Extremely poor service and terrible communication. Today for the 2nd time we waited around for hours for a scheduled appointment with no show and no communication. We have used this company in the past and have been pleased with the results and we were happy to support a community business, but we will certainly never use them or recommend them again. It is very frustrating to be told "I've had 2 guys call in sick and I am running off my feet to make scheduled appointments". It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would not be one of them, rather than taking off work and waiting around. You may be busy now, but if you continue to treat your customers this way, you will not be for long.

I used Jason for some very high end work with my company Exclusive Renovations. Very professional and great to work.

I used Northern oasis Plumbing to replace our old Poly B system throughout 5000sqft house, and ended up with hiring them for all other plumbing tasks including replacing two furnaces, AC Boiler, Hot water tank, all Faucets, new gas line, all required plumbings, appliances installation, water softener, etc.all aspects of the job were excellent. Quick response to my quote request, competitive pricing, I checked their equipment quality with 5 other known plumbers in town and with big suppliers like Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, beat other competitor price by providing extended warranty, great communication and explanation during the entire job and Jason cleared all my doubts and questions respectfully.techs that performed the work were all top-notch (I’m a professor and know how great he’s in teaching)

Over last 18 months since starting the project, Jason understood all of my concerns during the project and without any hesitation he spent quite bit of time to address any issues without charging any additional fees.

End of the project he completed the work very professional manner and as per code requirements.he didn't even rush to do the job not even cut corners to save his cost and labour. When

Jason has so much patience to do his job right and perfectly. He completed the City inspection, even the inspector knew him and complimented his work.

His responsibility is great, I called him 7am (of course he know me and know I’m not calling unless it’s urgent) in a winter morning regarding a furnace issue, and he faced time me and walked through me to solve the issue over the phone without any additional charges.

When working with him, I fell like I’m in a 7star hotel with a very high quality service.

Called Jason at 1: 00pm.requesting emergency replacement of our failed hot water tank. His pricing for the tank was one of the lowest and he said he’d have Darryl show up at 3: 00 that day to do the replacement.
Darryl showed Up as promised and had the job done really quickly. He was also careful to adhere to Covid protocols.
The work space was left spotless and we were super satisfied with the price, equipment and timely response.
Other companies would have charged us an emergency service call rate, the tank prices were expensive and we would have had to wait 2 to 3 days with no hot water.

We will definitely call these guys back to do our bathroom renovation plumbing.

Darryl from Northern Oasis Plumbing came to remove and replace my hot water tank. He was punctual, professional and informative. He answered any questions I asked. He made sure to do a run down of maintenance that would help extend the life of the hot water tank. Would definitely recommend. Same day service too.

I contracted Northern Oasis to service my solar panel, very knowledgeable, did a great job, even serviced my rinnai water heater.
They went out of their way to be helpful. I am very happy with their service, will call them again if I need any plumbing work done.
