I come here since i came from my country just because of kiran, she is really humble and never say me no even on closing time.

In the end of September, I was there to get waxing and couple other services. There is a lady who works there, I think her name is “Kiran” I am not sure about her name. She was keep on using the word “raje” to pretend that she is polite with her customers but in reality she was super rude. She didn’t even provide me the whole service yet charged me extra for the half done service. When I asked her the reason she was like “Raje you can get this service but it won’t be effective” I mean alright, fine, but don’t charge me for the service which wasn’t provided.
During the half done service, she was in some kind of rush to go home or something, she was very harsh on my skin. I mean if you are not able to satisfy your customers or atleast do provide them half decent service. There were 2 other ladies who were super nice, one of them was Neelam (young one) and I don’t know the name of other one. I usually don’t leave any review but this time it was horrible service thus I have to. I would give them zero star if I had that option.

Thanks to Vani for the great service. I did my hair, eyebrows and facial and haircut for my kid. She takes time and does a great job everytime. Very patient and professional. Highly recommend.

I got done eyebrows and face threading from Rajbir, it was awesome experience. I always felt too much pain for this service but very first time I realized that threading could be painlesss too.

Bad experience…. Because i told them to have hair cut and bread cutting but after they complete hair cut they said i have to wait for bread for 30 minutes because they have another client then i left there without bread cutting …this does not make any sense

Rajveer has been doing my hair for over a year now. Her work is exceptional and she puts a lot of care into making sure that I am comfortable as well as happy with my styling. Honestly she is the only person I would trust with cutting and styling my hair. Conversation with her is pleasant as well and I have never found myself nodding off or being bored while I go to get my hair styled.
It’s nice to know that I don’t have to depend on my phone to be entertained (:

I visited nu look today for waxing. Met with kiran, who was very pleasant from the get go. After few minutes of wait she escorted me to a room and gave me the essentials to get ready for treatment. She remained patient, comforting and profesionnal from the get go. She made me feel comfortable and more in control of the experience. All in all, i would recommend kiran to anybody.

Went there for my son’s haircut. Waiting for more than one our, two girls were there no smile no hi hello. One girl done her customer hair cut and go back inside never come back in front. No clean after her customer hair cut done. Even though this girl wanted to cut my son’s hair I would tell her to clean the place first and wear the mask, she was doing her work without mask. Other girl’s were with her customer more than one hour, in between stop doing her job and talking with customer and again doing. After then started another customer who came after me. Is it not feeling disrespectful? They didn’t care we are customer waiting there more than one hour. I would say it’s ridiculous, rough and disgusting behaviour to who were waiting for. They are very unprofessional, don’t know any manner to customer. I will recommend please never ever go this place, don’t waste your time who don’t know customer care, and don’t respect customer.

Did a walk in just because I was in the area and they had good reviews. The cut was at least as good as the high end places I have been to, at a fraction of the price. Love my cut!

I went for haircut, she was doing haircut for other person, told me to wait after she finished the haircut not clean the chair or the station told me to sit down and start doing haircut.poor hygiene.

I had o3 facial at this location and it was a very relaxing experience. Rajveer did my facial and am definitely going back to her for another facial. I have had facials done at other salons in Edmonton and this one was the best facial I have ever had.

When I went for laser hair removal service the employee gave me the form for a sign, I tried to read it but the employee told me that you do not need to read it, Just take my signature and there were no explanations, 2nd time went and the different employee gave me services and feel like no experienced employee. They didn't know when I had service and what is next season. Not recommended at all. I wasted my money.
