Great Dentists and assistants there. I highly recommend it here, you can can see and tell how well everyone works together as a team.

Professional, polite and friendly. I couldn't ask for more. Very well looked after and know they generally care.

The staff is friendly, however I haven’t had a good experience with procedures here unfortunately. Had two fillings done yesterday. I’ve had fillings done elsewhere before where I’ve needed freezing, and I just felt the way it was done here almost felt unprofessional. Had to have the needle go in 3-4 times on one side because the dentist was having trouble freezing the right spot. Haven’t had this happen at any other dentist. She was also moving the freezing needle way too much once it was in. 24 hrs later and I still have some spots on my left side that feel partly numb, and some spots along my jaw that feel swollen and painful. My bite also does not feel very even. I gave this place a try because I just moved to the northwest and it’s close to me, and I had seen positive reviews. However, this has unfortunately not been my personal experience. First time I’ve actually had a panic attack at the dentist because of how uncomfortable and unprofessional the freezing process felt. I’ve also never had pain that lasts over a day after having a filling done (and I have had a few fillings that needed freezing done elsewhere. Never had issues after.)

The staff at Nosehill Dental are amazing at what they do and go above and beyond in every way. They have accommodated my last minute appointments, have fair
pricing and payment plans, fast and effective procedures, direct billing, eased my anxieties and are just overall amazing at what they do. If you have to go to a dentist I highly recommend this office you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been coming to Nosehill Dental for about 5 years and they have been great. There were a couple times I had to bring my baby with me to appointments and they made sure she was content so I could get a filling done. I’ve brought my now 5 year old for her check ups and Dr Patel and staff have been wonderful.

Nosehill Dental is the best place to come. The Reception staff are friendly and treat people well. Dr Patel and the Hygienists are great. Would highly recommend anyone who needs their teeth cleaned or any dental work done.

The service and care provided at Nosehill Dental is outstanding. I have been a patient for years and now my children and husband are as well. The hygienists are so kind and patient, and I’m always amazed at how incredible the communication between them and Dr. Patel is. It’s obvious they all value high quality care and teamwork. The team takes my health and concerns seriously and never tries to ‘upsell’. I would recommend Dr. Patel and her team at Nosehill Dental to anyone!

The office staff and the Drs are always great with our kids especially with our one daughter who is special needs. They are really awesome with all of us.

This office is very busy. The staff are friendly and explain everything thoroughly. The front end staff is wonderful, always pleasant and easy going. If you're looking for a dentist give this office a call.

They did cavity filings on my upper left of my jaw and they fell out today while i was eating.i can feel a hole from where it was.it's a mistake going here.

Even tho going to the dentist is not always a good time, everyone here at nose hill dental makes it a good time. There always so friendly and treat you like you are family. They take the best care of you when you have any treatments to be done, I never want to see another dental office again

Very professional and respectful. There was no hard sell to attempt me to have more work done than I can afford. Fillings were done well and comfortably.

I have been afraid to go to the dentist for the better part of my life, and I finally took the step to go. I checked out a lot of places that would be able to ease me in, even looking into sedation dentistry. Nosehill Dental came up in my search with so many great reviews from their clients, so I decided to check it out.

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. From Dr. Patel being great, to all the Dental Assistants and Hygienists being so wonderful and understanding of my fears, they have completely made my experience in the chair amazing and fear-free.

A special shout out to Tracy on the Administration Team - Tracy has truly led the way in reassuring me that I would be well taken care of, and has on several occasions gone the extra mile to make sure that I have the best experience every single time I visit. It's a great feeling when you walk in the door, and you are greeted by name with a smile! I cannot recommend Nosehill Dental enough. I've gone from being too scared to go for 20+ years, to being a regular. It definitely feels like you're not just a client here, but a part of their family!

Dr Patel, Tara and Megan were incredible! On time, knowledgeable, professional and super kind. You’ll love Tracy as well - she is at the front desk…she is very personable and will take excellent care of you!

The warmest and kindest people work here! From the staff to the dentists and hygenists. They are all stellar, they really take the time to get to know you, explain what they're doing and what it will feel like, constantly check in with you, call to see how you're doing. My entire family has been going to this clinic for 24 years. They have a great staff, clean facility, courteous and knowledgeable care, great with reminders which we need, accommodating, and a freshly scented clean washroom. Gosh they even have a great large, colourful logo, and art work to look at.

I switched to Nose Hill Dental centre this year, as my new job required that I have Saturday appointments. However, I have found much more than just a Saturday dental center. The staff and Dr. Patel are wonderful, have great customer service, and thorough dental knowledge. The clinic is very well run and managed, and is very smooth from start to finish. Their integration of appropriate online tools, from patient intake to follow up customer surveys, it’s lovely to see and adds to the experience. Your confidence while I’m in the chair is wonderful, and they know what to recommend. Their staff while in clinic is very knowledgeable, and communicate well between each other during the dental appointment. Everyone is very professional, and very much knows how to do their jobs well. I am very glad that I found this dental clinic, and I am just fortunate enough that it is close to home well done to the whole team)

I am a hesitant patient, but I always know I will be treated well here at Nosehill Dental Centre. Dr K has a calming effect and I know that he and the staff will address or work with any of my concerns. Staff are friendly, engaging, professional and personable.

Recently moved from Vancouver and was looking for the right dentist for my family, a very good friend of mine recommended Nosehill Dental Centre as the place to be to keep a clean Grille, and was she ever right! Teeth never felt cleaner!

