The receptionists are great, but I had a 11 appt to be seen for some paperwork to be filled out. I ended up walking out of the clinic at 12: 30 cause I still wasnt seen by a doctor, what's the point of a appt if i have to walk out and go elsewhere.

Comments, nasty and bad directed at the receptionists need to stop. Trying their best assist and help everyone. Not their fault, caring doctors spend a little more time with their patients. Before you start screaming, angry at receptionist, why don't you think how hard, abuse they take everyday serving you. I don't mind waiting, Dr. Moamer worth it, might be one of best doctors Edmonton.

I am shocked reading nasty comment about health care in general. Whinning for waiting for too long? It's free healthcare in this country and expect a 5 star membership? Get real, we are a lucky nation with our health care all over this country.

The poor service that I receive from this place is consistent. 1st incident, I would schedule a phone call appointment for a certain time (ex.within 6pm-7pm) and I would get a call at 4pm. Don't give me a timeframe if you're not going to stick to it and end up calling whenever you want. 2nd incident, I'd call to get my prescription faxed to a certain pharmacy. They don't send the FULL prescription (I needed 2 medications), AND they would send to the wrong pharmacy location. Waste of my time going to pick up a prescription that isn't even at the right location. Careless. 3rd incident, I called and asked to book an appointment with a doctor. I was told that they're fully booked, which is understandable, so I proceeded to ask what the walk-in timeframe was. I was told 9am-7pm for the following day. The following day, I arrive at 2pm and I was told that they don't accept walk-ins until 4: 15pm. There was NO sympathy from the receptionist at the desk when I was there, which is ridiculous as their colleague clearly gave the wrong information. This is extremely frustrating as I am in enough pain and in need to see a doctor, and don't need the additional stress. Had the receptionist give me the correct information when I called, I wouldn't be in this inconvenient situation. Please ensure your team is on the same page in all aspects. Been going here for years, I've given the benefit of the doubt many times, and I've had enough. Going elsewhere who doesn't have such a CARELESS and UNSYMPATHETIC team.

This facility is unorganized and unprofessional. You schedule appointments and they don't put into the doctors schedules. You schedule phone call appointments and the administrative staff blatantly lie to you. They tell you times that you'll get a phone call that is after they are closed. They also don't call to advise of any changes and when you call you are left on hold for 15 - 30 minutes.

I love this clinic! It is an excellent place, the doctors, and all staff are great! The manager (Nancy) is a very, very nice lady. She goes above and beyond to make sure the place runs smoothly. And she actually talks to the patients and makes them feel comfortable. What a change from my previous experiences. I will be coming back!

Went in because I felt like swallowing glass this has been going on for 4 days and my 4 year old said her ear hurt. DR looked at my daughters ear and didn’t even ask me anything then left the room before I could even ask why he didn’t look at me.as I was in the room already with my daughter would have taken 1 min to look. They open at 10 Dr wasn’t event there till after well after 11 seems productive and on top of all that they have booked appointments on Sunday when there one of the only few to be open on Sunday’s. This is why people going and plugging up emergency rooms cause of incompetent medi centres worst experience and now I have to go again to a DR to get antibiotics.worst experience poor staff

Waste of time, they canceled my appointment for 3times, so please don’t even bother to call or booked an appointment with them.

Doctor is kind, but appointment is joking at here, I’m waiting for a hour after my appointment time, then another 20mins in the cabinet.

The Dr is a total a**! Don't even bother wasting your time. Doesnt listen to what you want. Rude, Blunt and should not have a Dr license.

They turned my 4 year old and 2 year old away because they haven’t ever been in the system before.

The worst Clinic ever. Waited for 3 hours and had multiple people go in before and they showed up after me without an appointment. Asked multiple times how long and they said shortly. I’m surprised this place is still in business with the all bad reviews it has.

I called this clinic regarding my referral and the ladies that answered the phone were very pleasant to speak with. One put me on hold and another had answered me back, but was able to help me with what I had ask from the other person. Very proficient!

This is not based on one bad experience, this review is based on years of bad experiences from myself and loved ones.

I wish I could give this clinic a 0. Dr. Kuganathan is either incompetent or has totally checked out. I used to stress about going to the doctor. Now that I go to a caring and compassionate doctor, I realize that it caring for yourself can be an enjoyable experience.

None of the doctors at this clinic take mental health struggles or disabilities seriously. Especially Dr. Kuganathan. She either fills out ($200) forms wrong on purpose or due to negligence.

They have no knowledge/support aside from prescribing opioids (when those drugs are clearly not needed).

Very clean, and organized clinic. Smiles everywhere. Felt welcoming and my questions were all answered in a proficient way. Will defiantly be back with my kids!

Had a pleasant visit here. The doctors were friendly and the receptionist were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Absolutely horrible place. My wife walked in at 3: 45 on a Saturday, and was refused medical care with a temperature of 39.8 degrees. What a pathetic excuse for a clinic. Who the hell is in charge of this place anyway!? ! Would never recommend this place to anyone.

It was my first time at the clinic and I had a great experience. The ladies at the front were so friendly, and I didn’t have to wait very long at all!

I really loved the way they attend to the patients, glad to see such professionals in the town

I wish i can rate it zero. Dr Kuganathan is the worst. She isn't professional. She rush and don't explain any test result. She did phone consult and it only took her a minute.if i didn't ask a question it might be less than a minute and she hang up on me. I don't recommend her at all. But the receptionist was so amazing. I will never visit this clinic again.

