Atul is an amazing massage therapist. You can really tell that he cares deeply about his clients' wellbeing. He is very skilled, but also kind, and really goes above and beyond. I felt like it was one of the best 60 minutes I've ever spent. I used to get 90 minute massage at other places and still come out feeling they didn't quite get to the core of my problem areas, but his 60 minutes was far more satisfying. I am so grateful to have found him. Thank you Atul!

North-West Physio & Massage is my go-to spot for physio needs. Sachleen, the physiotherapist, is fantastic! She always asks the right questions with details and works wonders. She is knowledgeable and gives advice/suggestions about exercises, aftercare, and tips for avoiding injuries in the future. She sorted out my back pain in just two sessions. The whole team is friendly and courteous. Without a second thought, I always book with them when I need physio. Highly recommend!

The team as a whole is very attentive. Sachleen, my therapist, always listens to my concerns and helps me in any way she can. They are always patient with my complaints about pain as well as very considerate towards my personal choices regarding treatment plans. Overall a great place to visit for any pain concerns!

I had a prolonged history of neck and shoulder pain (from India), which got worse in Canada. I used to take physiotherapy sessions in India for about 2–3 months, but that didn't help me.
I had around 10 physiotherapy and acupuncture sessions with Deepak, and now I can say that my pain is 70% cured. The remaining 30% was taken care of by Atul with his massage therapies in 3–4 sessions.

I am a newcomer to Canada and I am glad that I took my sessions with NORTH-WEST PHYSIOTHERAPY & MASSAGE LTD
Both are highly professional, and they know how to treat patients' problems in a professional way. I felt connected with them as they showed their concern as a family member.

The staff is also very friendly, jolly, and supportive.

Atul Bhardwaj is having a excellent knowledge and perfection for doing massage for me (Anil Mehta), He made my shoulder issue better and now I'm feeling perfect, he has given me, tips to improve, for life time. Miracle workers. I was in excruciating pain and unable to walk, sit, use the washroom or function. They talked me through every step of my treatment plan and they are professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Thank you Northwest Physio and Massage for treating me and helping me recover. If you need physio and or massage, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. These guys are number one!

I have been coming to this clinic for 3 months with my chronic back pain for 3 years, I felt much better after the treatments. My physiotherapist Lovepreet is very patient and very professional. He really takes his time to treat his patients, always ask about how you feel. The front desk staff is kind and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

I went to the clinic for Massage from Nada. She was superb. Also had physio for pain in the low back radiating to the leg from PT Deepak, he did some dry needling, manual therapy and Shockwave with well framed Core activation exa to follow at home.
I felt 90% better after 3 sessions.
Thank you all staff and front desk ladies at north west physiotherapy in helping me achieving better and stronger lower back.

I went to the clinic after a nasty hamstring injury and they helped with recovery. The staff are very professional, from the front desk staff, to the masseurs and physiotherapists.

Got hurt at work. My wife found this place and it's the best place. Staff is super friendly and respectful. I look forward to doing my physio and leave feeling so much better.

I started getting treatments from this clinic close to the end of 2021 and been getting good service since. They are very accommodating with their schedule which is always nice! I received more treatments this year through wcb and they made it an easy process for me. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this place twice, and Nada is my massage therapist. She’s very skilled in her profession. I really like that she does deep tissue massage on my buttocks like I always request since this has been a chronic problem of mine. So far, I am happy with her, and I hope she can continue to help me with my issue. Thanks Nada!

I'm so glad my layer refer me to the North-west Physiotherapy because Sachleen (physiotherapy) is amazing on what she's doing. Nada and An (massage therapist) they all are very professional in this job. I would highly recommend North-West Physiotherapy. After being involved in a serious accident at work Deepak has been a life saver! His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail has given me back my mobility, range of motion and greatly diminished my pain. By far this is the best Physiotherapist I have ever been to.

I have just recently started to attend North-West Physiotherapy and Massage place. I have now attended 4 times seeing Nada for massage. I have been to many places but Nada is the amazing she uses a technic that I have not come across before and her deep massages truly are making a difference. This was my first visit for a massage at this clinic. It was Great! My massage therapist Nada worked on the area's that were tight, especially my neck. I have booked my 2nd appointment with her. Can hardy wait!

I have had chronic pain on one of my legs for the past three years. I didn’t get the desired relief I wanted after visiting a chiropractor and a physiotherapist. I decided to visit the North-West Physio & Massage location. With two days of treatments, I got so much relief. I highly recommend this location.

I have been going to the physiotherapist here for a few weeks. I went in with planters fasciitis and he has helped immensely! He has also helped with the pain I have been experiencing in my hip joints. I have had a great experience here. They are attentive and kind. He is always checking in on me and makes me feel like I am a priority. He is also willing to help with any other pain even though it may not be what we are currently working on, for example I had pulled a muscle in my neck and he worked on my neck while addressing my planters fasciitis and hip joints. I have been to physio therapists before and I can confidently say this is the best place I have been to especially considering patient care and the inviting atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had massage with NADA and it was fantastic! Was my first time to try Nada but definitely will not be the last. She knew exactly what to do and how to do right. You can feel that she connects with your muscle and knows exactly how to make it relax. I am definitely going back to Nada again for more massage. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Always very hands on and always very comfortable. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs it. The massage and physio sessions really help me feel better.

DO NOT GO HERE! I booked an appointment for 10am Saturday and go in and the lady at the front who has zero customer service experience saids “oh your appointment is moved to 12: 30pm today” I’m like I wasn’t notified it changed she said “yes we said you multiple calls and voicemails” so after being mad she wasn’t even apologetic for changing my app and me coming there I check my voicemail I had one missed call and one voicemail asking if I can move my appointment not that they changed it and the voicemail was sent last minute prior to the massage. I asked if the massage therapist changes her schedule last min often like this and front desk lady said “yes, so we have Tuesday available” telling me what days work for the therapist as she’s going through some personal stuff. I will never come back here very bad experience right off the bat. What a mess of a place to open. Don’t even bother coming here.

Deepak is very helpful with the pain i have, i have no complaints with this location.everyone is super kind, i love it and will always be coming here.

From my personal experience with this place, I cannot describe it in words because I have been to many places before for physiotherapy, but this place is amazing for so many reasons. The Staff there is amazing they were so polite and so professional. They also have an amazingly clean environment. I would highly recommend this place.

I had my first visit with Deepak at this new location in NW. As per recommendation from family and friends, he is a very experienced Physiotherapist. His expertise left me in awe, and he pin pointed all of my problems without me even explaining anything to him. I HIGHLY recommend giving him a visit if you have any sort of pain or concerns.
