Dr. Zielinski is one of the best doctors I've had. I've been seeing her for a few years now, and even when I can't get an appointment, I am able to talk to her if really needed, or there is a nurse available. Dr. Zielinski actually seems to care which I find is hard to come by in a doctor unfortunately. Also I don't know her name, but one of the referall coordinators are amazing to deal with. Very kind and helpful.

To respond to the first couple of reviews - yes please do not go there! Then I will get in sooner and there will be room for my family. I am so happy with Dr Chadha and her nurse there, she is a very thorough and wonderful doctor. Front staff leave a little to be desired, but back staff and Dr Chadha herself are always pleasant, I am so happy to have found her!

The doctor is very good here, we go to Dr, Chadda, professional practice.issue is the office is open only on the workdays and during work time, we need to take time off every time have appointment.but the reception and booking staff is not professional at all. They booked the appointment on the wrong day and charged for their error for missing the appointment! Not even willing to accept their error.

The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not give anybody the time of day. They make sure to downgrade you when you are there. The staff forgot to send in my requisition form for an OB. When I phoned them asking if they sent in my requisition they laughed over the phone and jokingly apologized. I do not think its a laughing matter as this could be a high risk pregnancy and need to see an OB, yet they forgot to send it in since April! Will definitely be looking for another clinic.

Dr Stockburger has been a lifesaver. I’ve seen many doctors through the years and she is hands down the best I’ve been to! Highly recommend!

I’ve had the same family doctor my whole life, now that I am looking at figuring out a learning disability I’ve began seeing a new doctor. She has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I’ve personally never had a problem with the front desk/receptionists or the pharmacy. They are very kind and always give me options for dates and times for my next appointment.

I had our family doctor who went on her mat leave and was replaced by a doctor called Dr Chahal. Really poor service from the doctor. I had minor foot injury which healed in a week but guess what she recommended me a cream which was $200 to fix it. I was just feeling scammed as I didn’t even need it. But doctor I think made something to refer this cream. On top on this she booked online appointment which she missed as she was busy and then called me on a Sunday afternoon and then didn’t even call back but asked me to call back on a X-ray report. I missed one appointment with a genuine reason as had to talk wife to gynaecologist. The appointment was booked a month ago but no one called or no email was sent. The doctor made me pay $50 for missing the appointment. Very poor customer service from the doctor side. Giving wrong solution firstly and then charging me for not showing even when I had the reason and proof. I would strong recommend not seeing Dr chahal

I cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Stockburger & the team at Nova Medical Clinic. I called in to book an appointment recently due to severe anxiety & panic attacks following the tragic/sudden loss of a close loved one. Dr. Stockburger was away that day, the receptionist could sense I was quite upset & arranged for me to speak with the social worker Brittany that day. My call with Brittany was very helpful & I greatly appreciated it. Once I did get to see Dr. Stockburger, she did listened to my concerns, did not push any medications for my anxiety, & arranged for me to have some medical tests done pertaining to hereditary diseases that now show in my family history. I am so thankful that she listens to my concerns, doesn't push medications on me, & encourages me to see my therapist regularly. Dr. Stockburger has been my family doctor for about 20 years, throughout my teenage years, young adult life, my first pregnancy, and so on. I am very thankful that she is my family doctor!

I feel compelled to post about my brief horrific experience over the phone with Nova Medical Clinic. I am a cancer patient and my long-time GP is sadly retiring. An old friend recommended her female GP at Nova Clinic who helped her through her cancer experience.
When I called, I disclosed my story to the Receptionist (currently a cancer patient etc). I could not BELIEVE how I was treated. She just kept rudely and dismissively repeating "None of our Doctors are taking new patients". The Receptionist I spoke with should NOT be working in Health Care. Her disrespectful treatment of me, especially after I disclosed I am a caner patient, was absolutely abhorrent. It is obvious by the number of poor comments here about the Receptionists there is a serious morale or HR problem. I would never go here based on the reviews and my experience. INCREDIBLY unprofessional.

Dr Gill has been a complete pain in the side everytime my family has gone to see her. Just today she made my mom go through a 6+ hour ordeal trying to get an inhaler based steroid she needed to breathe properly (she has asthma and she was sick). This got to the point the pharmacy had faxed and called the office telling them we needed the medication.

