I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences especially with the front desk who are incredibly friendly and professional. They are able to take you in a timely manner at your appointment time.

The black lady at the reception is extremely rude she never listens to patients at all even doctor told you to come in

My experience at this clinic today the staff demonstrated genuine care, creating a welcoming atmosphere and service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding commitment to patient satisfaction and well-being.

The African lady at front counter is always upset to see patients at clinic, very disrespectful and rude, if she doesn’t like her job she should leave this job for a suitable person

African lady at reception I think she is manager, she doesn’t even know how to manage herself and her behaviour. Whenever you go she is always super rude and appointments always late you will need to wait for hours at clinic

I personally feel the reception people are completely unprofessional never available to pick a call. Secondly there is no system to inform that there is an appointment.it seems they are careless when it comes to patients support. They really dnt care.they are happy to be family doctor giving zero support to their patients. Having an appointment booked with them is a night mare

My family dr moved to Calgary from Strathmore so i decided to go to him at Oasis Medical Centre. The office called yesterday to confirm my apt they knew i was coming an hour out of town. They also knew i wasnt feeling great however since my covid test was negative they told me to come in. As much as i didnt
feel like it, i really needed a referral renewal for the specialists. I drove an hour to be told the dr had an emergency and was suppose to call and cancel as it was his responsibility not the responsibility of the front. Either or so unprofessional on both parties. I gave this dr benefit of the doubt and chose to drive an hour each way to continue to see him, but by the sound of other reviews he doesnt take job or patients seriously.
