I want to say thank you to KIA company that it gives such wonderful opportunity to have a wonderful vehicle and best service ever. Specially our family is grateful to manager Julia. She has all answers on all questions about vehicle. Julia gives wise advices, supports and cares about all that connected with vehicle. Thanks for all KIA team. We are happy to be a part of KIA family.

We would like to thank the employees of the Northland Kia showroom, since we are newcomers here and our English is not perfect, everyone was friendly and tried to support and help. Special thanks to Yulia Kozlovska. She offered us a test drive, where we were convinced that this is the car we need. In addition, I would like to point out that all our meetings in the salon and conversations about the car took place in a very pleasant friendly business atmosphere, which made it doubly pleasant and comfortable to choose a new car. From the moment we chose the car, until receiving it at the salon, Julia advised us, informed us about the procedure for the car's arrival at the salon and the preparation of the car for delivery. They bought a Mazda CX30, worried about how the registration, payment, etc.would go. Everything turned out to be extremely troublesome, Julia arranged everything as comfortably as possible, we left the salon in a new car, already with new numbers, everything went as planned and agreed. Julia is an extremely sincere person who is ready to help everyone! Thank you. We recommend it to everyone.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I have nothing wrong to say about their sales, but their service department needs fixing.

They had md booked for 2: 15pm and I waited for an hr and a half and they still have not serviced my vehicle (oil change). I then demanded for my keys and Dan, one of the service guys, said I should get my oil changed because the forest fires and smoke will ruin my oil and vehicle. I don't believe the forest fires have anything to do with the oil of the vehicle which means all he cares about is making a sale.

My family in Calgary comes here for vehicle services and came highly recommended. Lets just I will never come here again with such a poor service from Northland Kia.

Makes sense that they have a 3.8 star rating.

Long story but worth to read, have you ever met scammer dealership in the city? No then visit Northland Kia, one of the worse and frustrating experiences in my life. As they always money minded in everything especially the service Advisor *Dan* that guy always directly says that this will not cover under recall even he didn’t check the vehicle, they replaced my engine under recall and the I saw Oil light in my odometer display in just 3 days and I just went there to check and they directly told me that this will not the part of recall even without checking my vehicle, after checking my vehicle they were telling that your Radiator is leaking (and it’s doesn’t leaking as I’ve checked with another mechanic) and you need to replace and that’s gonna take more than 1200$, after then I’ve contacted to Kia Canada to get help in this matter, and they told me to deal with dealership then I called to service manager of northland kia and he was also not ready to listen my word and always supporting his service advisor even after that guy was wrong as I already asked him when I got my vehicle from recall and he told there is nothing to replace or nothing wrong in your vehicle and that’s happened within just 3 days of engine replacement, after service manger may be understood their mistake, and he was ready to bargaining with the price of replacing radiator, so what’s the service it was? If that’s not under recall or not their part how they were ready to compromising with the price? One of the worse experiences my life, I will never ever visit this place again, and lastly I would like to contacted by main manager of delearhsip as I would like to solve my this query

I dealt with Layne. He helped me look through the dealerships used inventory and found me a bunch of suitable options inside my budget. He was knowledgable and helped answer any questions I had, which made me feel well-informed and confident in my decision.

Our experience with Laurie was fantastic. She really takes care of her customers, responding to our emails quickly and doing everything she can to help us buy a new car. Since we're new in Canada, it was a bit tough to get a new SUV, but Laurie did her best to assist us. We really appreciate her and Northland Kia, and we'll definitely be coming back.