The front desk service was quick and friendly. My male doctor was friendly
BUT was the least hygienic I’ve ever experienced when being physically examined. Gloves were on when he entered the room and he touched multiple items including the garbage can before conducting the exam - totally unacceptable.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Dr. Girudiha Kuganathan has no respect for her patients and is extremely unprofessional. Her staff and reception has no clue what they are doing. I don't understand how they are running this place. Horrible service. Please do not bother yourself with going here.

Avoid Dr. Kitwanda Lawrence. Rude, unprofessional, doesn't listen, never ever seeing him again. Don't waste your time! He is not worth it & doesn't seem to know what he was doing.

Waited forever to get service and did not like the doctor I saw, avoid this clinic like the plague!

If this could be zero stars it would be, every time I try and refill my prescription for my bipolar disorder and anxiety I'm treated like a drug addict making me feel worse about my diagnosis. You're supposed to feel comfortable going to a doctors instead going here has only caused me more stress and anxiety. My prescription was cut down my half without any notice or discussion after I said I'd be leaving by travel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCUMMY OFFICE.

Called asking to see a doctor on behalf of a nurse from 811 and the doctor is apparently to sick to see us.

I've been there for a couple of times, although the waiting time is a bit long, yet their doctors & staff are exceptional. Dr. Regi is an outstanding doctor as well as Dr. Attir & Dr. Moez, and I'd recommend this clinic for any patient who wants a real remedy for his condition.

My experience with Dr Kitwanda was terrible! I was in a lot of pain, was very worried and wanted to know what was going on with me. He asked me what was wrong and I explained to him about my problem but he just sat there looked at me with no emotion and kept saying to me "What do you want me to do"? I asked him questions about the pain and he said "I don't know". He was rude and very careless. I even asked him if he can send me to do some tests such as an ultrasound, MRI, x-ray etc. And he said no and said I should just take pain killers. Then he got up and left. I just felt like crying. It was unbelievable! He should not be working in this field!

Great experience so far, staff are friendly and professional. Wether you have a doctor’s appointment or simply a walk in. Reem is the best receptionist, courteous, with good customer service skills and keeps her smile on even under pressure from occasional phone calls when I visited. Very clean environment, accessible to free WiFi and with a kids corner in case you arrive with small children in the waiting area. I recommend this location to all.

Dr. Kitwanda did not know the protocol from treating an acute asthma attack. I ended up in emerg two hours after seeing this doctor and was admitted. Apparently this dr. Gave me the veterinary treatment. He also yelled at me because I cried. He has earned his terrible reputation.

Dr. Kitwanda comes off as rude and condescending. He comes in the room and doesn’t say hi at all or when I said thank you just ignored me and left. Awful doctor! The 1 star are for the pharmacists that are all really friendly.

I have been going to this clinic for the past 3 years, they are truly exceptional. They have always gone out of there way to help me in any way, there pharmacy is also fantastic, informative and happy to answer questions. Shout out to Dr. Moiz and the ladies at reception, very helpful and caring people!

This place is great, dr. Kitwanda comes off as standoffish but will listen to patients, and will also research new ideas if presented to him. He's just not the talkative type. The pharmacists are extremely friendly and approachable as well.

Same with other commenters here, there is a doctor there that does not seem to care about the patient. Particularly doctor Lawrence Kitwanda. He is not interested in listening to the patient. You just speak a few words and he is done. You cannot even finish talking he will go out the door. He enters the room and you greet with "hi doc" he will respond "what? ". I'm not sure why he is a practicing physician with that kind of manners.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have had asthma since I was 13 and I am now 20. The doctor I saw (sadly can't remember her name) told me I could not come back to get another ventolin inhaler every month (she would also not give me more then one, as well as only one month of birth control at a time). This was in the winter when my asthma is at its worse. I also live in a house with a smoker and two cats. If she would have explained why or tried to find a better solution it would be one thing but she basically just said I'd have to come back months later. Honestly I felt like she was putting my life on the line because she doesn't know how asthma works.

Very obvious the 5 star reviews are fake as they only have 1 review which is to this place lol! Very friendly receptionists but the doctors don’t care about patient care. They definitely do care more about the amount of patients coming in and out the doors than the quality of patient care they are giving out. Doctors are all over booked, waiting time is extremely long even if you have an appointment, the poor girls look over worked. Dr. Kitwanda has no idea what he’s doing, not even sure how he has his license and the female doc has an attitude. With her you’ll be in and out in a minute, she doesn’t even check you.

Incredibly ignorant receptionist. Had an appointment booked but my health care card hadn't arrived in time, called to inquire if I could still come for my appointment and just pay the extra fee that my healthcare card would cover and receptionist tried arguing saying no other clinics do that. If you're clinic doesn't that's fine but dont argue that others dont when I called in and confirmed that they do.

I have been coming here with my family for years and have had some wonderful experiences with the family physicians. However, one of the main reasons I continue to come back is for the kindness, compassion and the most outrageous sense of humor the front reception clerk Darcel exhibits. She is prompt and thorough with her scheduling and always pleasant on the phone when I need help or calling as a courtesy to be sure I don’t miss my appointment. She is a ray of sunshine and because of her, I will gladly continue to bring my family to the clinic.
The 5 stars are for Darcel.

Gwen was amazing and she has a great sense of humour and truly cares about the clients as well as all the other staff am very great full for all these people do for me and others that come here
