther I purchased! Amazingly efficient transportation and so much fun, I hardly drive my car anymore. And, the customer service at North49, which in my opinion is more important than the actual product, is absolutely top shelf. I'd give North49 Brands a 6 star rating if I had the option.

We purchased two Adrenaline Air Kayaks online on a Thursday. We followed up with a phone call, as we needed them by the following Wednesday. They were extremely accommodating, friendly and great service as they arrived on the Monday. We really like them, got to use them 3 times on our vacation. I felt very stable in them, and once I learned how to get in and out by myself it made the experience that much better. Prior to using these kayaks we had only kayaked 3 times in our lives, and 2 times were doubles, these kayaks worked very well for us. I don't know if they come in wider sizes, but a person would need to make sure that they are wide enough for them to sit in before purchasing.

We purchased our inflatable Pop paddle board a couple of years ago. It was so easy to use! We love to paddle around our lake to visit neighbours and explore. Thanks Pop. And thanks for your great customer service!

We purchased our Paddleboard in Calgary in May 2017. We are currently living in Honduras and use the paddleboard regularly and love it.we have the 2 person board and find it very stable out on the ocean. Recently while a friend was trying our paddle board the paddle end of the paddle came off and fell to the bottom of the ocean. I contacted Calvin Quach and informed him of the situation. They were very understanding and agreed to replace the paddle.we had a friend stop by the store and picked it up for us so they can deliver it to Honduras for us. I would highly recommend Calvin and the Paddlestore Calgary to anyone interested in purchasing a paddleboard.

Purchased 2 electric scooters from N49. We shopped around and these are by far the best quality for the price. If you are looking for a everyday commuter the Sport model does the trick!

Thanks to Calvin I had all my questions answered and I am now a proud owner of the AE advanced frame sport kayak. There was a defect on one of the skirt bladders but Calvin and Alex talked to the rep and had a new bladder sent to my house as promised. Great service before and after the sale. Thanks guys.
