Amazing store! Went in to pick up stuff for a bio active enclosure for my ball python and they were so helpful with any questions I had they had everything I needed including the bugs required I will definitely be coming here again! I also purchased a corn snake and she is just amazing

Nice little store with knowledgable staff to offer tips on snake feeding. Bought feeder mice and they knew exactly what I wanted and had options for live and frozen.

The best store for us. Crystal & Adrian (owners), and all staff are very knowledgeable and super nice. The price is more cheaper compare to Amazon and other retail store. Will definitely come back again and again:)

My daughter booked the, for a birthday party at her home. They brought interesting animals. They are kind, informative and age appropriate very knowledgeable. Would definitely do it again

I hate to say that I was very disappointed with some of the customer service here. I live in St. Albert and when I found out there was a private reptile supply store I was thrilled to support them.but they really aren’t very friendly, or welcoming to customers. Ive made many purchases and visits and one employee in particular, I believe she is the manager/owners wife is very rude and unfriendly! I brought my kids with me to look at all the cool reptiles and fish and they seemed annoyed to have us there. Just not the experience they should be providing as a small business unfortunately.

Store on the smaller size. But customer service 100% prices very reasonable. They have some neat gardgets

Reviews on here tell of how amazing the staff is. Lots of raves about Adrian, which is accurate the dude is great. There’s also negative reviews about the lady which is his wife and owner. These are also accurate, you walk in and are instantly met with a scowling face and a terrible attitude. My go to shop for reptile info and supplies. Best place in the St. Albert/Edmonton area for anything reptile. They have supplies for everything!

Very friendly owner, has the isopods, dirt, tanks, etc that you need to get going on a fish tank or terrarium.

The staff here are amazing. They really know so much about reptile and fish care and they are a super friendly group. The location is also quite easy to access from the West side of Edmonton.

Great little shop for your reptile needs. We get frozen food for the snake and food for the gecko and isopods here. The staff are all great with questions and always able to help us find a solution.

I was in this store recently. They have lots of parts for pump, filter media, tubing, o-rings, connections etc.that are usually not easy to find them. Their prices are very good. I bought an o-ring for 10 dollars while on amazon it was 16 and another part that was 27 dollar on amazon for 19 dollars. They can also help you to find right parts and advise how to do repairs and maintenance. They are very friendly too. I highly recommend this store for everyone.

Came here for the first time and i’ll never go anywhere but Oasis! The gentleman was VERY knowledgeable and answered every question i had and some. He helped us the entire time and made our experience wonderful. I will definitely be back.
