ROACHES!: (I feel so bad for the workers having to work in these conditions. The owner NEEDS to address this.
The patrons I've seen bring such disgusting bottles and trash. Please as a fellow patron, rinse your bottles!
You are supposed to bring clean bottles in exchange for cash. Not trash!: (please be more respectful and grateful! They work so hard. I've witnessed a lady dump her bag and saw mold spores.
Please stop this! If you see a patron do this please speak up and tell them it's not okay.
Some of you are putting these poor hard workers health at risk. Please be mindfull, rinse your bottles. It's not that hard! >: (
Amazing workers, a great set of employees but bad management.

The staff has fast service and accurate in counting our stuffs. The place is very accessible for us. The refund is good.

Is the only bottle depot near castle downs…. They don’t care if the can (beer) states it is a 20 cent refund, it’s 10 cents through and through, I don’t blame frontline workers, but sheesh…. More customers need to bring it up to them politely…

Not the closest one to home, but clean (for a bottle depot). Lines are pretty quick and feels safer than some of the other locations.

Great place to get your recycling done. Very busy place but fast service they do. Parking lot is very busy, be carful not to get backed into. Staff are great remember to leave a tip. Give them a smile

Great place but the lineups are survival of the fittest.
I tried to line up like a human and no less than 3 animals charged ahead of me. Go for the short lines and get right in there or people just go passed you like you don't exist.

Poor signage, hard to spot and then confusing to get in the building because the big double doors with the words ENTRANCE on them don't actually work and aren't the entrance.

Always fast, even when busy. Well staffed.
Counters are honest, and there’s lots of place to sanitize your hands during the process, and after getting your money.

Hot tip: help the environment, and the business by using your cloth reusable shopping bags (sobeys liquor, and dollarama work best) it cuts down on plastic waste, keeps the business’ costs for waste removal down, and the bags can simply be run through your clothes washer and dryer afterwards to be cleaned of any spills. (Also looks a lot less ghetto than having a car full of garbage bags)

1 workers, some costumers without masks, knowing that is mandated in order to improve health protection measures. There is efforts to be made to protect people, ourselves, to release pressure on health services.

The staff that counted our bottles was fast and honest, a rare trait I find these days from the bottle depots I'd been to. I will go here from now on.

Fast and friendly service. They also have good hours of operation. The place to go for bottle returns if you live in North Central Edmonton

Not getting the exact refund! I counted the bottles in my bags and never got what I'd expected of them! Anyway, I'm just recycling ️ bottles! Hoping to see recycling machines like the ones in Montreal!

Accurate CHECK, friendly CHECK, efficient CHECK overall great CHECK. The lines may get long at times but they are fast too, THAT is how you do it BTW, A+ service

Great place to go to if you have the right person doing the counting. The last two times I went here, with the exact amount of bottles. Last time I received 65, today 100. It don't make sense

Consistently good counting. I sometimes count before taking to the depot and so far they have always been exact. I trust them to give me the right deposit

I have a bottle depot closer to home but I continue to go here as this place in my experience is a bit more classy as bottle depots go and the staff are friendly and fast and work hard.
I gave the young man a good tip as they probably get minimum wage but are constantly moving in a business that handles some disgusting stinky returns.

Wish I could say who it was that helped me she was awesome. She had a beanie on little Asian lady she was so nice I tipped her and I left with a smile. They need some air conditioning for these great workers!

Absolute disgusted with lack of service today. 44 mins in long line at station 4. A young male dressed in a black tank top was quick to help an attractive woman ahead of me. When I got to him he said closed now. Had to wait another 20 mins at station 5: hello e this station barely spoke English. Monitor want working. Could not verify count

Rejected beverage container that's not in english but was charged deposit by the grocery store.

Always fast! Definitely a good one to go to, just gets very busy at times but it's fast and friendly service

Easily the best bottle depot i have ever been to! I don't feel ripped off when i bring bottles there, it has sanitary stations and a lot of staff so lines are fast. I strongly recommend this place!

Love this place and would have given it 5 stars but they are doing nothing to follow social distancing. That was my biggest concern.

I found your location a year ago when a friend told me about your location. I drive from St. Albert to your location due to the fact that it is automated and inside versus the bottle depot when you stand outside in all types of weather while they count you bottles

Soka was discourteous and unprofessional. After we finished emptying our bags, we noted monitor was not turned on. She was rude when we inquired but reluctantly turned it on.

We think we were shorted at least $20-30 as we counted our bottles prior to going in.

Your regular neighborhood depot with plenty of employees ready to help the next person count. Very quick, fast and easy service.
Quickest and most polite depot business in North Edmonton.
BUT be very careful, I pre-count my bottles since working previously in a depot and they've ripped me off a couple dollars twice. But it's not the biggest deal in the world.

Excellent and fast staff member and they are very friendly. I always give them a tip and they also have a nice advanced system where you can see what they're counting on the screen and also give you a card to redeem your cash at an automatic money machine.

Lots of people working so it's quick. But I counted with the guy and he jipped me a few dollars. Convenience fee I guess because the wait time is QUICK.

Incredibly fast they have a good system set up and have monitors so you can follow their count. No getting ripped off here!

They always go above and beyond every time I go there. Definitely recommend using North Refund Center for all of your bottle depot services.

Great service, fast returns. They have many things automated. As a value add, they even provide you with hand sanitizer and sink.

I really do prefer this Bottle Depot because they NEVER make you feel like you have been cheated. This is a semi-automated bottle Depot, they even gave me a tour on a slow weekday. The staff is friendly and efficient in my opinion. Other bottle depots in North Edmonton, are not like this Bottle depot. Other North Edmonton bottle depots simply cannot measure up to these guys.
