Posted on the entrance that they are accepting new patients. Lady at the front says dr is NOT accepting new patients. Needs to be removed wouldn’t you think?

I highly recomend this place.well organized and the place is clean and the staff are all nice

This clinic has helped me with all of my medical concerns. The front desk staff are polite and very helpful. Dr. Ismael is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I was really in pain and out of my prescription for my broken collar bone. They had everything good in 1 hour. Not bad. I'd say they're way better then the couple of medical places I've dealt with.

Today’s visit was great. Emergency cases like this is not being ignored, from the receptionist down to attending doctor was very prompt and accommodating, thank you

Been on hold for 55 minutes to book an apppontment for my child and the line kept saying you are caller number 4 waiting to speak to a representative.i called at 2 and the office is now closed its 3 oclock.ridiculous.

Always a pleasant experience when I see Dr Ismael and staff. Very polite, efficient and professional office.

This is the WORST clinic ever. The doctors here don't care about the patients health and are not willing to do the necessary testing to figure the cause of the patients symptoms. Im never coming back here again. The receptionist is garbage too. They all have horrible attitudes.

If they're a good walk-in clinic, they're bad for appointments, that's a general rule of thumb from here on out.

I'm sick, so not going out because i want to protect the community.

I had to wait 4 days for a phone appointment and it was supposed to be today at 5pm.
I called around 4: 50 to confirm that i would recieve a call and i stayed on hold for 25 minutes hearing the most ear piercing "you're next in line" every 30 seconds.

When they answered they said he has patients so he'll call at 6: 30, an hour an a half after my appointment. I corrected this and stated that I am in fact a patient as well and i booked an appointment for a reason.

So, he calls at 6, asks "what do you want? "
Then when i explain, he asks why i dont go to my doctor, as if the state of canadas health care has not been in crisis.
He says he will give me antibiotics this one time but next time i need to see my family doctor, i tell him about the state of our system and that housing is unstable, he says "thats good" and hands the phone to reception who confirms the pharmacy and hangs up without even as much as a "goodbye"

I wasn't rude, swearing or belitting anyone, I did nothing but advocate my right to client care as per the health act and this is how they treat me?

I struggle to go to the doctors with concerns because of behaviour like this as is, thank god I was not struggling with mental health or something more serious.

Update yourselves of the current state of medical care before telling clients to do the impossible and berating them.

I called to ask what my blood type was and this Filipina lady was extremely rude to me and when she could not answer my question, she hung up the phone on me. The doctor Sami was respectful, but the front desk need a lesson in customer care.

I would like to thank the doctor and his staff for the exceptional service. I was not feeling well and called on a Saturday for an appointment. I easily got one for the next day on a Sunday, when my doctor was scheduled today be at the clinic. He as usual, did a detailed examination and I was in and out in less than a 1/2 hour. Very impressed with the service. He and his staff were respectful and completely took care of my issues. I am very thankful he is my doctor.

Was pretty quiet when we got there in the afternoon. Didn’t have an appointment, walk-in. The was about a 15 min wait for the doctor but they were quick and had us on our way back.

I arrived on time for appointment and took me right away. Staff and Doctor extremely friendly.a lot better if you have appointment

I recently visited as a walk in and was seen within the hour. Doctor was thorough with check up and prescribed me medication. Experience was great.

What a joke of a place. These people have no clue what they are doing. Booking an appointment for a specific situation only to turn them away 1 hour after sitting in their waiting room. I don’t understand how places like this can go about treating patients with such disrespect.

Do not come here, they do not care about your appointment and overbook because they only care about money. They will do everything in their power not to do any work.

The doctors are fine, but this clinic is incredibly disorganized. Anytime I've had an appointment, I've still had to wait for over an hour. The front end staff are not organized. It's always a stressful time and for that reason I will no longer be visiting this clinic.

Omy, Been waiting for 1hr and 50mns all those walk-in has been assessed, if I didn’t complain probably I will be wait more than 2hrs. I meet my doctor for not more than 5mns. She handed my Rx and told me that my lab was all ok. I can’t believe this is happening, I ask why I need to wait for this long and they answer that they are busy and assess walk in first. I ask how about us we did appointment? They only answered to understand them because they prioritize walkins and dr are only handling papers and not the accepting.

