I have been going to this place since they opened but will never return. Today was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hair salon.
So rude was this lady that another customer who was waiting for a hair cut just walked out upon hearing her.

Manpreet did my hair cut today and I was so impressed with her. She even suggested me hair style which would suit me. I believe she has lots of experience of hairstyling that’s why she was so good.

Very unprofessional and very rude. Completely disorganized and wasted my time. Will not be coming again.

Awsome place to go for eyebrows, haircut, facials and other services. Went there last week, always get my eyebrow done with wax but the lady name KIRAN offered me to try threading and she promised if it hurts she will get it done with wax. But she was super awsome with thread also i got facial done and she did amazing job with facial too.lovely staff.

It was great experience having hair cut and hair coloring with affordable rates. Team is so friendly and quick in their service. I would recommend this place for their excellent service.

If there’s a Zero rating I would give it. If you you want to waste your time and money go there.
Worst salon EVER

We've always had a wonderful experience at this place. My kids prefer coming here for their haircuts too. Staff is courteous.

I took my daughter in on Wednesday to see if she could get an appointment to get highlights. We were greated right away, and she was very friendly! She even did a consult right then as she had a few minutes between customers. My daughter has long thick hair, and its usually a 3 hour process to do her highlights.
I expected we would have to wait until weekend. She saw the excitement in my daughter and booked us in for the next day at 3: 30 pm! Even though it meant she had to work late. It was incredibly kind of her to do that!

She did an incredible job, very knowledgeable, skilled, at really went above and beyond! The price was fantastic considering how long it takes! My daughter absolutely loves how it came out!

I also want to add that during the process my daughter's friend, who had accompanied her to the appointment, fell asleep. And this lovely lady got a blanket and cushion for her! We highly recommend this salon!

I went for a facial today at Nu Look, and had the opportunity to have it done by Sonia.it was an amazing experience, felt very relaxed, and she ensured i was comfortable all through.i also landed up getting eyebrows, wax, and hair wash done, which was an equally amazing experience.no pain felt during waxing, which was very unusual for me, as i have a very sensitive skin. I asked for blond highlights and walked out with orange hair. My appointment for correction was cancelled by the salon due to the owner being sick. I was told I’d receive a call in 3 days and have not heard from them. Good thing it’s winter and I can wear a hat until I pay someone else $300 or more to fix it.

I got my hair coloured and cut by Shery a few days ago and she did an amazing job! The colour came out exactly as I wanted and the haircut she gave me is my favourite one yet. Absolutely recommend her for both haircuts and colouring/highlighting. Super friendly!

RUN AWAY! Wife took our daughter in. She asked for shorter underneath and longer for the top layers-to help with really thick hair. "Stylist" quickly said yes yes, I know. Mere seconds later, she has cut handfuls of hair off the back, and it was too late to do anything about it. Not only did she do the exact OPPOSITE of what was asked for, she did a TERRIBLE job of it! I can't figure out which regulating agency would ever let her use the term "stylist". This cut would fail at any beauty school. Please do not get a cut here. You have been warned!

P. S.this is a reply to management's response below: She was there SAT, FEB 20, around 2PM. People aren't making this stuff up. I'd give a name of the stylist but no name was given, and there are no names on stations either. Please stop with the fake "I have no idea what you're talking about" pretense. No one is buying it. It was your location. I know because it's beside the pizza and donut shops and gas station on the way out of Allard where I live.

Manpreet was amazing with her professional services. I have flawless eyebrows with no pain. I totally recommended her if anyone is scared of threading. She took really good care.

Kuljit is one of the skilled staff in Nu look. She is pleasant, has good communication with the customers and on top of that she is very skilled. She is very good with threading, waxing and some hair cuts. I personally ask specifically for her when I do full face and eye brow threading.

Was there a couple of times for eyebrow and upper lip threading and they just made me feel like they want the client out of the room in 30 seconds. Though there was no body waiting and they were not busy at all I don’t understand what was the need to rush it up and literally do brows and upper lip in 40-60 seconds which is super painful and my skin ended breaking up which never happened in last 15 years. It’s very near to house I was so excited to go but now after this I should re think

I had my appointment booked with Nabi and she was extremely professional. She has a very light hand for waxing, and shapes eyebrows amazingly!

They were unsanitary using the same tools on me as they did on the person ahead of me and they barley even changed the way my hair looks.they cut maybe half an inch and charged full price.not only that but they nicked my undetcut cut and gave me a bald spot!

Went in for a trim, Left with a buzz cut. Did not understanding what I wanted at all, and instead of trying to figure it out she just started shaving 3/4 of my head. I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous.

Loveleen is amazing, she cuts my hair beautifully each time, I just let her cut to the style she sees best suited for me. Great service, great atmosphere, I recommend to all my friends and family!

I have gone twice for a haircut here. They have been very friendly and professional. Loveleen gave me the best haircuts I have ever received. I have thick difficult hair and she takes the time to make sure she gets it right and exactly how I like it, even though I tried a new hair style the second time.

Awesome professional service provided by Manpreet. I am fully satisfied with her customer service. Moreover, I really appreciate her dedication and hardwork of six hours with my long hair. So weird if someone cuts your hair then switch over with other one halfway without being asked to customer.

Finally found someone that listened to what I wanted. The hair washing left a bad taste in my mouth, she was quite rough when washing my hair and it wasn't relaxing at all, but the haircut was worth it. You do have to pay for each service you want ie: hair washing, styling etc it's not an all inclusive price.

Amazing service and very helpful staff! Went there for waxing and they were very gentle and really good at it.

Skills are good but service is:/. No "hello how are you", "how you doing", "thank you" "bye". But cant beat that price though!
