I must say, I had one of the best car shopping experience in Northwest Acura. Mohammad, Sunny gave all the attention and made sure all my requirements are fully met. One interesting call out was the experience of my first appointment with Mohammad for Acura RDX. He was ready with all the fine details of the car and it was parked right in front of the entrance before I stepped in dealership. It was super clean inside, out. And when I took it for a spin, Mohammad made sure, I checked each and every feature of the car.

Excellent experience with North West Acura from ordering the 2022 RDX in August and getting delivery in December 2022. In the intervening period when I was visiting Calgary, Northwest Acura provided a loaner as there was big backlog in supply of new vehicles. Special thanks to Sunny Khan and Kevin Lu for making the 2022 RDX purchase process seamless even though I was ordering it while I was overseas.

There were minor technical difficulties with my Acura TLX from using a non-licensed service facility near my office. I brought the TLX back to Northwest Acura to bail me out and they have been fantastic. Christopher, Kelly & especially Liam were super professional and resolved the issue. I won't go anywhere else again because of geographical convenience. I really appreciated the knowledge & service this week.

I had a service from them and found them dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. Never recommend them!

I went for my Acura RDX as I have been hearing clunking sounds from the rear. I was told that it is the rear shocks that are rusted and clunking along with the rear stabilizer links. They fixed it and I paid a of bill of more than $1400. Sadly, the clunking sounds was exactly there as it was before. So they even did not know what was the problem with the car. What a bad experience. Decided and strongly recommend others never go to this place.

Acura TL owner here - was keenly interested in the new Type S and could have signed the day of. I even called in advance to look at it. After taking a look around the exterior, I requested to see in the interior at which point the front desk staff and a salesperson "couldn't find the key", only to then tell me 5 minutes later "Oh no, we can't possibly open the door for the TYPE S! That A-Spec over there has the exact same interior. You can check that out instead".

No thanks. I'm booking an appointment at Silverhill (and highly recommend that you do, too). Get over yourselves Northwest - you're not a Ferrari dealership.

Northwest Acura is the place you want to use for all your Acura business in Calgary. Top notch professional service from every department and everybody at this location. I live in the South of Calgary and so happy to have made this dealership my choice.

Haven't been car shopping for years and Sunny at NW Acura made the entire process quick and painless. He was able to expedite the roll out of a new Pre-Owned TLX that hadn't quite hit their website with full details and got me in for an early evening test drive. Normally I would test a number of vehicles, then him and haw before committing. Despite the very obvious marketability of the particular vehicle, Sunny was laid back, low pressure, very knowledgeable and was able to put my mind at ease which shortened my process to under 24hrs which is rather unheard of for me to spend a chunk of money! Zero regrets, Sunny and his team were efficient and even expedited final delivery to meet my requested timeframe. The entire team exhibited a high degree of professionalism and I look forward to dealing with them exclusively going forward.

Sunny Khan was outstanding! It's an insane market for both new and used vehicles. We've been flipping between German and Japanese vehicles for the past 2 weeks! Sunny went the extra mile for us, in particular at the end of the day when when we were exhausted. He was incredibly kind, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He went the extra mile for us which we truly appreciated. We had a deposit on a vehicle at a different dealership and Sunny breached the gap where we confidently made our purchase. No regrets. Koh Lam was also superb in finalizing the details of the sale, we couldn't have had a better experience all around and I'm so happy we decided to head up north to Northwest Acura. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you Sunny and Koh!

Very shady service department. They should be sued. Confirmed by other Acura dealer that NW Acura lied.

I was told I needed $6k+ in repairs / maintenance, plus some other preventative items. Some of the repairs I supposedly needed seemed incorrect.examples:
- wheel alignment: I had one done weeks prior.
- leaking: no leaks I had observed when always parking in the same place in my garage.
- spark plugs: I had new plugs put in just months before.

