Everyone there are just absolute studs, super nice guys and great to talk to. Jose is incredibly talented and super detailed, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else

Terrible customer service. Canceled our appointment and would not accommodate something quicker than the end of January. Work is half decent but be weary of “higher priority” customers. I was trying to book a consult for a half sleeve, leg sleeve, and 3 smaller tattoos. Would have given them good business but we were not important enough for them.

This is such an incredible shop! I live in Calgary and the drive is so worth it. This is a friendly fun environment to be apart of. Very clean shop. I’ll definitely be booking future work out here!

Had an absolutely amazing experience. Jose is truly an amazing artist and very caring towards his clients. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And I would 100% recommend Jose to everyone and anyone who wants a tattoo whether it be their first time or 20th time. An absolute gem

Very unprofessional, booked a week early and paid $50 deposit. On the day of our appointment he called and told us that the last one had finished early and we can come now. We could not make it earlier than our chosen appointment time, and in response he said if we could not make it early we had to reschedule for a later day as he was busy and had things to do. At telling him we could not reschedule for later as we are going on a long vacation his response was to cancel the appointment. I am very unimpressed at his attitude and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Tim killed it. He also has a very nice shop, it’s sanitary and everyone is very nice. My tattoo healed incredibly.

The greatest tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Tim is amazing and I’m so proud to have his art on my arm! I can’t wait for my next masterpiece. Highly recommend this tattoo shop!

I should have posted this a long time ago. I booked my appt with a female artist who no longer is there. I gave her the picture of what I wanted and put my deposit down of $150. I met with her prior to my tattoo appointment and she showed me the picture she drew (which is different then what I asked for). I was told not to be so picky and I needed to trust her. I called the shop back and spoke to a lady on the phone that I wasn't happy and that I have the right to be picky as this will be on my body forever.

I asked for my deposit back and was denied this because I had signed a contract and my time had passed. This artist quit and I was given to other artist "senior artist. " Met him and he wasn't a good fit for me either. Asked for money back again and was denied.

At the end of the day I am out $150 and with no tattoo. Something to think about if you really know what you want.

I would recommend this place over and over.

The shop is so clean, and the music selection there is perfect, and all the artists are great to chat up. It gives you a home/welcoming feeling which is amazing.

Derrick just did two forearm tattoos for me - for my children - which I am just in LOVE with. He nailed it.
The design he came up with, his line work, and the colors and water color are perfect. It's exactly what I wanted.

I will be back for more work from this amazing shop.

Love this shop, got most my tattoos here and was impressed with how clean it always is. Very friendly and breaks the stigma sooner people might have about tattoo artists

The shop is super clean and everyone is very welcoming thank you Dalton Roff for the start of a full forearm wrap I am getting with him, he made the time fly we didn't stop chatting the entire session. Cannot wait to come back and continue!

Nick Hill is a brilliant tattooist and the other staff are very friendly. Had my left forearm done by Nick and not only is it a lovely piece, I had a lot of fun along the way. Very accommodating too.

Very clean establishment, but I was very disappointed in their customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm on a Wednesday and I was driving out to Chestermere from Calgary. When I got there the girl behind the desk told me my artist was still with another client and he would be another hour! I was quite upset that they didn’t call me sooner to let me know that he was running behind so that I didn’t have to waste an hour sitting there. When he did get to me (an hour and 20min later) he seemed very dismissive of me. He made me feel as though I wasn’t important or worth his time because I was only getting a small tattoo on my ankle. He didn’t listen when I told him I didn’t want the tattoo any bigger than the one on my opposite ankle and made no conversation with me throughout the entire appointment. Not only that, but I heard him give a discount to the girl before me, but he still charged me full price even after making me wait an hour and my entire tattoo only took him 20 min. I have plans for future tattoos, but I don’t think I’ll be going back here for them.
