Absolutely loved being taken care of by Dr. Du during my emergency visit. I have extreme anxiety due to a previous dental experience in another city and Dr. Du was calm, reassuring and explained everything to me. I cannot remember her assistants name but she was equally wonderful and used her natural humor to relax the situation. I can't wait to come back for further treatment and to get me back on my oral health goals. Oh! And the wonderful ladies at the front desk are a crucial point of contact. Great job creating a relaxing and stress-free environment!

Love this dental office. Reception is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. My hygienist is always fantastic and has great awareness of my comfort. She always ensures Im not in too much pain or discomfort and offers solutions if I am. She also does a great job of showing me the changes that have occurred since my last visit, what areas need to be improved and how to do this. Definitely recommend this dental office!

Dr Swanson is absolutely the best along with the Nottingham Dental Staff. They are professional and very caring. We will always been their patients as they are the best!

I have been going to Nottingham Dental since 2003 and have always received excellent care. As someone who previously experienced severe dental phobia, I can now actually relax during treatment. I would not consider taking my dental heath anywhere else.

I've been a patient here for a few years. From the first day I arrived for my first appointment until my latest one yesterday I've been made to feel at home from the moment I come through the door. The receptionists are very friendly, the dental hygienists are always efficient and my dentist Dr. Chen and his asssistant are very knowledgaeble and experienced. I feel I'm in very good hands at this clinic whenever I have an appointment and have recommended them to family and friends.

A great deal of effort has gone into implementing Covid safety protocols. From hygienist Gail to Dr. Chen and assistant Mikaila, everyone is pleasant and professional.

Absolutely the best dental office I have been to and I have been coming here since 2015. The staff are all phenomenal and ensure that you are safe (especially with the COVID protocols) and having a pleasant experience. Even though I usually procrastinate making my appointment, I always look forward to coming here and usually walk away with a story or two to tell. My whole family goes here including my brother who is autistic. If you have someone with a mental impairment/disability or are looking for a new dentist yourself I would definitely give Nottingham Dental a go.

I have just come home from my first visit to Nottingham Dental. Prior to arriving the front end staff made sure I understood all the expenses beforehand and were very helpful transferring my previous x-rays over to their clinic. They did some preauthorizations with my benefits so I knew exactly how much to expect for payments. The covid protocols are thorough and I felt very safe getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Radu was friendly and professional. Bernadette was kind and explained all procedures completely. Overall it was an amazing first visit. The kids will try it out next week.

The staff here are incredible! The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists are all so friendly and knowledgable. They all make you feel so comfortable and they are so accommodating! After stressing out over a chipped tooth, they were able to squeeze me in the next day and took care of it on the spot. Would recommend to anyone!

Keltie at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel at ease while waiting for your appointment to start. Dr. Swanson and her assistant Louise are a great pair that demonstrate high levels of professionalism and take true interest in helping you with any concerns that you are presenting to them. They have a fantastic hygienist, Jill, who makes sure you are comfortable at all times with her outgoing personality and gentle practice. She also shows great pride in making sure your teeth are their most beautiful and provides guidance about your oral health without making you feel judged. Finally I feel it is important to point out the great work done by the offices steri-girl, Jill. It is obvious the hard work she does to ensure the office is always running smoothly! I highly recommend Nottingham Dental to anyone looking for an enjoyable dental experience! I could not be more grateful for their wonderful team!

Although my dentist of many years has retired, I have recently moved out of city now having to drive 2 hours to get there and recommend this dental practice to anyone. My previous dentist was too far away, so I more or less stopped going. Wife was impressed with this place, so she booked me in. What can I say.these people are thorough, professional and always have a smile! Wish I found them sooner! It is strange to suddenly like going to the dentist?

The office is COVID-19 protocol perfect and the hearts are warm. The staff are professional and personable. Dr. Anna cares about more than my teeth but my wellbeing. Bernadette (Dental Hygienist) never waivers on her dedication to encouraging me to floss after sitting in her chair for countless years. The frontline staff is amazing and friendly.