Because these items seemed suspicious, I was very hesitant to believe the remainder of the laundry-list of “necessary” maintenance/repairs. I took the car home, and did not have NW Acura perform any of the necessary service items. A week later I took the car to Silverhill Acura, and they completed a vehicle inspection with full knowledge I had these service recommendations from NW Acura that I was suspicious of. All the recommendations from NW Acura turned out to be false / lies. The only thing that Silverhill could come up with was that I was going to need new rear brake pads within 6 months - not even an urgent item. All other items that NW Acura had recommended turned out to be nonexistent or in perfect working condition.

Sadly due to this experience, I likely will always recommend friends and family to shop elsewhere. This is unbelievable and I feel sick to my stomach for all the people that have been scammed out of thousands of dollars by this dealership.

I was looking for some USA importation documents. The staff were super helpful and familiar with the matter. They didn't require me to go in person, and provided the service quickly and efficiently. Great team!

They are way overpriced for regular services and maintenance, found a mechanic shop doing the same work for half the price

Purchased a vehicle last week and had a fantastic experience. I am new to the Acura family and I'm happy to be taken such good care of by your employees. I had Effern Hachey help me make the best decision and showed me all my options to ensure my purchase was the right one to fit my lifestyle and wallet haha. Not pushy at all as I appreciated his honest opinion on what i may or might not have needed. It was a very easy process from there from meeting the finance manager, Kevin, and sales manager. I felt very comfprtable to ask any questions i had. Thank you very much team Northwest Acura

The two unethical parts of the deal were.

1. When I requested the finance guy not to pull my credit. He assured me he won't and then he still pulled it.

I ended up taking the car because can't be having my credit pulled repeatedly.

2. The bank stated that they had issued the loan at prime and any mark up (to 6%) is done by the dealership. I sat in the room with the room with the manager and finance guy explaining this and the assured that was not the case and I heard wrong.

I called back the bank to get my facts right and they confirmed I was right and this further confirmed they were lieing.

Best thing is you read this review and can go in with your mind right. Sales guys are infamous for being shady

Exceptional customer service. All the employees make you feel welcome, they value your time and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My new RDX buying experience was easy, efficient and seemly perfect. Great bunch of employees and nade my experience fun and personable. Highly satisfied and would recommend all at this location!

After a long search across the province looking for a 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD I finally found the right vehicle late at night a few weeks back, sent a message and was pleasantly surprised that a Sales Person “Sunny” with Crowfoot Acura replied at approx 10: 00pm.

After talking with Sunny I immediately put a deposit on the vehicle and picked it up a few days later.

My family and I couldn’t be happier about the purchase and the quality delivered from this Dealership and their employees!

We bought a pre-owned MDX from NW Acura. Our sales person Effren was very knowledgable about the products and extremely responsive to texts and phone calls. Kevin in Finance was also good to deal with and seemed very up front and knew his stuff. Overall the experience buying for NW Acura was very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased an 2018 Acura RDX Elite at Northwest West Acura and the whole experience was beyond fantastic. I researched them on the web and they had a high customer satisfaction rating which from my experience was true. Staff here represent the band through their professional conduct and behaviors. I would recommend using Effren because he was knowledgeable, friendly, and customer focused. No pressure at all which was so refreshing. The whole team; Effren Hachey Brand Specialist, Kevin Lu Financial Services Manager, Andy Vong Technology Specialist and Joshua Lam General Sales Manager were exceptional.

Northwest Acura service team is exceptional. I have had my Acura for almost 7 years, and I have not, and will not, ever take it elsewhere for service. The staff there are fantastic. The are accommodating, friendly and most importantly they are honest about what my vehicle needs and what it doesn't.
This morning I discovered a piece of my undercarriage hanging down too low, I called in and they told me to bring it in right away and they can check it out. I arrived within 10 minutes and one of the service staff members (I believe he is the manager) got on the wet floor, under my vehicle to take a look right then and there. He went and grabbed some tools and fixed my problem on the spot.
I really appreciate the hard work and the wonderful staff at NWA. They go above and beyond and it has not gone unnoticed.

