The team at Northstar Ford goes above and beyond for customers. My truck had a check engine light on. I called and talked to Alexis who was very professional and super friendly. She pulled my file and had scheduled me in the same day for service. When I picked up the truck, the service manager, Jared, come out and explained what work had to be done. Super knowledgeable and customer oriented. The experience was easy and I highly recommend Northstar Gregoire.
Just had my vehicle in for service. Met with my service advisor Allie, she was awesome! Got me through the drop off process quickly and made sure to check if I had any concerns that needed to be address with my truck and also made sure I had a ride home.
I wanted to share my recent experience with Ford in Canada, and I want to clarify that my review focuses on the company's overall customer support rather than the service center itself. The individuals working at the service center were diligent and genuinely helpful. After just a year of light driving (18,000 km), my 2021 F-150 truck started experiencing issues. I had to keep it at the service center for an extensive four-month period. The problem was traced back to the 5.0 V8 engine, which baffled the technicians, ultimately resulting in a complete engine replacement. Additionally, there was a loose harness underneath the truck that caused camera malfunctions and sensor failures. The battery also failed multiple times, necessitating replacements. Fortunately, all the repairs were covered under warranty. However, my disappointment arose from my interactions with Ford's customer service. It took me four months and multiple customer advocates to receive a resolution, and even then, the offer was underwhelming. Ford only offered me $3000 towards a trade-in or the option to keep the Truck with its significant service history. Considering the substantial amount of time and energy I had already spent on payments and repairs (sometimes missing work), this offer fell far short of my expectations. It was disheartening to realize that Ford seemed indifferent to my satisfaction as a customer, and their threats of legal action if I pursued the matter further only added to my frustration. Ultimately, it is disappointing that a large corporation like Ford can prioritize making a buck over a dissatisfied customer instead of keeping satisfied customers. I believe that the local Ford representatives could have done more to assist me in this situation, but their efforts proved insufficient.
I share this review as a cautionary tale, my hope is that others can make informed decisions when dealing with the company based on this experience.
Marlon was great service advisor, he made sure to keep in contact with me while my new car was being serviced. I appreciated the updates and I would definitely come back.
Overall service was great, was just that the price of replacing cab filter was $206 which I find ridiculous. But other than that everything was very good
I have always had a great experience with NorthStar Ford in Gregoire, from the moment I drive in. I have been dealing there for about 15 years. Marlon is a great asset to the team and is always great to deal with. I appreciate the knowledge and respect he shows.

And I can’t forget Richard the service manager who helped me find out if my Cam covers would fit on my engine. They was all so Great and deserve a Pay Raise.
