I'd like to highlight some standout moments from my recent shopping experience. Firstly, Abe's friendly and informative approach to explaining in-store discounts, coupled with his warm smile, left a great impression. He provided detailed insights into the products and even assisted my mom with her sunglasses issue, showing exceptional attention to detail.

Dereck also impressed us with his keen observation skills. He recommended sunglasses tailored to my mom's golfing needs without us mentioning it, which was a pleasant surprise. The personalized service led us to choose his recommendation, and they've worked brilliantly.

Both Abe and Dereck's professionalism and kindness made them our favorite sales associates in the mall and among the best in Alberta. Their exceptional service enhances our trust in the Oakley brand.

When I went in the guy never even said hello. I asked if I can get custom shades and he said "no"! Said it with a lot of attitude! Never going back there. Went to the one in Chinook mall, great staff and very friendly. I do not recommend this place at all!

Patricia was very helpful and is definitely the staple of customer service!
She went abpicke and beyond to try to help me find the right Oakley’s I wanted.
Also have great suggestions on what could be possible for options and replacements with warranty.

Sales attendant was very knowledgable and helpful with making a purchase of Oakley cycling glasses. I would’ve chosen the wrong lens had she not explain to me the importance of the lens ended up with.

Love the Oakley Vault. Always have to stop when I'm in the neighborhood and usually it's the reason I'm in the neighborhood. So much to look at, I could spend hours here.

Put aside a set of glasses, drove across town to pick up. Ended up a different pair in the box. Waste of a trip.

I bought some puffer jackets from here.they were pretty cheap but realised later it was really cheap as they didn't last few weeks.i think they sell fake products as well as the original jackets shud last more

Polite staff with everything you'd need from Oakley. The store does have some limited edition gear that might not be available on oakley.ca, and usually always have a 40-50% off their apparel. Love Oakley sunglasses, shirts and their backpacks! You might even find some pieces that go well with Techwear, the basically have all the styles. (side note, the store has more mens selection than women)
