I was at a store today on May 9th, 2023 around 12: 30 pm. I spent about 15 minutes trying on the displayed glasses there. Despite being the only customer in the store, the salesperson showed a complete lack of interest. There was no encouragement to buy, and no help in selecting the right glasses for me. It was a very unprofessional approach to customer service.
In store service is excellent! The Oakley brand is premium wear. I have been going to Oakley store in West Edmonton mall since they opened and have had exceptional customer care every time I go.
The sales person was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She patiently helped by providing other options and ideas using in store products and the tablet to make a suitable exchange of a pair of Oakley’s I custom made for my wife but were too big. She helped my mother in law buy her first pair of Oakley glasses and my wife a second pair due again due to her knowledge of the products, sharing info about current promotions and her patience. We felt valued as customers, never feeling rushed in our selections.
I’m a huge Oakley fan but don’t have a store where I live. Store had an amazing selection of their products, as you would expect. The girl working on Aug 1,2022 was extremely attentive and helpful with great product knowledge. She was obviously a fan of the products and even shared about their team building experience recently, showing their passion for the company. Great to see from front line staff and makes me enjoy the products even more.
My wife and I went to get some new sunglasses its been a few years since I bought a new pair the staff were friendly and helpful found a pair that I liked also they had a pair that I really wanted in the store that they discounted that I haven't been able to find anywhere. I ended up buying two pairs a newer style along with a pair of straight jackets that I really like I've been to this store many times over the years I've always had a good experience going there.
Worst customer service I have ever had was in an emergency situation as I wear prescription glasses I broke my Oakley sunglasses and the tuguy at the counter was useless and rude and complete ass’hole don’t like your job don’t be in customer service!
Best place for sun glasses by far. They even have products that are specifically designed glass for each discipline. It is better to test your glasses outside but it at least you can try them all unlike any web experience. Clean store and you will get a good service.
Staff was really helpful. They didn't carry alot of what is available online, but let you try on things to get the fit and colour you wanted and encouraged to order online and return in store if any issues.
We shopped at Oakley early December and we were greeted by Daud who was extremely reliable, efficient amd determined to offer service. This is the kind of employee any company would be honoured to host given their dedication and commitment. Thank you for making our shopping experience amazing and we will be sure to return to see you, personally!
Great experience with this store. Sales staff was tremendous and especially the Store Manager. Unfortunately, there is no Oakley store from where I am from but while I was there, had made a purchase and also made a phone purchase as well. Service was excellent!
Today was my first time in that store. The young gentleman and the young lady who I dealt with were great to deal with. Very energetic, very knowledgeable and very polite. Made shopping there a great experience.
I walked into the store to see the chance that they carried the Oakley Half Flak 2.0 Frames. I believe that Oakley discounted them. They had them in stock and offered me a significant discount to purchase them.
Had 0 issues with these guys, they always have everything in stock of what I needed! If they don’t, they’ll bend over backwards to get one in for you, with no extra charge OR you can order it directly from Oakley Canada online, you get to choose. I get all my sunglasses from them for my job and they’ve never let me down. Had no issues with warranty or any warranty work/claims. Through and through process, no headaches!
I've visited this location 3 times in 2 months. They're always out of stock for the glasses and lenses that I want. A good business keeps stock on hand. Better off ordering online.
Went in expecting a fight over warranty and left with a brand new pair of replacement glasses! They stand behind what they sell! Great service and selection! Shout out to Richard, Thank You so much! Cheers

I went in on April 12th bought a brand new pair of lenses. Went to Mexico and they were scared after 1 week. The glasses were either on my face or in a hard case. I went into the site and Liam gave me a 1-877 number which does not handle any Canadian concerns. Only the states. Went I today (May 3) talked with Mike (the so called Manager) he was not willing to work with me. Then out of no where Chien came up to me and was blaming me for the scratches. I asked for the District Mangers Number they would not give ot to me. They gave me the same number that was given to me by Liam. The a 3rd associate came up to me and starting to chime in. I felt so bullied by the 3 employees. I asked rudely for Corie to leave she said NO. She became rude. She intruded herself as 5he Assistant Manager. I don't know why the Assistant Manager chimed in when I was dealing with the Manager. I was not impressed with my overall experience. I am never going to buy Oakley again unless they do something for my lense. If they don't I will pack my 3 pairs up and tell them where they can stick them.
I've been wearing Oakleys since I was old enough to afford them. Their customer service goes above and beyond every time. The manager Richard is awesome!
