Northview Apartment REIT Grand Prairie Office

Not a good place to rent. The place has so many issues as it is so old. The office staff can be very ignorant. (at least until you get ahold of head office. Then they change their attitudes). They are unprofessional and do things they shouldn't for their friends.which is even more unprofessional.

I love renting here. Westmore is a great complex, well maintained, fairly quiet and staff is friendly. This place is a great deal!

Very dirty communal areas, carpets never taken out and cleaned more than twice a year, elevators dirty and buttons not sanitized, I found multiple drug baggies around the apartment while living there. Parking lot is never attended to (snow removal, garbage pickup, fixing potholes) they fix potholes in the parking lot with gravel, resulting in an excess amount of gravel in parking lot. So when winter comes and they don’t use ice melt or shovel the slippery walkways you fall and get gravel in your knees or hands. Pot holes so big you can bottom out your car on BOTH entrances. Apartment was dirty upon me moving in. The move in and out inspections were nowhere near the same attention to detail, the move in inspection was maybe 5 minutes that they quickly rushed through so you don’t realize it’s dirty until you’re moving in. While move out was so thorough, and they expected a lot more of you in comparison to how you receive it. For some reason they love to start projects and never complete them, they left plaster up on the walls for months without sanding or painting to complete. They cut a hole in the ceiling and left that for a very long time as well. Side door lock was broken without a fix for at least 3 months. Very very terrible communication with maintenance team. They will cancel your requests without fixing problem and not contact you. I had a broken power stall that did not receive power resulting in my car battery dying 3 times over the winter and they never called me about my request to have it fixed. Lazy and unprofessional. To put it plainly DO NOT RENT HERE. Too expensive for a nasty and unkempt building, that they claim is clean and sanitized.

Incredibly rude and incompetent staff. I think her name was Jill? I wish I could give zero stars.

Worse people to rent from family had a emergency and i had to move one month before our lease we agreed with paying the last month and we cleaned our place top to bottom and since it was covid they illegally didnt do a proper walk through through Alberta tenant act they make there own rules even though the got to go by the act first these guys are crooks and will be getting shut down for there lack of care you guys at northview should be disgusted with yourselves including the desk jockeys they wont answer my calls even months after and they are trying to send me to collections even though they know what they did wasnt right worse apartment in all of north America

Just an awesome experience everyone was extremely helpful. Everything from help with my phone to getting stove fixed quickly.

DO NOT RENT HERE! BED INFESTATION!
Staff is unbelievably incompetent and unfriendly, charge a burtal move out fee you will never get you damage deposit back.
Please do yourself a favor and don't rent here

Elk Pointe apartments.is a cheaply put together apartment building. There is no security I even had to get a post box because mail was getting stolen because the front door that is supposed to be locked was broken into and not fixed for quite some time 2 month and around tax time. There was a fire a couple months ago and that was never fixed any maintenance on your apartment that has to be done is done to low standard. This is one of the most expensive places to live in Grande Prairie Alberta. You would think that you would get some security for your money buyer beware. The staff members are very unprofessional.

I had the best experience with the staff especially a lady named D. The only reason I moved out was because I was relocating. Otherwise, I'd still be living there. I would recommend them to anyone. Westmore Estates was a lovely building.

I had the best experience with the staff at Northview from the start. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment in the Westmoore estates complex. Staff were always pleasant, timely, and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
This was my second time renting with them, and I will definitely go back in the future if I ever need another place.
Even after moving out, they still did all they could to assist me when a parcel was mistakenly sent to my old address. They definitely didn't need to do help, but they still went above and beyond!

Way over priced for what you get. My first mortgage was cheaper monthly, than this under insulated place.

One of the worst customer service and maintenance team. Building c at pinnacle drive 155 grande prairie the entrance door is broken and locked since more than 3 month even we call amd complain nothing improved

Also the elevator 1 day it works 3 days not working don't rent here

Their building gave us BED BUGS! Do not rent here also the staff are rude and very non responsive

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star If there was an option.
Highly suggest going elsewhere.
Most front rooms and halls stink of piss, threats to get evicted for nothing, homeless constantly stealing from residents vehicles aswell as mailboxes, breaking into the main apartment doors. And maintenance doesn't do anything about it.
On another note Northview also enjoys towing their residences vehicles without notice. Only care about their tenants until a lease is signed.

Terrible people! They stole from me and lied about it. IM SO PISSED OFF! I do not suggest renting from these ass hats

They really need security cameras here and in suite laundry facilities, total renovations as well.
