Connor at the Cochrane location is an Amazing/Awesome Service Advisor. Would definitely recommend him and if I could I would give Connor a 8 stars out of 5 stars. Always happy and gives me exceptional service all the time.

Purchased 2021 Escape Hybrid. Had initial problem with mirror making loud whistling noise. Staff at dealership correctly diagnosed problem and replaced mirror solving problem.

Horrible dealership and employees. Been three times and each time was awful experience. They dont care about their customers and do nothing to maintain customer satisfaction. Both the service and parts people were ignorant and made no effort to assist and when they finally did they did so with such bad attitude it made me want to leave as soon as possible. I am suspicious of their diagnostics. Anyway I sold my Ford and bought a competitor model after my last visit. Too bad because I loved my Ford Truck but this dealership is not getting my business.

The service department at this Ford is honestly the most incredible service department I’ve ever dealt with! Both Travis and Connor went above and beyond for me. From making sure I had a rental so that I wasn’t going to miss out on work while my truck was in the shop, the many calls to keep me informed on what was going on and even Travis taking my truck out himself personally after the work was done to make sure things we good! The guys here care and that make such a difference. I will only be going to this service department from now on.

Great place. Did a tire swap and oil change. The tech. Kevin MacPherson…did the jobs and let us know there were no problems.

I’ve been to many ford dealerships and Cochrane North Star Ford has been the best all around. Their service advisors are polite, friendly and don’t push servicing sales like the rest. I’ve always had a great experience and I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

These guys are horrible techs and shouldn't be licensed as a ford certified repair shop extremely disappointed!

Dealing with Rob at Northstar was very easy, everything was done by phone to factor order a new Escape. Picking up the Escape went very well, Derrick in finance was very professional to deal with and had all the documents ready to go when we picked up our new Escape. The whole experience was exactly how we thought it should be.

Had them mount and balance 4 tires, they broke my vehicle locking lug nut socket so couldn’t complete the job, charged me full price, then I had to replace the part for $135 and finish the job myself.
