We did here vaccination for our small baby.
Nurse was so kind and helpful.
Gave as a lot very useful information.

Easy to find parking, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The nurses who did my little ones shots were very friendly informative. I would absolutely go back to this location.

We booked our 2 years and 4 years old son's appointment for 1PM and 1: 30PM today (December 13th 2022). The Nurses who gave the injections to my kids were very friendly and patient. The receptionist is super rude and aggressive, she shouted at us to keep distance, we have both kids with two appointments to immunize. In the end of our sons injections, our nurse offers give flu shots for all of us (same as the nurse booked our Appointment on the phone has mentioned: flu shots are available for the kids here, but since you’re all here, maybe nurses could do it for dad and mom too, only if the nurse having enough time), then the receptionist acted like a crazy person after she hear this, she first shouted at me: “did you told the nurse I said you all can receive flu shot here? " I replied: "no! Our nurse offered this and the lady who booked our appointment offered this on the phone. ” Then she went in nurse’s room said something, came back at us said: "who booked this for you? 811? We are not the same! And can't you see? We don't have time for this! " Well, first of all, we do have our both appointments booked by calling your location, and our times are 1: 00PM and 1: 30PM, the time is now 1: 10PM, we have more then enough time for our selfs, and that’s why our nurse offers the shots. 2nd, I understand all of the nurses here are trying their best and work hard to helpout parents and all families, but this lady at the front desk need some weak up calls! We are not here to receive your rude as hell service! Also not here to show the kids how rude a person should be treated. You are the one who got all the bad reviews, which really unfair to the nurses whom are working hard to help families out! Shame on you and you should get a job that you should be having, or find happiness of your life.definitely not this job, definitely not any where near children!

Enough is enough.this is by far the RUDEST receptionist I have ever come across in my life. I have been going to this clinic for 11 years and im not saying all the time, but 7 out of 10, Is a bad experience and this is towards the receptionist always. Anyone pass the receptionists are absolutely amazing worker and they are the main reasons why I’ve held back on writing review in the past. Because the bad has now outweighed the good.this review is necessary now.
It’s hard times right now (mental health) for everyone specially towards healthcare workers due to this pandemic but there’s absolutely unnecessary to be so rude, impatient and to have a power trip attitude specially when you’re the front face! Over what.because I didn’t have my baby HC # ready and it’s an inconvenience to look it up? And that moment where I have to wait outside with my baby and couldn’t social distance inside the empty clinic on a -15 weather. Kindness goes a long way and it will not It’s absolutely so abnormal that I’m always crossing my fingers everytime I call, hoping and praying hard, that the receptionist will be in a good mood. I’m always making excuses and justifying the rudeness but like I said, enough is enough, I have put up with it for so long.

If this place wasn’t my assigned health place and not near my house (less than 5 mins drive) I would go elsewhere, on which by the way I did but driving to farther places with my baby is not ideal situation as for now. But moving forward If i can avoid coming to this place.

Anyway, for those of you who had the same experience, there’s actually a phone number you can call and an email you can send. I highly recommend to do that, this kind of bad behaviour should not be tolerated just like they don’t tolerate rudeness in the clinic. Should be vice versa. Reconnected with other mothers that experienced the same thing from same receptionist.

Update, I was there for another appointment and was advice by the nurse and the nice receptionist to call the patient feed back and to call the office and ask for the manager. This receptionist is notorious for being rude. Please call the number.

Been to this location for all of my babies first year shots. Never had any issues, all staff were great and friendly.will be booking 18 month vaccines here as well.

Very friendly staff, Jennifer at reception was very patient and professional! The nurse (didn’t catch her name) was also super nice, didn’t wait at all.

Took my child to get her vaccines here. Very accommodating and professional. The lady who gave her vaccines was great with children!:)
