Best Dentist I've ever been too. The administration staff worked very hard to accommodate my grandmother's unique needs. They are all very attentive and professional. They are efficient, clean, the techniques are modern and effective and everyone is extremely kind. Just really immaculate service. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you thank you.

I can’t recommend this practice enough. I have very sensitive teeth and have a lifelong history of bad/very painful experiences with dentists and hygienists, but everyone here, from reception to hygienist to dentist to administration, was kind, empathetic, and highly competent, and so willing to listen to me and work with me to meet my needs that I ended up having the best, most painless dental experience of my life last Tuesday. If you feel like you have not been heard or respected by past dental practices, do yourself a favour and give Northmount Dental Care a try. You be glad you did!

They always take care of me Dr. Verma and Dr. K in my opinion, are the best dentists I've ever visited. All the staff are exceptional. They treat you like family. I had a phobia due to other denists. They were all about the money, Dr. Verma and Dr. K are all about patient care. Extremely caring individuals. If you are looking for a great dentist call these guys. They will fix your pearly whites. Amazing and very caring people work there. Dr K and his team have taken care of me from day 1. I am a baby when it comes to dentists, I had to do an implant, Imagine my scare! But I had the BEST around me. Day or night, they were available for me and my questions. This almost year long process would not have been possible with Dr K and his team. The dentists and hygienists at Northmount are educative and consultative in approach, not imposing their own views. You can count on a warm welcome, gentle procedures, and genuine care.

I have been a client of Northmount Dental Care for about 10 years now, and honestly I have received exceptional care from them, I have never been coereced to undertake any treatment/surgery, instead Dr. Kulshrestha and Dr. Verma have only educated me on treatments that required urgent attention to, but ultimately the decison was always mine to make, in short no conflict of interest. With regards to their staff, they are very cordial and respective of my needs and go the extra mile sort to speak, to make you smile! Thank you.

Very welcoming environment with caring doctors & staff. After several years of not going to the dentist I was somewhat apprehensive. Was immediately put at ease and felt very trusting of what was suggested to put me back on track. Highly recommend them. They are my go to every 6 months now.

Northmount Dental is the best. From their front end staff to the dental assistants and hygienists. Dr Verma is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have anxiety with my dental appointments and not only are they accommodating but they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and always take extra steps to ease my anxiety. Was in recently for teeth whitening, after the treatment there was no real noticeable difference. Northmount Dental contacted me after the procedure asking if I was happy with the results and I mentioned that I was not. They went out of their way and had me come back in for a touch up and there was a noticeable difference this time. Very pleased with the result but the outstanding customer service here is what really keeps me coming back. The staff are all very friendly and personable, love their handling of benefits as they are always understanding and accommodating.

Been going here for 11 years with my wife and kids. This clinic is a delight to visit. Everybody is friendly and we get treated great. They do direct billing so no paperwork and waiting to be reimbursed by your healthcare provider.

The dentist Dr Verma and her team (from door to chair) are very nice, professional, make me feel at home at every visit. Sarah (dental hygienist) is very good, efficient.

SUPER friendly front staffs, assistants/hygienist were awesome and Dr. K my dentist was very nice, knowledgeable and answers all my questions with my treatment plan. I had a cleaning yesterday and Sam was my hygienist. The experience was very relaxing. She is very careful and gives a wonderful cleaning. I told her I felt like a million bucks. I have been going to Northmount Dental care for many years and the staff is fabulous. My whole family is very well taken care of.

My case was not simple. I needed a bridge or an implant and several veneers/crowns. My dentist had retired, so booked a few consultations in the NW, including Northmount Dental Care.

I'm truly happy to have found Dr. Verma, who went way above and beyond of what one would call a standard care. From the initial consultation (which took much longer than scheduled), throughout the whole process (6 visits in the span of 5 weeks), she worked diligently to get the best results, taking all the time needed to make sure we chose the best options, coordinated multiple consultations with the lab, adjusted appointment times in her busy schedule to optimize the timing, triple-checking everything before the bridge and crowns were cemented, and promptly taking me in for an unplanned follow-up appointment.

Dr. Verma and her assistant Pia did a fantastic job, with great results, always making sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process, plus providing phone support after hours. On top of that, the final cost ended up being lower than the original estimate.

All staff members at the office are very friendly, making you feel welcome, always trying to help.
I'm adding my whole family of 5 as patients to this office, for sure.

Everyone was kind and willing to take the time to make sure I understood each procedure. They also answered any questions I had to make me comfortable about. I went to the dentist knowing that there was a lot of work to be done but the extent of it really rattled me. Dr. Naylor was very good about soothing my worries and I left feeling relieved about the entire process.

New to this place, second appointment for cleaning after a first visit. Both times, everyone was professional, dedicated and made the experience less painful as I really don't like to go to the dentist! All that at reasonable cost and within provincial guidelines for those having benefits (they offer direct billing too). Another thing worth mentioning, I feel more comfortable with their advice. I think they want to help and not necessarily looking for that extra sale like in so many other places.

Hygienists are thorough and diligent, and friendly. Dentists are kind and take the time to explain what's going on. Everyone ensures your questions are answered. Front desk staff are awesome at handling claims. They were clean, quick, and talented. 100% recommend going here.

The most welcoming and personal experience I have had at a dental office. Let's face it: dental in AB is expensive and dental offices are not regulated on the rates they charge. I called a few clinics in this area and they all charged more than the recommended rate by the AB Dental Association.except Northmount Dental - they charging exactly the recommended rate so 100% of the charges are typically covered by benefits providers with zero or little co-payment. Dr Sonya Verma, and Sam the hygienist are absolute gems: they're chatty and interested in getting to know their patients. They even sent me flowers after my mom passed away. Highly, highly recommended!

I’ve been impressed with: the friendly customer service, strict and impressive COVID procedures and protocols, insurance processing, high quality of dental work (never any pain or problems) and lastly, the care - they always take the time to follow-up and see if you are doing ok. The best dental office in Calgary! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Verma for over 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. She and her staff are nothing short of amazing! They are so knowledgeable, kind and caring, and have always made us feel like family not just patients. I have numerous health issues and Dr. Verma and her staff are always concerned for my well-being and take extra care during any dental procedures I need done. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm okay. I have always felt well informed and safe in their care but I'm especially grateful now for the Covid protocols they have put in place. I've just had Invisalign braces done and I'm thrilled with the results! I have wanted a beautiful smile for a long, long time but my teeth were so badly out of line, I didn't think that was possible. Dr. Verma's expertise and help made my lifelong dream come true and I will be forever grateful to her! I'm smiling again! We were both so thrilled and shed a few tears of joy!
