By far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and great. Noah from sales ensured we were happy with the vehicle many times before finalizing our purchase and made sure everything was perfect for us. Friendly staff, get the work done, and identify when something is under warranty or recall notice. Used to take my car into a Mitsubishi shop in another part of town, but these guys are the best. They had really good service. Dealt with Jenna Rattray and Jesus Vasquez and they were both really helpful with the sale of the car. When I had an issue with it the day after pickin it up, they were realy good about fixing it right away with no charge and getting it done very quickly. They also provided me with a loaner car as well.

Friendly staff. They operate in a professional manner.
Things to improve on: double check everything has been re-tightened. Not a big deal in my case.

Other than that, excellent experience.

Jay went above and beyond. He was very patient with us. Kyle was also very helpful. He gave us a very good deal. Graydon made the transaction very fast and easy for us too. There was also an indian guy who we first spoke to, I forgot to get his name. He is with used car. He was also very nice. Overall they were all helpful. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Staff were super friendly and eager to help, but they really don't listen. I requested a copy of every piece of paperwork that I signed and twice was given an incomplete package. They asked if they could come by my house to drop off some paperwork, I said "no, now is not a good time" they showed up anyway. They offered me life insurance but I declined, they signed me up anyway. Now I am dealing with an insurance company trying to get a refund because this dealership gave out my banking info to a company that I told them not to.

Bought a car recently there and had a overall great experience.
I first called to ask about a car I found on autotrader, and Naomi was the person I dealt with over the phone. Even though that car was in a pending deal she still answerd all my questions about the car (the car did sell too, but I'm more than happy with the one I did end up buying) and checked for any other vehicles that all checked the boxes for what I was looking for. When I came to the dealership in person she paired me with Markell and Dominic, who both gave me again a great experience through the whole viewing and buying process! They both are very down to earth guys who you can feel like you are dealing with honest people. Would highly recommend them.

Today I went in to see Jenna and Naomi, throughout the whole buying process they were both a delight and easy going.

I felt no pressure to buy what so ever and they were happy to answer all my questions. Their primary concern was finding the vehicle that fits best for me and my budget!

This place is the most annoying car dealership I've ever been to. I viewed a vehicle that had to many kms than what I had desired, had a decent amount of rust and was slightly higher than my budget so I didn't want make the purchase that didn't match what I was looking for.

They proceeded to send me info about vehicles, calling me, texting me and sending me emails daily for the next few days EVEN THO on day one I said I wasn't interested. It is especially ridiculous as they continued to send me vehicles that surpassed my price limit and desired kms. Not impressed and am now feeling slightly harassed by staff.

Fantastic service, Karissa was able to find the right vehicle for me in minutes without me being in province. Naomi was amazing with setting everything up and having everything ready for me when I arrived! Thank you so much Karissa and Naomi for your very professional and helpful service!