Awesome sales process. Just leased a new MDX. Quickest we have ever completed a vehicle acquisition. Sales rep was Daniel M. Finance was Misha L. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. We were greeted at the door, explained what we were looking for, went for a test drive, didn’t have any wasted time. We had a fair deal and were on our way home in under 2 hours. Highly recommend buying here.

Not a good experience with service, had a major computer error. I'm dealing with Kelly couple time, she implied that there is a sign of I had my vehicle repaired else where, while it's still under full factory warranty, which is absolutely no way I would do that to a new vehicle. She more likely try to get u to pay for a repair rather than Acura warranty coverage.

My Acura was written off in the Hail Storm in June. North West Acura was able to get me in a preowned vehicle very easily. Effren did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond for Service and availability. I waited a month intentionally to write the review, as I wanted to ensure the Pre Owned Vehicle Purchased wouldn't have any immediate after sale issues. North West Acura will be my go Dealership to for my next purchase.

I had my MDX serviced from silver hill two days prior to bringing it into Northwest Acura, wow was I ever glad I did! Kelly and Chris were amazing, I told them about the issues I was having with my 3 year old Acura with less then 100,000km. Chris being a tech explained to me that it’s most likely not my cv axle and the grease build up I was seeing was from prior techs not cleaning the residual oil from when the oil was changed, as the oil filter literally rests right ahead of the axle.

I get a phone call from Chris later that afternoon explaining that the tires have big chunks missing out of them and that they’re possibly splitting at the belts under the rubber. Now that makes sense as to why I would feel a slight shake in the wheel! I’m not sure how silverhill missed this, especially when I Explained the same symptoms to Jackie my service advisor at silverhill. Jackie assured me that the shop foreman has over looked my vehicle And there is nothing wrong with it. I have had nothing but issues with silverhill Acura as they just see you as a lower class citizen once you buy they’re product.

Northwest Acura is by far a superior establishment with staff that actually care about clients, new or old. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and not only explained to me in thorough detail of what my issues were, but also what was needed to rectify them. I will definitely be bringing all my service and sales needs to Northwest Acura as they truly do understand customer service.

Just got my 2020 rdx0 days ago from northwest acura. The whole team from manager Josh to sale rep Sunny are awesome. They are very knowledgeable, polite and professional. A week after I pick up the car, the manager sent me an email to check if I have any concerns. This is not my first time buying a new vehicle.but it is the best experience by far. Would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a vehicle.

Strike 1- I bought a brand new 2017 Acura MDX and received one that was in an accident. They ended up exchanging it after a week.
Strike 2 - Had wheel alignment done and the steering wheel is not pointing straight. It is now worse that before the alignment.
Strike 3 - Very rude interaction with the owner and staff when I came in to get it corrected. I know its Covid-19 but that doesn't give anyone the right to be rude and impolite. I ended up taking my car back and cancelling my ride. Textbook experience of trickle-down effect of bad leadership. You can keep my 139.95.
I will take my business elswhere. I should also mention that Acura Canada was no help on this.

We recently bought a 2020 RDX from NW Acura. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from them and at all times we have appreciated their professionalism, willingness to answer all of my many tech questions, follow up to see how we are doing and more. Yesterday we went to the dealership with a concern that had us hyperventilating! On a recent trip out of town our RDX got sprayed with oil/tar in a construction zone. We didn't want to try anything to take it off for fear of ruining the finish on the vehicle and/or the 3M protection. We took it to the experts. Noel (our salesperson) talked to Josh (the general manager and within minutes Josh had checked the car and called the detailer and the two of them went to work to remove every tiny bit of that oil/tar. Now that is going above and beyond! We are so appreciative and definitely recommend NW Acura for all of your vehicle needs!

Northwest Acura made the process enjoyable by being transparent throughout the entire process including a great price for our trade in. Sunny Khan provided as much information as possible so I could make the right decision. He was very courteous, professional and placed no pressure on me to purchase. He even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle and see my family off!

I am confident this level of service will continue throughout the ownership of our Acura.

No weekend services. Maintenance time spend too much time. Oil change need two hours (first hour only used for waiting). Front desk no smile, is fierce.