The front desk is horrendous. All of them are incapable of doing simple things and contributed to half the issue I mentioned just prior. At one point I needed an email for a login portal and the doctor (not Gill) told me she would get the front desk to send it. 2 hours later I drew the line and called and they stated "they forgot to hit send" with no apology or anything. Blew. My. Mind.

I do not recommend this clinic as the doctors are a dice roll as to whether they will care or not, and the front desk is impossibly disrespectful and clueless.

I would recommend Dr. Z to anyone but the ladies at the front desk and on the phone are so awful to deal with. I book my next appointment with my doctor now in person before I leave my current appointment to avoid them.

I’m giving 2 stars because my doctor (Dr Chadha) is wonderful. Very kind, attentive, helpful and I have had nothing but positive interactions with her.

The front desk staff are another story. I was recently left in tears because the receptionist that answered my call was so rude to me while trying to book an appointment. She had zero professionalism. When she asked me what I would like to see a doctor for, I politely told her I was in public and not comfortable going into detail about the issue I was having, but gave a very brief description. She then told me she “doesn’t know how I expect her to help me if I won’t tell her what’s wrong”. When I again told her I wasn’t comfortable going into detail, I’ll admit this time less politely, she then told me that she won’t tolerate being spoken to like that, so if I want an appointment, I should change my attitude. Holding a patients appointment hostage until they tell you all the details of their condition is not professional in anyway.

I also have to wait on hold minimum 5 minutes just to get through to reception. It seems the issues at reception only started in the last year or so. I’m not sure if management changed, or something else, but I hope the issues are soon resolved, as I do not want to lose Dr Chadha as my family doctor.

I like my family doctor, but since she has moved to this clinic, I have consistently had issues with the office staff failing to fax prescription refills to my pharmacy on time (or at all). Very frustrating.

The lady who picked up my call Hong should have some manners that how to talk on phone with a customer. She has reallly bad attitude. Really poor customer service. No doubt that the doctors are nice but you guys have to work on the person who is at reception otherwise you will continue to get negative reviews.

I really like my Dr. Duia has been very good at listening and trying to get to the bottom of issues. I've learned that if you need longer visits you need to book in person not online. Online bookings are for short visits. She is the 3rd Dr. I've had since I've been in Canada and she is the best one yet. I would highly recommend this clinic, clean and convenient with dietitian and pharmacy within the same building.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Over the past year and a half, there has been a significant decline in the way this clinic is managed and the way you are treated by the administrative staff from calling in over the phone to coming in for an appointment.

The most recent situation which is making me write this review is due to the clinic trying to charge me $100 for a form to be completed (which I will add, had been filled out 2 times prior one being three months earlier to which I paid $40). Because the Dr had seen me a few months earlier, it was decided over the phone with the Dr that I did not need to come in and that the forms could be dropped off, paid for and then picked up within the week following them being completed based on the last time I was there. I dropped off the forms with reception 3 weeks ago, paid my $40, received my receipt. The following week, I called and the forms were still not ready for pick up. Finally this week, I was called by a receptionist at the clinic and was immediately told that I owed $60 for me to be able to come pick up the forms even though I had already pre-paid $40. They then stated that these new fee's were implemented last year, even though when I dropped off my forms I had already paid $40 for my forms to be completed. After running around in circles with 7 different staff for an hour and a half, I ended up paying an additional $20 to finally have my forms released to me.

Overall, I love my doctor but cannot stand dealing with the clinic staff and the mismanagement and miscommunication that takes place regularly. Now that they're not seeing patients in person like before, they're trying to make up their costs in other ways by charging people an inflated rate to fill out forms and deliberately try and make you feel as though you're in the wrong when they make mistakes.

I highly suggest finding a different clinic if you're on the hunt for a family doctor, I know I am.

Receptionist at this clinic are HORRIBLE. They dont know what they are doing. They dont want to listen and never try to find a way to help their patients. I am surprised why they are still working there event though this clinic is getting bad reputation coz of these receptionists. My suggestion to new patients.find another clinic. Dont waste your time and energy at this filthy location.

Stay away.totally incompetent staff! Every time I call I get a different awnser from reception regarding a refill request. No one has a clue what they are doing. They send my refill to somewhere.when I asked they didn't know! Ummmm. OK! Then they send a refill request signed by a doctor for medication I no longer take. So a week later I am still trying to get the correct medication refill. WOW! DISGUSTING.

Despite some of the bad reviews I've never had a bad experience. Dr. Janice Zielinski is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Staff have always been pleasant in my experience.

