North Hill Foot & Ankle was able to get me in right away. The front office staff were friendly and diligent in returning my calls/requesting information from the doctor. Dr Crosby was genuine, honest and was able to pin point exactly what my issues were quickly. He was able to assist in getting me better as fast and safe as possible, Thank you. I was in a time crunch, travelling outside of Canada, and the front office staff were able to assist me in securing an appointment at a Canada Diagnostic centre, calling multiple contacts, so thank you! I would refer anyone who has podiatry issues to visit this office, they care!

I had an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me for a while; I had been to a few other clinics/referred to clinics by my GP but some couldn’t do the surgery and others didn’t have an opening for a long time.

Dr. Crosby was able to get me in within a week and I received a nail avulsion and matrixectomy. I’m so glad I went and got the surgery with Dr. Crosby’s office, and the aftercare service has been really great; most importantly, my toe feels and looks great more than two months now after the surgery.

I highly recommend North Hill Foot & Ankle Clinic for your podiatric needs, especially ingrown toenails!

From the time that you walk in the front door you feel that you are well looked after. Dr. Crosby's receptionist is warm, friendly, very organized and always a pleasure to speak with. His assistant, is again, very compassionate, professional, knowledgable and lovely to talk to. Dr. Crosby is an excellent practitioner, very kind, gentle and always discusses the risk and benefits of his treatments. The office is very clean and well looked after. I was more than impressed with my care from Dr. Crosby and his staff, and would have no hesitation in recommending this office.

This was one of the greatest experiences I have had at a Doctor's office. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I went in for an in-grown toe nail removal and Dr. Crosby was an absolute legend in terms of removing it. Made me feel confident in what he was doing and I had zero pain during the entire procedure. I would highly recommend going here.

Went to see Dr. Crosby for my toddlers hammertoes.the receptionist was friendly and all, but the actual assessment with dr. Crosby took less than 30 seconds.we were told that there is nothing they could do.no brace or orthotics. Funny enough, he told us to tape the toes together and that might help! We were charged a decent $90 just for this. I don't really know where this 5 stars rating reviews are coming from but that was my exact experience.would not recommend to anyone whatsoever, and certainly would not go back. You would expect a lot more from a so called "Podiatrist".

Friendly, professional service from Dr. Crosby. Takes the requisite amount of time to do procedures and answer questions. Will return in the future.

I’ve called them - left a message and they never return my call! I’m waiting for my product since December and haven’t heard from them. I even paid ahead for the product and now I want a refund. Just terrible for a Health Clinic.

Dr. Crosby is very knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with my feet very quickly. The receptionist is amazing, she is extremely nice and responds very quickly. I was able to book an appointment within a few days of talking to the receptionist.

Was charged a $90 consultation fee even with a doctor's referral and told that every podiatrist charges this. After receiving no other options but a permanent and not-preferred solution I was referred to another podiatrist - this new podiatrist does not charge the consult fee. I am sure this is a great doctor however I felt a bit mislead. My appointment was a bit towards the end of the day so I can appreciate things run behind, but I waited 25 minutes to been seen for a 5 minute appointment.
