Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium

Went to see Mean Girls, the production was great. The hall was well maintained and comfortable.

I am only giving it 3 stars because I was shocked at how understaffed they were at intermission to serve beverages to people. They missed out on thousands of dollars and that is just the bars on the lower balcony probably more on the main level. I talked to several people who were in line the whole intermission and had to walk away without getting to order anything. One person per station is a disservice to the patrons and staff serving them.

The theater is timeless. Adequate and organized parking. Option to check coats. Lovely decor sparkling for the Christmas season offering great photo opportunities. Good assistance locating seats. Shumka Nutcracker was beyond outstanding in choreography, set design, music, costumes, song, dance refreshing storyline, well attended and applauded.

We got to see the Nutcracker this year. What a beautiful performance. Also the facility as usual was clean, the staff always polite.

We had a wonderful experience! We watched The Nutcracker. The performance was Magical, Mesmerizing, Spectacular and Stunning.
The Auditorium itself was spacious, clean and had a welcoming ambience. The beverages and snacks were a reasonable price and there is a $2 coat check area. Clean washrooms and a lovely theatre. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to have a few bigger seats for larger people. My husband is 6 3" and could use a little more room. Parking was also good at $6.

It's always an intimate and wonderful experience to visit the Jubilee. Always beautiful to see a show or concert here. The staff are excellent. The venue has beautiful sound

I have been coming to the Jubilee for over a decade for various events, from Ballet's to school field trips, and I have never had a bad experience.

The staff here are always very friendly, professional, and happy to help.

I would definitely recommend that anyone who has not had the pleasure of experiencing an event here, to check it out.

The south parkade is CASH ONLY. As of 01OCT2023 the cost is $6. Thankfully we had cash on hand cause the website doesn't mention this anywhere on their website. The seats are roomy, at least on the main floor I can't speak to the balconies. It was so nice not having to worry about touching legs with your seatmates.

Amazing experience, acoustics were fantastic. Able to see perfectly from every seat. Courteous staff and fair prices for concessions. Overall fantastic experience, will be attending again.

Excellent seating and acoustics saw hadestown and that was also excellent. The feature drinks for each show are inspired and tasty!

The show was great, they were very talented. The chairs sucked though. They made sitting there almost not bearable. My back was not pleased! But the show was great, the bathrooms were nice, service was nice.

Went to see Elf in concert, it was a blast. I highly recommend pre-ordering your beverages for intermission, it is extremely convenient and gives everyone plenty of time to hit the washroom, if needed, and grab your drinks to enjoy them at a far more leisure pace.

Drinks and snacks are becoming fairly overpriced, but I believe they support initiatives in the community. Parking is easy, though you do have to plan to leave some time.

Incredible venue, there's not a bad seat anywhere. Lucky to have such a great building for performances.

Took our granddaughter to see her first live ballet. Overall it was fantastic. It was Friday evening, so made for a very long day for a 9 year old. But, worth it. We all enjoyed the show. Great venue. Us adults hadn't been here for years and we were very happy to get to back and experience it all over again. The ballet was, Sleeping Beauty! We recommend everyone to get out there and enjoy an evening at the Jubilee!

It's great that they now allow you to take your beverages inside the auditorium, but it would be nice if they had drink holders installed. Overall, it was very nice as usual, and the comedian (Danny Bhoy) was hilarious.
