Their motto is: "We nourish lawns and lives. " They may do that for lawns, but for sure they have a disregard for lives. My neighbour contracted them to spray weed control on their lawn. In their attempt to do it in a hurry, they sprayed their poisonous chemicals across onto my yard and vegetable garden. When I confronted them as soon as I caught them in the act, they apologized and asked me to spray my vegetable garden with water. And then they added that I will have to consume large amounts of their chemical to get poisoned. Insane and insensitive comment. I'm a cancer survivor, and because of their act of ignorance and stupidity, I have no choice but to throw out the produce from my vegetable garden that I had spent an entire Summer growing. I will have to install cameras so that I can sue them the next time they do it again.

After only one treatment of fertilizer and one of weed control, my lawn already looks significantly better. I appreciate being informed of when the technician is coming out, as well as receiving a flyer in my mailbox on the day of application, letting me know what the after care is.

My wife and I have used Nutrilawn for at least 6 years. They are always professional, reasonably priced, and on time. We have the best looking grass on the street! We will continue to use them.

Three of their staff showed up and did what was necessary and explained to me what to do after.

Efficient, on time and requires none of my attention, the service happens automatically. Lawn never looked better.

Nice people who talk a good game but not so good on the follow through. They identified my issue and said they would address it yet didn’t. Now when my lawn looks horrible, they blame it on the problem they identified a year ago and said they would fix. Now they are brushing it off and treating me as a complaining customer. It’s unfortunate, they seem professional but don’t follow through. It’s unfortunate as I believe them to be very kind and genuine people but I can’t get them to address nor offer solutions to my issues. I’m giving them one more opportunity and I will see if they follow up otherwise this review will change to “ do not recommend”.

The experience with nutri-lawn last year was good, so we decided to use their service again this year. However, we feel very disappointed in their service this year based on the experience we received for Fertilizer and Aeration appointment. Our appointment of Fertilizer was supposed to be during the afternoon (based on the new phone call confirmation), but the technician called and showed up at 6: 35am in the morning. Both my husband and I had to head up work in the morning, and one of us have to change our schedule for that day to accommodate. The second appointment was aeration and the technician supposed to come this Tuesday, but he/she didn’t show up. We didn’t receive any no-show notifications. We have to reschedule the Aeration service. So disappointed, hope the rest of services go well this year.

These guys are very accommodating and very polite. The customer service rep on the phone was extremely accommodating and very nice to deal with. The gentleman that came to spray the lawn, was very professional. He rang my doorbell once to let me know he was here. And then went about his business. I will definitely use these guys again next year and probably every year moving forward.

I have tried many, many lawn maintenance companies and keep reverting back to Nutrilawn. It’s not just the exceptional service but also how green and nourished my lawn looks, I actually want to sit outside and never go in. I’m thankful to Nutrilawn for bringing back to life my dried out unloved lawn.

The operator was nice but I wasn't even able to get any service. Apparently they don't have equient to deal with a few overgrown weeds. I told her the amount was nothing and she just said that they didn't have equipment for that. I'll try some other time but so far I'm not giving more than 3 stars.

We started using Nutri-Lawn in the spring of 2017 as our lawn was full of weeds with bare patches and brown areas. We decided to try Nutri-Lawn as our next-door neighbour had started using them. We took a years subscription and It was the best decision we could have made. After only one treatment the lawn drastically improved. By the end of the season we were delighted with the results, we had a lovely green, healthy lawn. At the end of last year (2017) we took out another subscription for 2018. The Nutri-Lawn operatives who came were, without exception, knowledgeable and polite and respectful of our property. We were informed well in advance of each visit and were given the opportunity to change the appointment - never once did they not turn up for an appointment. We can highly recommend this company. They are well organised, have a great product and their staff are fantastic.

Good value for your money for the Lush package. Only been two weeks but have really noticed a difference in my lawn. Grass is growing where it never grows! Weed control is working as well. Services were on schedule and performed in a timely manner. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Kylan informed me of their partnership with Aeroplan and I was able to collect my points for the services. I would have not known about the program had he not mentioned it. He was very nice and helped me move my outdoor furniture off the lawn, as well as moving around the play structure to apply product in those areas. Thank you so much!

I'm shopping a lawn services for this season. Nutri-Lawn was with us a few years ago but was not very impressed nor felt bad. Now I'm comparing customer reviews for a few local services in Calgary. I find one thing that Nutri-Lawn is no better than the other: its owner only interacted and responded to those of positive reviews and no concerns about negative ones. I think it's negative reviews that you need to care about seriously and resolve their problem properly.

