Wait time was pretty long, hard place to find, and they booked me and another person for the same doctor at the same time? How does that work? Not to mention this appointment had been booked waay before

Tarik Awan has got to be the most useless doctor I have ever interacted with. I have never once had him fix an issue, he just loves hearing himself talk.

I have been going there for about 8 years and Doctor Awan is always thorough. The problem is the reception at the front. I once showed up for a scheduled appointment only to be told the doctor was sick. No notice or phone call to advise me or to change my appointment. I had a second appointment and showed up on time and as scheduled. Was told the appointment was scheduled for 3 days later. I would have never agreed to that appointment they said I had made since I wouldn’t have been In the country. I understand that mistakes happen, but both times I have had to take time out of my busy schedule. When I brought up my concerns with Dr. Awon I was scolded like I had made the mistake. The reviews speak for themselves.

Dr Awan is really nice but I can’t keep going to this clinic because they’re only open 9-4 which works for no one with a full time job and they refuse to do phone appointments…

The front desk staff is atrocious. Rude and incompetent, they need to be reported to AHS as it borders on dangerous practice.

I would give this clinic a ZERO RATING. The staff especially the manager here is a joke. Very very rude, disrespectful, very unprofessional. This clinic cares more about the MONEY and not the patients. And everytime you want to book an appointment with the doctor no matter how urgent your condition is, staff would always tell you the doctor is fully booked and next opening would be in two to three weeks. Every single time. The doctor is too busy to see you. I would make sure people know about this on social media.

Dr Awan is good but the reception staff is rude and they not even listen. Worst reception service ever in person and by phone.

The reception let a lady in before me even I'm ahead of her. The reason she explained just because that lady didn't wear mask. It that funny? Clinic don't prepare mask?

I've always had great care from Dr. Yonan and staff has always been very pleasant and accommodating.

Best clinic in Calgary. Dr Zhang is the best doctor I've ever seen with no doubt i would recommend him anyday
