NOtaBLE - The Restaurant

We had the Flatbread, Bison and Vegetables and added on the beets. The Bison was very well cooked, soft and juicy and the vegetables were phenomenal. My only criticism would be that the vegetables (broccolini and carrots) that came with the bison were not as warm as I would have liked but the flavour was amazing

This restaurant is by far my favorite in calgary and I have been here A LOT! Food is always 11/10 regardless of what your order. The last time I was here however the service was extremely slow and we found ourselves trying to track our server down. It was a special birthday we were celebrating and I was surprised there was nothing done by the restaurant to help celebrate (specially when the meal was $500+) but maybe we shouldnt expect this. Usually restaurants provide a complimentary dessert or something but not the case here. I was also shocked to see they charge for tap water. Side note: the mussels were so delicious!

On a very cold day I decided to finally try out this restaurant. I was not disappointed. Excellent service from the moment I entered. My server was Jacob and he was very good. I started with a warm up Spanish coffee and it was delicious. Then I had the cream of broccoli soup which I thoroughly enjoyed. On to their very popular brisket. This was sumptuous with a note of tanginess. Then on to an Apple tort dessert which also had a nice note of tanginess. Overall this was an excellent meal and would highly recommend this restaurant in a very inviting atmosphere.

The chips that came with the beef tartare were very fragile and the tartare itself was a little salty. The cheesecake was delicious!

We had a works lunch here and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The service was exceptionally poor, they also added 20% gratuity where the standard is 18. The food was mediocre at best and we would not be returning.

Came tonight for a date night and had a great experience. We sat on the lounge bar side as the dining room was full and were served by one of the bartenders. Food was good, and seriously the best service I’ve had in a long time! He was great.

It's a gem in the NW quadrant. It's food quality has always been great. I particularly fall in love with the beef brisket sandwich. I keep going back to it.

Aww man.showed up here for a staff party. Big table. 30mins before kitchen closes and we order a whole bunch of food. Brutal of us.they handled it so well.super impressed.

Top 3 best steak I've ever had. Perfectly cooked. Atmosphere was cozy. Bartender was very friendly almost made you feel like he actually cared about you. I will be back when traveling through Calgary. Perfect place to do a date night. The cheesecake was creamy and the sauce was very tart, but the flavor of the cheesecake offset the tartness

Went here with 2 other friends. Yes, it's a little more on the expensive side but it's worth the money for the quality of food you get. The server was so great with recommendations and efficient. But not so efficient that we felt like we had to rush out. Also I have the chocolate pudding and it was.exactly what I needed to finish dinner.

Notable is a favorite of mine in Calgary. I've been dining here for the last ten years and in my opinion it's one of the most underrated spots in the city.

The food is top quality with great variety and the flavours are unique and complex. They also do a near perfect job of making sure each portion has the right amount of food. As much as I miss the potato rolls from their menu (most of my trips here in the last decade were just for that food item) there's still lots of other great options.

I also need to make note of the fantastic cocktail menu. Each drink is unique and flavorful, and there's a high amount of rotation so every time I'm here I feel like I'm trying something new.

Parking is virtually non-existent so make sure you plan for that prior to your visit.

Excellent restaurant, I did not know about this one, but today I was greatly surprised of the quality, and service of this restaurant. I strongly recommend this one.

Good service and atmosphere. The food however is average and definitely not worth the price.

Deserve their Michelin star! No matter how busy the restaurant is, the customer service is still excellent!

Today I had my lunch at the restaurant. It was my first visit.
I ordered today's special the 10 oz steak. The service and atmosphere were really good.
However the steak was not good.
I have been different places for steak, but this one Not recommended. The steak is hard to chew and the taste is just so so. Please learn how to cook steak.

We decided to finally try this place out with a take out order for salmon, short rib, pork rolls, shrimp/romaine appy, fried chicken, bread and the opera cake. I will be honest and say the food for the most part was flavour bombs all around - very tasty with extremely different flavours. It was a culinary experience for sure BUT… I’m not sure if we got a heavy handed salter that night or if it’s normal but several dishes were waaaaaay too salty, which took away from the experience/food. And keep in mind, I’m someone that over salts my own food because I love salt THAT much but this was extreme.

So happy and loved them. She has studied flower arranging so I was hopeful they would be to her standard. She said the design and colours are flawless! Thank you for providing wonderful service and an effortless process on top of a fabulous product! Highly recommend:)

Was there for a private function. The food was fresh and cooked perfect. Appetizer delicious grilled romaine with bacon ceasar dressing reggiano cheese. Main was flank steak was good but not my favorite cut potatoes and broccoli nice. Dessert I chose was Bruleed Stilton Cheese cake with Rhubarb compote and raspberry coulis. Loved dessert. The serving staff were absolutely the best and made the meal so amazing with their constant attention to each guest. Atmosphere was great in private room.