I make appointment to skip the line since we are busy too in our daily life. This was stressful environment, lock of system. You should assign a doctor who gonna assess walk-ins and prioritize those who have appointments. Don’t accept if you can’t handle as a team. My doctor was into rush for next patient and I’m not sure if I was diagnosed accurately because of this situation.

Here is what happened to me!

They called us 2 days ago to tell us that we have an appointment Today at 02: 00 PM with Dr. Najwa Farhat, just to tell us about the result of my blood work and the x-ray for my knee!

I arrived to the clinic at 01: 55 PM, and ask the reception about my appointment they said to have a seat, i waited until it was 2: 35 PM, then i asked the reception if everything is OK? They said yes! And to wait for the doctor in the room.i waited till 3;20 till i saw the doctor.

And here is the surprise! The doctor just came and told me to take "Advil" for my knee and my blood work is fine (she spent less than 30 seconds with me). This is the most disrespectful behavior I've ever seen in my life!

If there is a review less than 1 star i will choose it.i hope this review will help people not to choose this clinic.thank you for reading.

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Sabri, and her error resulted in a Pulmonary Embolism that nearly killed me. She then told me to go back on the medication that triggered this event. I am reading my lab results and everything that she said was normal is showing as abnormal. I asked for a referral to an endocrinologist and Dr. Sami told me he would “get around to it, ” and after six weeks it was still not done. I put my foot down and demanded a referral. Now I am being refused appointments, as I was told by one receptionist “Dr. Sami doesn’t like you because you don’t listen and accept what he says. ” That is a direct quote. This office is dangerous, as Dr. Sabri’s refusal to listen to me resulted in a near fatal error, and no one else in the clinic will listen. Avoid this clinic. I wish I had.

Was second in line when the clinic opened for a walk in appointment. 45 minutes later was told there was still one person ahead of me. Don’t claim to be a walk in clinic when the priority is patients with appointments and be upfront about the wait times!

This clinic and it's doctors are not a part of rate me doctor not surprised.

Let me tell you why.
1st let me say I had a stroke 7 years ago then my doctor of 30yrs retired soi had to find a new doctor and since my previous doctor was part of Primary care in St. Albert, I assumed (ya I know) it would be the same standard of care.
Dr Sabi and I issues from the start with me dealing with my mental health and my physical health and seeking other Avenue when I spoke to her about my foot she kept sending me to the foot nurse downstairs I since moved away from the north side and I found a new doctor I mentioned my foot to him he sent me for x-rays next appointment and he cut the callus out that needed to come out so that I can walk properly she would not even look at it for three plus years kept sending me to their foot nurse. As for my mental health she was mad that I went to the university and went into the day treatment program because she wanted me to use their psychologist downstairs who had absolutely no idea how to handle my issues. Dr sebi also would not work with me on my ADHD even though I have been tested and have a psychologist and a psychiatrist who agree with me that I have ADHD. My new doctor has no issues with any of my ADHD my depression anything Dr sebi is useless that clinic is useless and primary Care North is useless

Told by robot I am caller 4 wait twenty minutes for my turn. And then I hangs up. Tried three different times. No luck

Hours are messed up.online it said open 8: 45, waited in line outside and still not open ten minutes later. Would you please rectify the hours of operation please.

Rif i could give 0 i would give, they book appointments that thet can't keep it, not only once happened to me so many times that they book an appointment and when i get there in time thet said the doctor i had an appointment with left, they don't call the patients to re book their an appointment they even lied about saying they called when they didn't, hate the way the work and they wasting your time if you do a blood test they will constantly call you worrying you like something seriously happened and when you see the doctor trying what answer they will give you about your test since they were kept calling you, the doctor him/her self would ask you why you seeing them? What i am like you guys called me after my result and the answer from the doctor would be everything seems ok, then why you called? For being there they making money out of your health care card that's all they calling you for and worrying you, try to find another clinic please and avoid going here.

Dr Sabri & aren't good. Dr Kondi is ok in provide medicines but he is speakless He didn't want to talk much. No explanation about my problem. I came & told him about my symptoms & he printed out prescription. Only me talked.

