We used to buy quite a bit from this auction. Some things were broken. Definitely need to be viewing items in person before bidding.

Side note, Keith who we saw often at the auction also sells auction items on Facebook marketplace. May be able to get items cheaper that way. I mean, who doesn't like a good bargain!

I bought the monitor tested work before, but when I pickup it not even working. Worst Auction ever, NOT going here again, he give me a F work and said see you later they didn’t care for there product working or not, WORST Customer service EVER. STAY AWAY

Louis and Tim were fantastic with helping me answer questions on the phone and helping me in person picking up my bike and scooter thank you guys for all your help!

I bought electronic scooter in facebook from this company but It was defective product. The scooter tire was cracked totally and it can be slippery whenever turn around. My daughter could have been injured because of this cracked tire.

I complained about this and I asked him to exchange other one.but he just laughed at me. He told me that impossible to exchange it because I had chose this one. Only what I can do it I need to fix it using my own money.

Regardless of what client chose, all Items he want to sell on the market have to be in order.

Dont' buy anything from him.so disgust guy

Always fast and easy when picking up items there, parking can get a little crazy because of the lay out so if you're just going for one or two things I suggest parking on the road and making the walk into the office.

I have never had anything but amazing service and help at North American Auction! Keith always goes above and beyond to help me out and has loaded my car for me several times. Everyone on the lot is very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions!

I have had a lot of fun at this auction site over the past 12 months. Some of the items aren’t always exactly as expected, and I often wonder why Home Depot, Costco, Amazon and more would send broken items to auction, which then reflects badly on this hard working team at Local Auction.
I try to pre-inspect the items before I bid and still try to get a fair deal, after all it is An Auction and it is fun to see what they have each week.

Tim was “amazing”! Cannot express my feeling of gratitude enough. I bought a couch as an impulse buy (without looking at it) and won the bid! Then I had to get it home. Tim was able to load it for me and strap everything down. I am currently waiting for back surgery - so I was completely useless. No help whatsoever. He was beyond helpful, so polite and even whistled as he loaded the couch up.
I cannot say “thank you enough”

Won a refrigerator on auction, picked it up (not the same clean refrigerator in the picture from the auction), took it home, cleaned it up (very dirty), plugged it in after waiting 24hrs from travelling on its side, dead compressor.

I just bought this from the auction and it was such a great deal. My ageing mother will love it. The auction's pick up location was easy to find and the staff were friendly.

Don’t waste your time and money. Most of the stuff isn’t inspected and I’ve spent some decent money on completely broken items. Also they are untrustworthy. They shorted me a snowblower when I bought several as they did the loading. I didn’t notice right away and their answer was too bad and they resold my item they failed to load that I had paid for. Untrustworthy sketchy group.

The guy that runs the place is the most miserable human on earth. Product's can be broken. Buyer beware.

Let me update this review with more details: When you purchase an item you have one week to pick it up. They are only open 2 days and one of those days they are only open for 4 hours. It is not a very easy location to get to if you don't drive.

The first time I purchased something the guy who ran the place was so rude. He seems to not want any customers. Unfortunately I tried buying on a couple other occasions and one time an item was completely broken. If they had looked in the box they would have seen that. The box was open so it would have been easy. I shouldn't have bought anything after than but I saw an item I wanted and it looked like it was perfect condition (it was and it was a good buy).

On the day after the auction, Monday, I had planned on picking up my items but my cat got very sick. She has chronic kidney disease. The meds she was on made her stomach upset so the following Friday I was back at the vet and couldn't pick up the item. I emailed and left a voicemail that I would be back on the next day they were open.

When I showed up to get my items, the miserable guy was there again and had a hard time finding my items. He growled at me "next time you don't show up the day after the auction it's $20! ". Don't worry Mr. Misery Guts I won't be back. One of the items was again, broken, and if they had opened the open box they would have seen that.

Do not recommend this place in any way, shape or form.

Really worst online shopping experience. No customer service. Do not waste your money. Sometime the description is totally wrong with the item. The owner just say we did our best to describe it and no refund at all. Once you won the item and it is yours no mater if it is garbage. Good luck if you want to take your chance. But most of time you got garbage.

Everything I purchased was defective. I would have rated 1 star but they do give you the option to check out the items in advance. However, the hours to view are also horrible. I tried getting replacement parts for an item and had to pay to get it shipped from the US. I learned my lesson on this one. Don't buy anything electronic or you might end up paying for that and dump fees! Service was fine but confusing on who to talk to and where to go.

I had called to ask how to pick up as the email I received said they would contact me. So I called to see how to pick up my item. The gentleman I spoke to said he was the owner. He said I just stop in and grab it. I asked for a location and what I needed. He then got rude like I was an inconvenience. I must have missed the invoice in my email so I asked him to resend it. He started to raise his voice. I told him I was only trying to get my item. I then asked were I could leave a review which he responded he would just delete it. He then said he would just refund me and throw my item in the garbage. It was going to be donated to a shelter but that’s ok. I asked for a confirmation email. He yelled saying I will get one that said I did not win and a refund in 3 to 30 days then hung up. I just had some questions. I would not recommend using this site if you need any customer service. Maybes he is having an off day but I did not call to upset anyone or get yelled at.

Not well systematized procedures of getting won items, not much help either in placing your big items into your vehicle, to each his own.