Excellent service and follow-up. If the weather was not right, they automatically rescheduled. Definitely would recommend!

I chose Nutrilawn for convenience because the previous owner of my house had used their service for a long time. So far I am very satisfied and no regrets with my choice!

They are keen, punctual, and environmentally friendly. Fairly priced. Easy to engage, easy to pay. They hated our weeds as much as we did.

The previous owner of my house used Nutrilawn and when I moved in I was surprised how good the lawn was. I have been a customer ever since and that was 19 years ago. The yards on either side of me are ridden with dandelions and I may have had a half dozen in all that time. Excellent service and an excellent company.

You guys! This is THE place to get your grass the best in the neighbourhood. My yard was a sad, sad place to be. Nutrilawn came and changed it in just one season. They come when scheduled and they do an amazing job. I don't have to be home. I don't have to sit there and tell them anything. They are awesome!

We have been using Nutri-lawn's services (fertilizer, weed control and aerating) for several years and I'm pleased with how our lawns look. Would highly recommend them.

It's a nice little canadian tire found uptown on 17th. But you need to go more out to the burbs if you want auto services. I find it funny how it's called canadian tire but there's no tires there. If you want rims or tires you'll need to order them online first to pick it up there at a specific time.

Amazing service that has made a model lawn.
Their staff is quick to identify problems and issues and sorts them out quickly. When weather necessitates a change of scheduled arrival, they let me know.

We have used Nutri-lawn for many years in different houses and always found our lawns to be superb.

We've been using Nutri-Lawn for many years, for fertilizing, weed control, and tree deep-root fertilizer. Last year we also got them to do over-seeding and core aeration. The lawn looked great, with no weeds.

I've been using Nutri-Lawn for many years and I am sure that my lawn has been the envy of everyone in the neighborhood! LOL! My lawn is always weed free and very green. Even if weeds do pop up, they are always efficient in sending somone out as soon as they can to get rid of these pesky things! I especially like calling their office as the staff are ALWAYS friendly, informative and professional! Wait.can I only give them 5 stars. I would give 10!

Good service, sometimes hard to get hold of for any messages. Last year with COVID was a hard one for the Nutrilawn team because they had to maintain social distancing protocols but they managed to do a good job.

I have been using Nutri-Lawn now for the last 4 years and the evidence speaks for itself. My lawn has minimal weeds, the services they provide to me really do make all the difference, my lawn is a lush green and healthy looking lawn and when compared to my neighbors it really does stand out for all the right reasons.

When we bought our house the yard was full of weed. Our neighbour recommended nutrilawn and we have never looked back. I won’t say it is weed free, as we have flying dandelion seeds coming from all over the neighborhood, but we have it well under control with nutrilawn. Nutrilawn does weed control and fertilization for our yard and we have no complaints!

These guys are great. We have had them for years, even at our last house. If it rains or the weeds have returned, in and they will come and re-service the lawn. Very happy with them.

The experience with Nutri Lawn was great. They serviced our backyard by aeration, fertilizing, over seeding and weed control and while our lawn had patches in grass and looked bad, the results after their servicing were clearly visible with great quality and healthy looking lawn in the backyard and all the patches gone. I am renewing their services for this year too and would surely recommend Nutri-lawn for lawn services.

I've been a customer for more years than I can remember. My lawn is always lush and green with no weeds in sight, while neighbouring yards are a field of yellow. They're reliable and deliver on their promise of a healthy lawn.

They were really successful in controlling our dandelion ridden lawn. When we called to have an extra weed control completed they got back to us right away and were out within a few days. We are definitely going to be using them again this year.

They do a good job at keeping my lawn looking bright green as well when I need some weed control they are quick to respond.

I have used Nutrilawn for a couple of seasons now. Their pricing is competitive and I have had no issues with the applications. They have arrived when scheduled and their communication has been excellent.

We have been using NutriLawn for 4 years and really enjoy everything about the company and services. They are more than happy to discuss issues or concerns and we like that they book their appointments & confirm via email they are coming in on a certain date. Look forward to their assistance again this year.

I used them for 3 years. They talk a good job but don't execute it. First year was OK not great as my weed control was still not working. They told me it takes time, so I continued in second year. NO change in weed control, but service got worst, few times I noticed that the technician wouldn't even spend 3 minutes at my location and before I could come out to talk they were gone. Last year was worse, weed control got worst, service remained poor and this time they even skipped one of the early season application. When I pointed out, they said we will give you late season instead. For the weed and vegetation control, the latest excuse was that it will take years to go, so asked me to switch to traditional weed control. In one of the vegetation control visit, their equipment didn't work so they ended up putting weed control spray on vegetation. Their office and field staff have zero communication. Enough was enough for me so I have decided to not renew. All the neighbors in my street were watching the weed issue on my lawn and they too were not impressed with Nutrilawn. I have written various emails, including Mike House.but no change. They just manage the situation then, but no change in service or quality after that. Very disappointing and unethical I believe.

