Customer service side of her business is very poor.

Thanks for your reply Michelle. But as we communicated with you and your team, it’s hard to pay for an invoice that we did not receive. If you actually prided yourself on customer service this would not have been an issue. Happy clients return and refer more clients. Not in this case anymore.

Michelle’s plans work but her customer service is lacking. We have signed up for challenges and referred people but despite this she won’t honour a price as advertised. When we realized we hadn’t received an invoice, she claimed it was a one day sale and we needed to pay that day. However, as explained several times, we couldn’t pay without an invoice. We are not upset about the difference in money but about how we were treated when we tried to address this with her.

Best program ever to help me lose weight. And it’s affordable enough that I can continue with it until I feel comfortable on my own. She has delicious recipes and puts in a lot of hard work to help everyone.

I made year 2022 my year of health, and dropped 35 pounds using Nutrition By Michelle. I was pushing into a size 16 and felt badly about myself, and needed to try something new. I'm now a size 10/12 and so happy with the results.

This has been the best program ever! I started my journey in May after a friend recommended NBM. Before I started I was pretty miserable. My knees were so sore I could hardly walk. I certainly could not walk any distance farther than to my car and back. With meal planning and food prep I have made great strides (pun intended). I am walking 20 minutes straight, going to the gym and have lost 50 pounds. But the best part is how good I feel! I love love love the food and they’re no recipe that I would not repeat.

I loved this challenge. The food is absolutely delicious. Even with my crazy hours I still managed to make it work. I hit my first weight loss goal I have been working on for months. I highly recommend this challenge if you are looking for help.

I've done a few nutrition challenges with Michelle over the past couple of years. I love how easy her plans are to follow and how delicious the food and recipes are!
These challenges have been helpful when I needed to refresh my mindset - refocusing on fueling my body and approaching food with my long-term health in mind. I love that I get to keep all of the plans and recipes so that I can come back to them in the future as needed.
