North Hill is very Professional and Proactive! I was there to do a out of province inspection. They saw that my battery placement and installation are incorrect. They took the liberty to fix with no added cost.

I was refered to North Hill Auto by a friend and I'm glad I took my Nissan over. Friendly service, no hidden chatges-neither did they try to sell unnecessary services/products.

I got dropped off at home-which was an added touch. They didn't have to do so, but they did-really nice conversations on the ride too.

Staff are still very helpful and pleasant since my last service one year ago. Work was well done and thorough. However, the value has decreased significantly. I was quoted an estimate of $560 for changing out both headlights on my Audi A6, and I ultimately did the work myself for $170 in parts (identical to original equipment) and less than 1.5 hr of labour. I might as well go to Audi for service in future.

They were able to repair my Fiat's tie rod end with a different car's part, while a dealership said they could only replace the whole steering arm. I greatly appreciate the extra effort they put in to fix my car up, and Jen and Vera (?) were wonderful to communicate with.

The team at North Hill Auto are always friendly, and go out of their way for their customers. The mechanical work is always top quality, with detailed breakdown of the work.

The two women running the counter were lovely to talk to. The mechanics were very thorough in their inspection, including pictures of any suggested replacements on my car. They offered to drive me home and pick me up as well, which was a nice touch. Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent service. The front desk staff were very friendly and communicated regularly through text about the progress of my vehicle. They didn’t try to upswell or push any unnecessary repairs. Prices were fair and they even cleaned the outside of my car before pickup - a pleasant surprise.

We have been taking our vehicles to NHAS to n and off for a long time now. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful as well as honest and ethical. That’s important in a good vehicle shop. They are also, at least, a third generation auto repair facility. Born and raised Calgarians etc. I trust them completely to do good work the first time and not cheat us with unnecessary work. The team is incredible. Take you vehicle here!

Recently, I had an out-of-province inspection done by North Hill Auto. They were amazing, friendly, and efficient. When I called to get a price they didn't put me on hold for 15 mins like the other auto companies I reached out to. The work was reasonably priced, done quickly, the car was washed, and they offered to replace my old license with my new plates. This is an honest business that I am happy to recommend to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

Quick response time and great options for winter tire pricing. Excellent service including free checks for general vehicle condition complete with pictures and recommendations sent online. Not to mention the free car wash!

The vehicle inspection was very thorough and complete documentation was provided on the results, good and bad. For any items needing further attention, very reasonable price estimates were provided for troubleshooting/repair/replacement. The vehicle was taken in at the appointed time and was returned when promised. I would use North Hill Auto Service for any further work I wanted done.
