Wanted to give a shout out to Chris and the excellent service he provided me during a custom suit fitting on Saturday October 14/23. I appreciated his friendly easy going approach and his suggestions for fabric and jacket choices. His attention to detail while taking measurements left me confident it will fit like a glove! This is my second occasion Chris assisted me and both times were excellent as is the rest of the staff, all very helpful and accommodating!

I'm actually embarrassed for your business to post this.
I know it's hard times right now, but are your staff so bored that one of them had to come into the parking lot to tell me not to park there when I just pulled in (never leaving my vehicle) for being there for 7 minutes?
There was maybe 4 vehicles in your nearly empty, huge parking lot. The fact that your staff member had to come outside while I was about to leave to reprimand me for being there is really embarrassing for your business and shows a lack of humanity.
I was lost and unsure where to park while someone ran outside to give me something. I was in and out of your parking lot in less than 10 minutes!
My husband told me later he was a customer there and has bought some high end shirts and a sports jacket in the past.
He is no longer interested in any future sales after this interaction.
Maybe you should train your staff on how their interactions with people reflect on your company.

Absolutely next level service! Went in to buy a made to measure suit and haven't had that much fun spending money in a while. I greatly appreciate everything Peter, Darren and Miles - the experience was second to none.