The admin staff here are very rude and condescending. My daughter had braces done here and I paid for the braces upfront. She has mental health problems and poor dental hygiene. The staff were rude to her and me about this. I complained and they did deal with the situation at the time.
Today I had a voice message from the admin saying I had an overdue bill and it was going to collections with accounting. The tone of the admin staff was judgemental and rude in the message. This was my first notification of this, I still dont know what for and awaiting for a call back (as I called straight away to sort out the problem).
The staff really need to learn, train up on, bedside manner and that its the way you say and treat people, not always what you are saying.
Also my mom use to come here and she told me about the same experience she had and how she wont go back because of the way she was treated and how staff made her feel.
I would recommend going somewhere else if you value how you are treated.

They have great dentists, they are very polite. They are very clean and are following all the COVID-19 rules. If you need a great dentist I highly recommend them.

I have been coming to Nosehill Dental Centre for just under five years and it consistently provides the best dental treatment and care that I have experienced. The staff are competent, thorough, professional, gentle, personable, and fun. For the last five years I have noticed no staff turnover which speaks volumes for Nosehill Dental Centre's inclusive and respectful culture. I appreciate Dr. Patel's balance of personable warmth and professional competence.
The only downside of Nosehill Dental is their lack of an automatic door to enter and exit the premises. As a power wheelchair user I struggle with holding the door open with one hand while navigating through the second set of doors. More that once this has resulted in scraped knees and blood-stained pants. Dr. Piercy, please consider joining the 21st century and shelling out for some automatic doors. Your growing number of mobility challenged clients and moms and dads with multiple kids will appreciate it.

During this unpredictable time of Covid 19, I felt very safe and comfortable with the way Nosehill Dental is taking care of their patients. My experience was extremely pleasant. Everybody here is so kind, professional, and skilled at what they do. Bev is one of the sweetest ladies I've been treated by, and Julie at the front desk is always so friendly and kind. It is always a pleasant experience coming here.

My son's experience was bad with the Nosehill Dental Centre. He had an normal appointment to check his wisdom teeth. He was charge for emergency exam which we do not know the reason. On the dental form, the dental centre put the wrong insurance company for him even he presented our insurance company's card. After exam and X-ray, my son was told the dentist was not capable to conduct the surgery. It seems this centre can only do something simple.

Dr. Patel and her amazing staff provided some of the best customer care and service that I have experienced in a very long time. Dr. Patel, Tracy, Karen, Linda, Sarah, Sarah, Jackie and Leanne are wonderful, kind, very friendly and they are all amazing at what they do. I highly recommend Nosehill Dental, Dr. Patel and the Nosehill Dental staff. They went above and beyond for myself and my children to ensure that we all had the best possible care and experience that we could have. Excellent!

I found the staff to be quite judgemental and rude about my teeth. I would have hoped that people who work in a field that makes so many people anxious and self conscious, that they might be more aware of their words and how to make people more comfortable during their visit.

I’ve been going to the Nosehill Dental Centre long before it was called that and have had 37 years of pain free dental treatment which has included some pretty complicated procedures.

I’ve been a patient of this facility for all my life, and they’ve always treated me with the utmost kindness and gentle nature. Even during this pandemic, every single employee continues to welcome all patients with a friendly smile in their eyes! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is intimidated by dental work, or any family who might need a wonderful Dental Centre. Keep up the good work!

Dr Patel and her team are just fantastic. Jackie did a good scaling and cleaning. Was very gentle and friendly. She is so easy to be chatted with.

The front desk is very kind and helpful. My appointments are always fast and thorough. I also feel that the dentist only does what is necessary, she does not try to do extra work to up the price of visits like other dentists at other locations have before.

I totally messed up my sons appointment, we came in at 7: 30am on the coldest day of the year to find out our appointment is next week! The staff called another dentist who will come in at 8am so we don’t have to come back. They put cartoons on for my 5 year old and gave him colouring while we wait. Oh and they gave me a Tim hortons gift card so we can get breakfast after our appointment. I feel so well looked after and appreciate the staff for going above and beyond for this disorganized Mom!

I’ve been going to Nosehill Dental for 5 years now and I am constantly impressed with their professionalism and care. If something urgent comes up they get me in right away and I look forward to my appointments!

I've been a patient of Dr. Piercy's for the past 45+ years.gah.since I was 3 years old! Now my children see him as well. Over the years it's always felt like "family" when we go in.and even if I don't know everyone, we always feel comfortable and welcome. Seeing the experience through my kids' perspective shows me how important this is. There can be fear around certain procedures and I'm always thrilled with how much time and patience is given. I also appreciate how much the practice continues to evolve with dental technology, customer service, and environment. It feels like everyone is working hard and doing their part to make the experience positive!

I have read a sample of the reviews left here to find out if my assessment of this place is off base or if it can in fact be used as feedback for improvement.
Costs are on the high side of normal, but not terribly so. Front desk people are efficient, professional and helpful for the most part (everyone should be allowed to have a bad day). Reminders come in in a couple of ways, but to me that part is helpful and not overdone.
Here is my complaint: My doctor is away on holidays this week, so I was referred to Piercy to look at an aching tooth, which I have had trouble with since my regular dentist did some work on it. Piercy was really rude with me today. He did not addressed me, but talked to the nurse instead as if I was not able to communicate by myself. He did not introduce himself or even greeted me when he came into the room. He abruptly cut me and the nurse off as we were having a conversation about my issue with the tooth. To top it all off he literally yanked my head towards him to start doing the work at which point I had to demand that he be gentle. I was ready to walk out. I have no explanation for this kind of behavior, I do know for sure I do not deserve it.
This is a stark contrast with the rest of the staff I have had to deal with at Nosehill.
My wife, my son and I go to this place and we have no other complaints. I will just ask my nice, polite dentist to have someone other than this Piercy guy as an emergency alternate when she goes on holidays.

It's so nice to feel welcomed and appreciated. Even the hygienists are so careful when cleaning your teeth and they take the time to let you know what area they are working on next.

I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the NW area of Calgary.