Dr. Sabri didn't listen what I tried to tell her about my symptoms. She kept cut me off with her comments. I left her office at unsolved problem & concerns. Disappointed. This was the second time I visited there because my Dr. Office is closed for a week. Don't go there.

This is place littler don’t care about their patients. They don’t call back to update ur result unless you call them. I would give them zero start if I could.

This clinic is sooo DIRTY. They do not clean the rooms after each patient, The reception area is filthy, The staff are jammed into a small work space, They go through staff and managers Daily. It's very unprofessional. Dr Ismail is extremely rude, and treats his staff like garbage. The best thing about this clinic is Dr Sami Altayeb.

If There is a negative starts I'd definitely use them. I've visited this clinic and met a doctor without mentioning names I've been treated so bad the doctor didn't treat me as Patient I don't recommend you to go here even if they accept new patients

This place is horrible and dr ismael is worst I've been treated with racism and talked about personal negative stuff and creating stories that Even NOT exist go somewhere else but I don't recommend you to come here

I love the service my doctor gives me Dr. Sabri is a very caring and understanding doctor. I would recommend her to others needing a family doctor. Unfortunately the front desk are very rude and cold. And they had to call me three times to rebook and appointment. Very unorganized. They also took my sons health care card and I've yet to receive it back. Will call Monday and see if they have found it. So for that reason they get 3 stars out of 5.

I was refused treatment due to reasons confirmed by another doctor to be false. Ever since Dr Choupannejad left, this clinic has become the worst I've been to. Wish I could give it negative stars.

I can't say how happy I was to have Dr. Condi for my father to help him with his diabetes.he has gone over and above at helping and educating us.as well the staff are friendly and very accommodating whenever we have had questions even when we have had to call in to ask questions.keep up the awesome job we need more professionals like you folks.

Great experience, COVID procedures are in place. There is no waiting room, everyone must wait outside while social distancing. The ladies notified me of the wait when the doctor was behind schedule. I didnt mind waiting. Dont do a walk in if you're already a patient. It is best to book an appointment in advanced to see a doctor from my experience. The doctors are very nice and helpful. This clinic has a lot of specialists as well. Would recommend this clinic!

They open at 9: 00am. I phoned at 9: 20am and they say they are currently closed! How is that possible when they are supposed to be open today and today is Thursday? ‍️‍️‍️

Was okay, I came in as a walkin today for my prescription. A little of a wait but they notified me in advance how long I would be waiting for.

I've seen this doctor for a few years and I've was made to wait 35 minutes after my appointed time. Then to be told it's my fault that this doctor didn't send my essays and referral letter to the knee replacement surgeon. I've been to this doctor since the essays and was advised they would phone me with my appointment. Now I go back in to the doctor for 2 prescriptions and asked her when I will be able to see them about my knees only to be judged talked over and disrespected. Doctor didn't listen just talked over me.

Front desk people are so rude, my family doctor is in this clinic but I will never go back there because of the rude staff, I don’t recommend this place

Absolutely horrible. One lady doing check in had such a miserable attitude. Telling everyone that they were next in. Waited nearly 2 hours. Only two "white people" in the clinic were myself and another gentleman and if I didn't know better, I would assume a little reverse racism. Despite both if us being there for two hours and being told constantly we were next up, walk in person's were being ushered in nearly as fast as they were coming through the door (and none being Caucasian). Just a terrible experience. Only positive were the two people at the pharmacy. They were pleasant and informative.

Same review as everyone else. The reception is horrible. Waited 30 mins on hold to book an appointment just to be told to just walk in. Reception was rude and not patient.

Dr Shekoufeh Choupannejad saved my life. She was the 11th Doctor I had seen for the same problem over the course of 20+ yrs. She knew what I had, told me how to manage my health and because of her I already lost 50lbs and feeling amazing. She is a blessing. Thank you!

I have seen Faizal, physiotherapist, for neck and back pain after the motor vehicle accident. I was so surprised to find out that my pain has gone after the course of the spinal and neck manipulations applied by Faizal to treat my problem.