The staff and professionalism at this clinic is very lacking and the level of in competency within the doctors and the staff shows undoubtedly.

This place is not recommended for regular family physician.

Physician care is good, however support staff and communication system leave a lot to be desired. Appointments booked without notification. Paperwork and recs not processed properly. No breaches. The administrative setup is not effective for patient.

Dr. S. Duia is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens & addresses each of my concerns. I also listen to her as Dr. 's deserve respect. I honestly believe that you get what you give in every walk of life. Dr. Duia is thorough and always asks if I have any other concerns before she leaves the room. I am blessed to have her as my doctor.

Here I am writing reviews of their administration services. Doctors are very good but but this clinic is poorly managed. I complained to administrators about wait time on phone to book appointment. I had been advised to make a online portal. Now I submit a message on online portal and wait for 4 days no response then I have to call them again that I left message on portal. It’s unbelievable

I hate to leave this because Dr Hans is such a good doctor but her office staff is completely incompetent. I recently moved back from Ontario and had to book and appointment. I told the staff on multiple occasions that my previous ahc# was not reactivated yet, that I was about to have it reactivated. Each time I was told it was fine and not to worry about it that it could be charged later. So I went in for an appointment anyways, then a couple months later I get told there's an almost $200 bill that I have to pay. When asked why I was lied to, all they could say is no one would say that. I've been a patient for over 20 years and unfortunately think I have to find a new doctor because like many other people, I'm tired of the office staff.

Very disorganized. I love my doctor but I hate dealing with the other clinic staff. Lots of mistakes happen (having to re-do things like the weight of my baby, urine tests, booking the wrong appointment, etc.) The wait times on the phone is horrendous, and not having emails responded to. I don't think I have ever had a good experience in this clinic.

My appointment was at 10: 40 and I came at clinic at 10.33 am. I was waiting to be called people came after me was going first and even all people went already was waiting there to be called to see Doctor. When I went to receptionist at 11: 57 that m waiting here to be called my appointment was at 10: 40 am. She said I will be next but m still sting there and waiting. Why I am still waiting to be called. And then she said did I check in with receptionist I said I did with other receptionist when I came first. Really disappointed with service. And at the end receptionist came to me and said Doctor Duia said she is behind so I have to wait more is I refuse to wait. What’s the point to book an appointment at 10: 40 am if I have to wait that long.

I've been coming to this clinic for a year and half and always found the receptionists (most of the ones I've encountered) to be rude and power tripping. They made me feel like they were doing me a favour by booking a follow-up appointment. Don't bother with the answering machine; its always full. If you somehow leave a message, they never return the call.

They also don't keep good track of the doctors schedules and drop my calls when being put on hold. Some days, the clinic closes earlier than the listed hours. I'm sure there is a miscommunication somewhere, but I never know because they don't return calls.

To be fair, the doctors themselves are great. It is just frustrating to have to deal with the receptionists as the first point of contact; especially now when everything is over the phone.

The waiting times at this clinic are absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand why they have you book an appointment when you don’t end up seeing the doctor until an hour after your scheduled appointment.

I see Dr. Gurpreet Gill here and she is always kind and professional. She is quick but thorough. I can always get an appointment within a reasonable timeline. They don't take walk ins but sometimes you can be seen the same day if there is a doctor free. The reception is alright, not amazing but not terrible. I noticed lately the phone line wait has been a bit longer but overall I have had a good experience at this clinic thus far. & I have been going here since 2017.

Dr. Chada and this clinic has been a huge support for me this last month or two. It has taken me a long time to find a Doctor that I am comfortable and feel heard by. Unfortunately I have had to make a bunch of visits but fortunately I have a Doctor that is so patient, kind, makes that extra effort and truly cares. Thank you!

Don't go to this clinic they don't accept walk in. I went on oct 9 2019 at 8: 30 am with my two sick kids crying they didn't see them because they said they don't accept walk in. My whole family go to this clinic they all have file there it was not first time. I will never go to this clinic again not even my family and everyone I now. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone I meet every day 25 to 30 new people on my job I won't recommend to anyone.

Don't waste your time with Dr. Duia, she could care less about your health or life. She is rude, doesn't spend anytime listening and has the worst bedside manners, after going to her for 5 years I can't believe I stayed with her so long. The clinic doesn't follow up even when testing comes back bad, the clinic is always way behind and the front staff are so rude. So happy I have found another doctor who really cares and listens. You can tell she only cares about moving patients quickly.

