A world class clinic! The physicians are knowledgeable re diagnosis/treatment of not only the routine, but complex illnesses. They navigate (and follow up) the complex pathways of the healthcare system always with the patient in mind. Physicians treat you with kindness, empathy and respect, as do the support staff. They've taken great care of me for years!

The staff is amazing, patient room is top notch.

The vibe in the waiting room can be a bit depressive, but blame the news all day.if you have to wait, go for a walk. They offered to call me back in a 30minute window frame.

I had an appointment with doctor fisher. I had to pay a no show fee from a year ago. He failed to show up so I don’t understand why when I don’t show up, I pay a fee and when he doesn’t he doesn’t have to, when he is a doctor and makes way more money than me. I do not like to make a scene so I didn’t say anything except be calm at the desk, but I believe that should be reimbursed. I hope that possibly the patients can be treated equally to staff in regards to no shows. The lady at the desk was nice, but only said sorry. I just wish there was more they could do.

Since first walking into Nottingham Medical as a teenager, and now in my late thirties, I’ve felt Dr. Denson and his staff have always had my best interests in mind. I’ve never felt pressured to get in and get out, rather they listened when I had concerns and treated me as the individual I am and not a number. I highly recommend this clinic.

Have always been dealt professionally by staff on all visits. Their attitudes have always been positive even when we were going through all the co-vid restrictions. In the age we live in now Lois and I have always considered ourselves very lucky to have had a family physician like Dr. Denson for over the last 20 years. He was always easy to talk to about any issues or concerns we had. We really hope this clinic keeps going to help families for many years to come.

I have been seeing Dr. Denson since he began his practice. He spends as much time as is needed to address the issues which I appreciate.

Dr Densen is a caring and thorough Doctor. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and patiently provide me answers. He encourages me to support my own health by encouraging exercise and a healthy diet. The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly. I have been a patient for many years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Denson for over 20 years. A recent illness, that Dr. Denson correctly diagnosed 2 years ago was finally resolved with the surgery he had recommended. The treatment I received from the "specialists" during the 2 years resulted in 5 weeks in hospital in the critical care unit and 2 life threatening experiences. On the other side of the ledger, the care and treatment I received from Dr. Denson while recovering at home (between hospital stays) resulted in a full recovery. Three words that describe Dr. Denson. Care, Compassion and Competence. Thank You Dr. Denson.

They get to personally know you and some how remember their past interactions with you, even though they see so many people. Dr. Denson is exceptional. As my family grew the clinic didn't even hesitate to take them on as new patients. I can't say enough good things about this office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor.

Dr. Denson has been my family doctor for twenty years. He has been a terrific doctor taking the time to carefully explain everything in detail. I have never felt pressured so he can move on to his next patient. He has always been friendly and his "bedside manners" have been excellent. When I was diagnosed with a serious illness (he saved my life), he called me a number of times at home to see how I was doing.
His office staff has always been friendly and very helpful. It appears to be a very good atmosphere to work in.

I see Dr. Denson and he always takes the time to fully answer all my questions and I never feel like I'm being rushed. Patients are encouraged to call ahead of their appointments to be sure the doctor is running on time. The clinic is in an excellent location with plenty of parking, an attached pharmacy, a laboratory with testing and imaging facilities in the same complex. This is excellent for patients so they don't have to drive to multiple locations for medical tests.

I have been seeing Dr. Denson since 2001 and have been very satisfied with his service. He is a great doctor and makes you feel like your problem is the only problem in the world. He is very attentive and answers all my questions. The only issue with the clinic is that sometimes it gets backed up and the wait is a bit excessive. I have noticed the last couple times I was in, it was much better so maybe he has made some changes that rectify this problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Denson to anyone who is looking for a good doctor.

We have been going to Dr. Denson for 20 plus years and I would never want another doctor. He is kind and compassionate and never hurries you out. Yes, he gets behind but that is because he listens to you for what ever you need. He has helped us through cancer, heart attacks, emergencies and general care. Best ever!

Dr. Denson is kind and willing to spend the time necessary to get answers. He listens and tries to find the best solution, taking into account medical history and personal preferences. 4/5 stars only because there is often difficulty getting an appointment within a short time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Denson’s since shortly after he opened the clinic. He is an amazing family doctor who cares deeply about his patients. Over the years he has treated my minor health issues and more major ones with care and compassion. The clinic manager Soun-Yea, and her staff have always been very kind and helpful to me even on their busiest most stressful days. My husband, our daughter and grand daughters are patients at the clinic and receive excellent care. I am truly grateful to have Dr. Denson as my family doctor

I can't say enough good things about this Medical clinic, the staff and especially the Doctors. Our family has see Dr Denson and Dr Fischer for over 22 years and we are so grateful to have such caring physicians.
From the way the office is run at the front end, to the ease in which to get an appointment, to the care that is taken while in the clinic. They are all extremely polite, caring and empathetic.
Dr. Denson is very kind, non judgemental and extremely intelligent. He has been with our family through thick and thin and truly cares. There have been times when I needed an appointment and couldn't fit it into my schedule and he has called me at home, as late as 9 pm. This entire clinic is helpful, really clean, really efficient and very personable. If you are looking for a Dr.in sherwood Park, I highly suggest Nottingham Medical. Dr Cheng was over an hour late for the schedule appointment time. Either book more time with each patient or keep appointments on schedule.

My family and I have been going to our doctor at Nottingham Medical Clinic for over 20 years now. The office staff have always treated us well, and we've never had any complaints about the work they do. My doctor has helped us sort out all the medical issues that have come our way, and he continues to give my family good and professional guidance. We will continue going there for my whole family's medical support.

You have to be healthy to see a doctor … as when you are sick… can’t get an appointment anyway… what is the point of having a family doctor if when needed they tell you to go to the emergency room… it’s not like I can predict when I will be sick and have to go see my doctor. Not accommodating at all.

Very good clinic. My doctor there has taken care of my problems for a few years and now I have my whole family seeing him. The pharmacy beside them is good also. Recommended