We tried Nutri-Lawn services this year, upon recommendation by a good friend who recommends all his friends and clients to them. We were getting quotes for sodding our backyard and he suggested that maybe our lawn could be restored instead. I asked a lot of questions and sent pictures to the office person and he said it looks like we have the type of lawn they usually see that they can help restore. He suggested slit seeding, which I'd never heard of, and fertilizer treatments for the season, which is what we ordered. The slit seeding in the spring added grass to our lawn and the fertilizer helped to grow it, along with watering. Our lawn is on its way to recovery without having to re-sod, for a lot less than we would have had to pay for sod. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I'd highly recommend this service!

I paid for a over seeding application. I was expecting them to come and use a Moterized push machine to plant the seed into the ground but they showed up with a hand held fertilizer spreader instead and charged me $65. This was not what I was told I would be receiving as service.
They didn’t even offer to rectify the situation such as a refund.just said sorry you’re disappointed.
And on top of it all I waited 24hrs for them to call me back and they never did I had to call them again only to have a guy on the phone tell me that the overseeder machines are usually ride on ones that they reserve for acreages and he’s never heard of smaller ones that aren’t ride ons

This is the first year I used nutrilawn. The effect on my lawn has been very positive. Grass looks great and weeds non existent thanks to the weed control/ fertilizing combo.
I appreciated the two day notice prior to treatments.
Technicians always arrived on time. Service was always consistent. I'll be signing up again in the spring.
Also, inquiries were always answered promptly.

My lawn looks great and i feel that i got great value for my money. I have had a major competitor of yours in the past and the overall experience and quality shows in my very weed free lawn which is major green. I may win the prize this year in the neighborhood. Thanks Nutri-lawn

Amazing job. Weeds were gone from a very troubled lawn. Will definitely work with them next year.

Disappointed. I switched from Green Drop to Nutrilawn, and it was a wrong decision to make. My lawn gets power raked and aerated every year along with 6 inches of watering every week, and my grass has never looked worse. Some areas are thick and green whereas most areas are thin and bare.
Won't be back next year.

Overall lawn quality improvement was significant. Repaired vole damage and weed control effectively.

I have used Nutri-Lawn for the past two years after having tried two other companies over the years with poor results. Nutri-Lawn has been great for weed control and fertilizing. The lawn is weed free and looks great. Communication has been excellent, with email reminders, re-scheduling notifications, and written confirmation of completed treatments. Nutri-Lawn has been far superior to the competitors I have tried.

The technician was knowledgeable, on time and thorough. Would not hesitate to recommend Nutri Lawn for all yard services.

This is our third year with Nutri-Lawn and our lawn looks infinitely better than it did in the beginning! It was in serious trouble and looked the worst on the street. They do the auto calls to let you know when they are coming out and make it easy to change the time if not convenient. I have taken advantage of their aerating and seeding service. This has really helped fill in most of the problem areas for us. Our neighbour saw the results and signed up with them as well. Given we are adjoining yards, we were happy as now we both look good.

We have used their services for a few years now, and will likely continue to. Their lawn care offerings aside - which are top-notch - they have been a pleasure to deal with.

Nutri-Lawn may not always get it right, but then there is an issue - and as they have demonstrated to us over the years - they are willing to take the extra time and effort to do the right thing for their customer and better the customer experience. Both Jennifer Huber and now McKenzie Sneddon deserve a note of mention - with Mike House the one time as well - for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a splendid customer experience.

Needless to say, we would recommend them.

So happy with the service from Nutrilawn. Our 2nd year of service and the lawn has been transformed. Staff is always friendly and helpful if we call with questions.

This morning I was walking my little dog and one of the workers nearly mowed us down on his machine. We ran down the block to get out of his way while he was spraying. I yelled at him to get his attention and ask him what his problem was and was completely ignored, not before I had to jump out of his way in order to avoid being sprayed. Not the nicest thing to happen at 7: 30 am.

Used service for the first time last year and was very satisfied. Staff were professional, application helped my lawn become healthier and service notification well planned out. I've signed up again and will continue using them.

Products have been helping my lawn become greener and very healthy. With the scheduling of the various services, I don't have to remember to do this myself. Staff, even though I have had no direct interaction, have been very respectful towards my property.
