I have been going here for a few years off and on and seen a few different people for a couple of inquires. They are thorough and knowledgeable and I find relief usually immediately during treatment and following the recommended exercises and home treatment. Dry needling from Hannah is my absolute favorite therapy as it has been the most effective for my back pain. From booking the appointment to direct billing it's easy and they can usually get you in within a day which is great!

Safety measures are in place. Staffs are accommodating as always. Clinic kept clean and sanitize. Therapists listens, treats and advices on pain management and avoidance.

Do to unfortunate circumstances beyond our control, I (and my entire family) found ourselves in need of the services of a physiotherapist; we spent many months in recovery, and always found the staff and management at this facility very friendly and generous in their customer service. My therapist, Joe Kristoffersen, is top notch in his field, and an all round great human being - I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.

I attended this clinic for extreme stiffness and pain in my neck and upper traps, I assumed this would be a long drawn out treatment, but after one treatment I was almost 100 percent better. I Haven't had this mobility in years. Vikram really did a great job, will definitely come back, I recommend Vikram and Northern Hills, if you have and issues.

I have seen Vikram for my lower back pain. Vikram conducted a thorough examination. After following his advice, my back pain has reduced significantly. Vikram is a superb physio with a very friendly manner. I thoroughly recommend Vikram.

We built a good customer service relationship with him and we will miss our Physio and contact with him. I would like to take the opportunity to express how grateful I am for the recommendation I received to attend this clinic! Not only did I receive extraordinary care from both the Physiotherapists I saw, all the staff is extremely professional and super friendly. I saw Hannah and Vikram who helped me overcome all of my issues with my back pain and gave me exercises for maintenance. I've been trying to find a clinic that would suite my needs for a while now and would highly recommend this one in a heart beat! Fantastic! Will never need to search for a clinic again!

Sorry.but based on my experience. They are doing quantity not quality care to the patients. 4 patients at a time. It means they don't really care about the patients. I would not recommend this clinic.

Been going there for years. Now we are 10 minutes late for our appointment for the first time ever! THEY cancelled my appointment and charged me $35! I called in to complain, and basically it went this way. I cancled all my appointments my son's and daughter's and the receptionist could not have carried less. I will never go back!
