My massage therapist yawned the entire time out loud and when asked to work on certain muscles, he choose not to. Started from the foot and really no consistency where he worked next. Not my ideas of paying high rates and having such terrible service

The ambiance is lovely. I popped in for just a pedicure Last month. I want to support these important local business. No time to spa, but I did sit and relax with a tea while my toe nails (didn’t dry). I think if you want to up Pay and have the full spa experience it would be worth it. But for my time (I was limited to 2hours) it was a poor job. I could tell as soon as she painted the polish was too thick. Limited colours, no way to dry this super thick polish and even after sitting for an extra 45 minutes I had to go. Needless to say polish is all rubbed off and squished bc the base was too oily, polish old and thick, top
Coat inadequate. Also update your machines TO INCLUDE TIP option. I gave less of a tip bc I felt deliberately pressured with the out loud questions inquiring how much I would like to add, then verbally repeating it so anyone else could hear. Lol. That does not work on me, just like the serving technique of asking me what my plans are with an overly friendly conversation at bill time after poor restaurant service. Former service worker so I know how to tip appropriately when deserved.

This is the only spa in Calgary that I ever go to. Peter is the owner and he really accommodated us recently which I appreciate. I have been going to this spa for a few years now and I love facials from both Rebecca and Kulan. They both also give amazing face and scalp massages which are included in the service. Always a relaxing experience and I leave feeling rejuvenated! The spa has a great ambience and is quite clean. Highly recommend both the facials and body wraps!

Went to this spa a couple of times this year. The last massage was with a therapist which was reportedly not an RMT by our insurance. When we informed Oasis, the male receptionist was quite rude and made it seem that it was my fault.

The experience with my facial was amazing, starting with the facilities that are super clean and very well equipped, as well as the Egyptian decoration gives it a mystical and relaxing touch. On the other hand, highlight the professionalism and dedication of the therapist when analyzing your skin type and performing the personalized facial cleansing, I came out younger and more beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage from Markus, and it was truly exceptional. His skillful touch and attention to detail created a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Markus not only has a profound understanding of various massage techniques but also possesses a natural ability to intuitively address areas of tension. His calming presence and professional demeanor further enhanced the overall ambiance. I left feeling not only physically revitalized but also mentally and emotionally refreshed. I highly recommend Markus for anyone seeking a skilled and therapeutic massage.

Very unprofessional service, before my massage start they changed the massage tharpist without informing me. All front desk girls were very unprofessional. Never recommend this place again.

Had a facial done by Stella yesterday and it was wonderful! Very relaxing and I left with my skin glowing. The massage was wonderful with very thorough extractions. Highly recommend this spa as well as Stella! The ambiance is exactly what I wanted and I’ll definitely be back again!

Love coming to Oasis. The lounge area is clean and quiet with comfy chairs. They have a variety of teas you can try when you’re waiting before, between or after your services. Dry sauna and steam rooms are also available. I had a massage with Deborah G.and a pedicure with Gurpreet during my last visit and both were great! Prices are fair and they offer regular promos. The membership also sounds like a pretty decent deal if you have the time to utilize it.

Kristina was informative on what she was doing and continued to check in. Most importantly she could tell I wasn’t fully game for chatter and read the room and allowed me to fully immerse in the pause. Thanks for that.

I highly recommend Oasis Wellness Centre & Spa for massage therapy. Deborah is an excellent massage therapist. She listened to what I wanted and worked on those areas with perfect pressure. I 100 percent recommend seeing Deborah as she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in identifying areas that you may not realize, that need to be worked on to help alleviate pain. In all, I will continue using Oasis for for future therapies.

I phoned to book my appointment as I had a gift card (massage and pedicure or facial). Both those answering were kind and accommodating.
Check-in was nice, I had a lovely lady show me around and explain the waiting room and queens chamber.
Massage was so good, 10/10. Although I wasn’t offered aroma like some of the other reviews, she did an amazing job with a deep tissue and quiet massage.
My next option I chose a pedicure. Disappointing from start to finish. The lady who serviced me barely said 2 words to me. The massage included wasn’t even a massage, it majorly lacked any effort other than constant rubbing. Very minimal paint choices, no offering of refreshments, and was asked how I liked the colour once she was done. She flung the items she was using as if she was unhappy to be there. The top coat she put on like it was some sort of oil. Once I was done, I was guided back to the chamber and when I got in there, I realized what a sloppy job the polish was applied so I went to reception to let them know. She completely redid not one, but 3 nails because it was indeed, a sloppy job. The colour was bleeding from the over applying of the top coat. The up-sales for salt scrub or paraffin are crazy as you’re already paying so much for an at-best mediocre pedicure.
When paying for the remainder, I mentioned how unimpressed I was with the pedicure and all she could say was I’m sorry and moved onto payment.
I just got home and my god, it really is the worst pedicure. My heels are SO dry and not smooth whatever. I’ll be fixing my heels and replaying a polish I have a home.
Needless to say, I recommend the massage and really wish I opted for the facial.

I like Oasis a lot, but I looove Rebecca. I always book in with her for waxing. She’s very honest and you can trust her to not over or under do it. I have very sensitive skin and she knows how to soothe it afterwards to minimize redness.

I've been here a few times and it's always a spectacular experience. Special shout out to the lovely STELLA for the terrific pedicure she gave me on my last visit. Thanks for the great foot massage!

Love Oasis! Have been coming here for approx 17 years! Great massages, atmosphere and staff

Massage was low quality, male therapist did make me uncomfortable based on the inadequate draping method and personal contact. During a couple massage I had the male therapist and my boyfriend had the female therapist. We were both uncomfortable with things that the male said to me. The price was far too high for the experiment, I would recommend going to spa ritual as it is the same cost and it is FAR higher quality.

Love this spa! The hot stone massage is tough love but great for working out those muscles!

I went for a massage with (Deborah joy garrison) today it was wonderful I love it and I have taken several massages given by Deborah and I highly recommend her because she always gives the best massages. There are other fantastic massages therapists as well like June and Tiffany and other. I love oasis wellness spa because its the best place for people to enjoy their time and take services.

I would have to say this spa overall gets a 3 from me. The massage service itself was pretty good, I enjoyed the aromatherapy scents offered in my service, and the change rooms were nice, however; I felt that the facilities were quite dated. The colours of the space and the overall theme is in need of an update. The massage room was quite blah to be honest and I didn’t feel that it was giving a relaxing vibe but more so missing accents that make it spa like. I missed having natural light and didn’t love the basement vibes of the space overall. The tea and apples were a nice touch, as well as the cucumber water. For the price of the services, I think the spa amenities need to be updated to make the cost worth it. Overall not bad, but definitely not great.
