Very poor customer service and the doctor has unwelcoming atmosphere. I don't recommend this location to new patients.

This is not very good experience to come in this clinic.its my first time and last because this two ladies at the front desk is rude, mean and not helping at all.i told them i am new to the area but i want to see a doctor which is Dr. Salem was a very good doctor i can tell.

This experience is gonna push away all clients because of the front desk people who work here.i dont normally complain but this is wrong.i have never ever seen a women who working in this kinda field that act like somebody is because.pls hire someone who has a knowledge how to approach client and professional not with bad attitude.
Avoid this clinic by all means!

The front desk of the doctors side, very poor costumer service. Dr. Salem walked out of the office because I was upset about a medical issue.again very unprofessional. If their not cancelling your appointments each time then your waiting for over an hour when you have an appointment for a certain time.the Owner of the clinic Dr. Mohammed is never there or always cancels, unprofessional.on the other side where there is chiro, physio, & massage.their excellent! Dr. Taha runs a good team.

I have never had such a bad experience at a doctors office before and I've had some pretty bad experiences. The front office staff was super rude and unprofessional. I called to book my tetanus shot and the lady who answered the phone was rude in the way she talked to me. She asked if I had a prescription and I said yes, so she told me to bring it in. Upon arriving at my appointment I gave her my prescription and she very condescendingly told me that I needed to get it filled from a pharmacy first. I told her that when I made the appointment they only said to bring in my prescription and she argued that no she told me to get it filled. Not once during the time when I phoned in did she tell me that I had to get it filled at a pharmacy. I left and will never come back. If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. Do not go here.

I came into the clinic one day and it was my absolute last resort because I avoid this place like the plague after the hepatitis breakout but I came one day because everywhere else was closed and I had no choice. I saw Dr. Tasneem who did not even introduce herself when she came in the room, she didn’t even examine me, take my vitals or touch me. I felt extremely rushed and she was already literally halfway out the door before I even had a chance to completely tell her what was going on with me. I was not satisfied and will not be coming back even if it is urgent. I’ve never seen any other doctor at this clinic but as for Dr. Tasneem, I can say that it seems as though she cares more about the quantity of patients she sees, rather than the quality of service she provides.

Went to this clinic for a massage therapy treatment. There was paper sheets on the table, similar to paper use on doctor examination tables. Not comfortable. I also told her of an recent injury, which she continued to use techniques that may have re injured the area, had I not asked her to stop. I was not impressed at all. When the massage was done she told me it was complete and left the room so I can change, never saw her again. I had to find my own way out. No homecare or recommendations were given.