Dr. Hans has been our family physician for over 20 years. She delivered our children; she is the best doctor a person could ever want. I have been through a lot of health problems in the last 2 years and she held my hand and walked along side me the entire journey. I am so grateful and blessed for her care and her love, the way she loves her patients is a true gift.

Well my family Doctor was here Gurpreet Gill but apparently she cant see me for almost a week. Called up my old clinic and they can get me in same day at 4pm. If i wasn't suffering from a migraine for three days it wouldn't be a big deal.and her last appointment is 3: 00 pm, some of us work for a living.business must be good Nova Medical Clinic. Told dr Duia was accepting new patients, she apparently isn't. I started discussing my issues, she abruptly stopped me and told me to take tylenol. I wasnt heard, my issues weren't looked at. Talked to receptionist where I was told there were no drs at the clinic taking opioid patients. My drug profile shows no opioids, I have no idea where this came from. Judgements are free here, help, not by a long shot!

My doctor is Dr Gurpreet Gill and she’s always been such a delight to deal with. I don’t like wasting a lot of time at the doctors office, so I love that she comes in gets down to business and asks if there’s anything I’m having issues with and then I’m out! I don’t know with other people but I’ve never had an issue with booking appointments or even coming in same day sometimes. I love coming to see my doctor she does a wonderful job and she listens to me if I’m having an issue. I even told her about how I’ve been having problems with a knot in my back that just won’t go away and she prescribed me a cream that helped loosen it and finally go away! That wasn’t even why I had come in, she just casually asked me how my body was doing. I strongly highly recommend her!

The receptionist is not very knowledgable about making appointments or just doesn't care to make an appointment for patients. Spoke with the main desk receptionist who said there were no openings I was transferred to another a minute later who said there was an opening. The wait times are ridiculously long and the time with the doctor is very short. The doctor doesn't document things discussed during visits. Have been looking for a new family doctor.

Really sad with Doctors behavior. Doctor Zakaria need to work hard how to treat patient well. She never call back if a patient in need and waiting time in her cabin is around 45 min. No time value and unprofessional. I will never recommend her to any one. Don’t waste your time find a good doctor who can help you.

I saw dr Duia because my family physician was fully booked, and it was urgent. She dose not care about your concerns, and she would not allow you to finish laying your complaint she will interrupt you. As if she knows all you are about to said! As a doctor, she should upgrade herself with some of these skills: listening empathy and learn how to talk to patient in a more polite manner. That will help or strengthen her career.

The 30-50 minute wait time is not fun. People come in 10 mins late for their appointments and still get in before you a person who comes on time. Absolutely pathetic wait times. The receptionist try and pry into your health and ask specifically what you coming for.

Staff is pretty rude. My mom was in nova medical clinic last week and doctor refer her to ear specialist. When I contact with insurance company for reimbursement then they gave me one paper (which should be filled by Dr.) I went to clinic with that form, Receptionist said my mom need to make another appointment for $50, Because they want to collect information from my mom. This doesn't make any sense to me because i paid 50$ which need to reimbursed and I need to pay another 50$ so doctor can fill that form. I think that's doctor mistake because she didnot collect the full information when my mom was their. Why should I pay to give them full information which Dr. Suppose to receive on her first visit.

My mom had an appointment at 3: 45. We didn’t even get called into the doctors office until 4: 30. It was another half hour before the doctor even came into the room.
During our time waiting we are overhearing the conversations between the receptionist and patients that have scheduled appointments later that day. Only to tell them the doctor is running an hour late. She is advising them to come an hour and a half later than their actual appointment time.
The receptionist was very abrupt. It would kill her just to crack a smile. Not very personable at all. Her voice had tone. Not a very good first impression for being the front of house. You can tell she hates her job.
Do not go to this clinic for any emergency situations as you’ll probably be dead by the time they call you in.

Receptionist is incredibly rude and has no compassion. Difficult to get in to see dr Gill, my 8 month old daughter was sick and I called on Thursday, I was told the earliest they could see her is Monday? ! I’m going somewhere else. Do you not keep appointments available each day for walk in emergencies? Reception has always been rude here, when my daughter was having her 6 month check up I was a few mins late (no more than 5!) and the receptionist said that rudely to me.
