I mean touch less because car was left with a film on it
I’ll stick with Esso at least you get your $16 worth

Filthiest car wash ever, wash cycle on one, prewash on other didnt work…would never waiste my $$there again

The owners are very rude. They rush everyone even when it’s not busy. Stalls are disgusting and water is never warm. Don’t waste your money here.

Paid for a $13 touchless car wash. First the machine are our cash which took the attendant forever to figure out. Once we got in the car wash it skipped through 3 of the steps in about 10 seconds. Needless to say the vehicle is no cleaner then it was before

Appears they have changed the timing of their wash. It is much shorter now and half the time your coins won’t be accepted (also note not all bays accept coins and it’s poorly marked) they do have very nice clean bays but it also takes awhile to switch from soap to rinse and with the shorter times for your money …. No longer the best in town, better to shop around.

I approached one of the gates which went up upon my approach. Once I was inside I was about to get out of my car when this Chinese man tapped on my window and told me in the rudest possible manner not to get so close to the gates because they are not “touch sensitive”. This man seems to have a brick on his shoulder and he was enraged. I told him that’s not the proper manner to address a customer; told him I would never come back and left without washing my car.

Worst car wash I had ever been to. The bays are were so full and everyone takes forever there cause old people just taking their sweet time cleaning the inside of their cars. I had to wait for 45 minutes just for a wash. They should charge for the time they are in the bay cause this garage bay system is the worst I’ve seen in my life

DONT PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD! When I got my statement it billed me for $20 instead of the $5 I spent. Bring Cash. When I called to have it corrected the just told me "no, can't do it. " Very frustrated as I could have just taken it to touchless.: (

A decent car wash in the South East corner of Airdrie. The staff are friendly, and the bays are clean. I don't feel like my dollar goes quite as far here as other wand washes in town, but its a good wash that I frequently use as its usually not too busy and it gets the job done.

Terrible car wash.started washing the car the hose broke sprayed soap all over me and couldn't finish washing the car. The guy working hardly says sorry and then just walks away rudly.highly do not recommend. Any other place will be better then this service.

Just WOW. Excellent pressure and temperature. I'm not going to bother going anywhere else. So nice not to fuddle around with change anymore. Good job whoever's handles this franchise.

They have 10 vehicle bays, one automatic car wash, 1 RV bay. They all looked clean. I used the RV wash and it has 2 hose that you can use at the same time. (foam bushs and smaller guns as well.) Foam brushes were in good condition and produced a generous amount of foam.

OMG i never saw carwash like this one, smell horrible, slippery inside, mold everywhere, just no words for this place

New asian lady there is very rude, argued with me and stopped water supply. This is ridiculous. I was their regular customer, never going there back.

Poor customer service.not worth $15dollar wash.he gave me $2dollars to rinse of witch that's not enough time.

Tried to get a wash ten minutes before close but the manager decided to close early. " I'm the manager I can close when ever I want to" this is the second time this has happened. I understand I was cutting it close but there was a car in one of the bays and a second car pulled up to the auto wash after me. I thought this was a local business so I try to go here first.

Poor water pressure and soap. Car was still dirty when I left. Even when getting close to car with nozzle, dirt still all over paint. Hose leaks down your arm.

Clean carwash. Never have problems with the equipment

Ok.ok.first time user here. I can say CLEAN.well lit up.lots of room.the manager came out and explained our big RV and trailer probably? Can't exit out the other side.and she was right. I had to back out of the RV bay. Did I say CLEAN? Yes I did.ill be back.

RV wash bay is only 50 feet long, didn’t fit my trailer. Owner is very unfriendly and kinda rude! RV’s are a No No here, also exit is a very tight turn, if long, you need to back out of the bay! I’ll take my business somewhere else after meeting this guy.hes response was: ”I don’t care. ”

Always super clean and good value for the money! (Decent time wise especially compared to others in town!)

Big fan of their wash bays, always clean, and the large parking lot also allows lots of room to dry your car off or do any other cleaning after you have left the bays.

Bay I pulled into had 2 inches of mud.when you are done cleaning and open the door it drips dirty water back onto the top of your car.

Very disappointed
For years now I come here but recently like they font care.
I did show pictures and videos to the on site maintenance guy but he was saying everything works fine!

First I pulled in the bay swipe my card take $1 and nothing was working, changed bay and started washing the car, the foam brush was leaking everywhere there was more foam on the floor my hand and my pants than on the car.the rainbow foam was spraying water like product out not foam. But everything is working fine? !

Came to use the wand wash by hand a few times now and it has always been solid. Only $1 to start if you just need to hose something down quickly which is becoming quite hard to find nowadays with most places being $2 minimum. $2 gave me two and a half minutes of wash which is fair enough. Water is nice and warm, soap setting gives you lots of it and it also smells really nice.

I will never go to this carwash again. When it first opened it was the best in Airdrie. Now TERRIBLE! Hoses leak, Brushes are very worn, the amount f time has decreased, and just this morning I went to get change from the change machine and I lost $20.00. The machine took my 20 and did not give any change. Conveniently enough there was no one around to get me my 20 back. So as far as I am concerned they stole $20.00 from me.
